I would highly recommend this service center and if you get the opportunity to be helped by Dave. You don't get the feeling that they are just trying to take your money for pointless maintenance on your car. Although it can be expensive as would be at any place, they do a good job.

We purchased a Jeep Renegade (2019) but for some reason the siriusXM only displayed channels 0 and 1. After several tries by myself, my husband, the Jeep Specialist (salesman), Mike solved the problem in 2 minutes!!!
When I purchased my other car, the dealership set up an appointment with a technology specialist to teach the new owners how to program all the new car technology. I think Criswell should promote Mike and offer him to be Criswells technology manager so that new owners can learn how to operate their new car technologies!!

This dealership went above and beyond to secure the deal for my vehicle. We worked together for about two months on pricing, and when the opportunity arose to meet my price, they politely and professionally contacted me and let me know that we had a deal. (national incentive timing)
Vernell was my sales associate who greeted me in the rain a couple of months ago (I purposely chose a rainy day so as not be be accosted by the sales vultures.). Yet, this experience was notably different and not only did she go out of her way to help me, but wasn't pushy at all. In fact, she was both professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was looking at, and helped me find the specific models in inventory. She only accepted my contact info after I had asked her to stay in contact, and was the opposite of what you think of when the term "car salesman" comes up.
In fact, it was her polite demeanor and knowledgeable understanding that made me want to go back and purchase from her.
We stayed in touch over a period of months because we couldn't agree on pricing, but once we did, she was right there to assist and remembered everything about our deal from months earlier. (not the stuff in the computer, but the human aspects)
Anyways, she was a constant advocate for me and I would highly recommend going to her if you are in the market for a RAM or Dodge. Fantastic sales experience.

Waiting for GAP refund - Scott1043
Been waiting almost 6 weeks for a GAP refund. Send emails and personally visited Randy Todd at the dealership. Filled out all paperwork. Emailed, no response. Called Randy and was told 6 to 8 weeks, paperwork done. Something didn't feel right. Called Zurich, the Gap company. Coverage was never cancelled. Dealt with Zurich personally and got it done. Called dealership and dealt with their controller, Kim, who was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Bottom line: waited almost 6 weeks for nothing, dealt with Zurich and Kim who were great. Finance department needs to follow up and reply to their emails and keep their word. Not happy, former customer now.

I traded in my 2009 caravan for a 2019 Pacifica. The salesman sat with me in the van and went over each feature both before AND after I bought the vehicle from him. I bought it on Labor Day and the dealership was very very busy but that didn’t stop the salesman from taking the time to make sure that I understood everything on the dashboard and computer screens.

Little to no pressure - Patience
I hate buying cars because of the pressure that is usually placed to walk out with the new car that day. I didn't feel that way when working with John Skovron. He was easy to talk to and share pros and cons of the Jeep Rubicon I was planning to purchase. He walked me thru all the aspects and I felt more educated than convinced as to why that was the vehicle for me. He was patient and no question was too silly to address. Not only did I enjoy working with John, but Luda, the Finance Manager was a pleasure also to work with. My experience exceeded my expectations.

Fraud and Cheaters - Judd/CFO
I brought my 2016 Ram 1500 in on July 9th on my way home as it was acting up and I knew it would not make it home. Shane in the service department was kind enough to arrange a rental car. The next day Shane informed me that the diagnostic test showed cylinder 6 & 7 were not firing. They explained that without taking the engine apart they could not determine the cause and suggested the cheapest options would be to replace the engine with either a new for $8,350 or used for $5,500. I also had the option of letting them buy it and getting a new one. I asked them what they would give me for the truck as is and was told about $12,000. After much deliberation and weighting all the options I called and decided to just take the $12K and already picked out a new truck on their lot and asked that they give me the best prices as I was already taking a $10,000 loss on my truck as I still owed $22,000. They called me back and decided that they would only give me $9,000 for the truck because it had a blown motor (Which they already knew as they were the ones to tell me this). Then to top it off they would not budget on the price of the new truck. The conversation got very frustrating so finally I just paid for the diagnostic test they ran ($135.00) and had my truck towed to Criswell. Criswell had the truck one day ran the same diagnostic test and called me to let me know it was just a valve spring and the total repair would but just over $600 dollars. So I stood to lose $13,000 if I had trusted the staff at Tate. This is blatant fraud and I'm so glad I followed my gut feeling on this one. Could not be more happy with end result. ($135.00 to Tate) ($202.00 to tow it to Criswell) and ($646.00 to Criswell to replace a bad spring on the valve) Does anyone else see the egregious and blatant error in this!!!
I would stay clear of this dealer at all cost. Could end up saving you a lot of money and frustration. I can't even begin to describe how stressful this whole situation was. I was a wreck for 3-4 days thinking I was going to be out $13,000 to $5,500 no matter which option I was told I have by the Tate staff. P.S. the most alarming RED FLAG was when the service manager personally offered to buy my truck for $7,000
