Buying a.vehicle is worse than buying a home and it should not take 4-4 1/2 hours from start to finish to purchase.

I bought this truck from Big M and was promised $9.99 oil changes for as long as I owned the vehicle and kept the GoBigM.com sticker in the back window. It's still there but oil changes are approximately $15 because they are "forced" to add an environmental fee and sales tax. Big M is losing money on every oil change, charging the difference to advertising/marketing because I'm driving around with the sticker, presumably telling everyone what a great deal I got. Big M should eat the additional loss, adjust their price so it totals $9.99 to the customer and keep their word with me, their customer. Instead, I'm driving around and telling people how Big M doesn't keep their (contractual) word. It's a small thing but if a company can't do what they say on something small, I'm not going to trust them on something as large as a vehicle purchase. As I'm repeating this story multiple times to your potential future customers, I wonder if it was worth it.

I can't say enough about how positive my purchase experience was at Bachman. I was greeted three steps in the door by Alex, who made the sales process painless. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient, he answered my questions about dealer inventory and quickly located the vehicle I came for. I have purchased many vehicles in the past, and this was easily the best customer experience I have had at any dealership. When my parents recently wanted a vehicle similar to my own, I made sure we went to Bachman, where Alex located the same model of vehicle I bought. I was there for their purchase experience as well, and the process was flawless. I would definitely recommend Bachman again and again and again.

Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC service is by far the best in customer service and reasonable pricing. I drive from Louisville to Champion for service because I know As a female I won’t be taken advantage of. Team members are very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Tony and Jay for customer service.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I arrived a few minutes early after 90 minutes I checked on my car. The technicians leave the shop and congregate in another building and periodically check on your car. They spilled oil in my engine compartment and left all the garbage in the car for me to clean myself. This shop is not run professionally! I take it to the dealer so I can have my car thoroughly inspected expect someone to either go over the results or at least give me some printed information. None of that was done during my visit. Nothing was done after I raised the concern, in fact I felt like that is why they left all the garbage in my car.

Ill be honest , I was about to be done with Henderson Chevrolet , bought my Armada in april , told them something was not right with the brakes , took it in to service , was told everything was good they did bleed the brakes and it helped somewhat , something was still off and steering wheel was shaking when hard braking, took it in monday for oil change and advised again something was wrong with brakes. I was told the rotors needed to be replaced, I was not about to pay for that when just 3000 miles ago I was told it was all ok. Spoke with Sam (sales manager) he took care of it and had my rotors replaced. So with that being said , was taken care of like it should have been done. I will continue to use Henderson Chevrolet as my dealership and would recommend to anyone else.

The service didnt take long and I couldnt have asked for a better price. I highly recommend Herb Jones. They have a way of making you feel like family.

Jack Buford Chevrolet in Richmond Ky. had such excellent deals we were able to purchase a brand new 2023 Equinox for less of a price we would have paid for a gently used one. Not only was their prices right their customer service was top notch from beginning to end. Garrett was by far one of the most kind, honest, hardworking sales people we have ever encountered. Jack Buford gets all the stars and the highest ratings from our family.

The dealership is wonderful. I could never say enough positive things about the salespeople as well as the receptionist. The staff in sales match the definition for professionalism. HOWEVER…The service department is horrible. Beware single working mothers. Please take a trusted person with you and ask questions! I feel I was grossly taken advantage of and I could have saved well over 500$ if I had brought my vehicle back to my hometown rather than using this service department. I hope to never have to go back. If I do, I will have a trusted person with me.
