I have found all the Ourisman dealerships very responsive and courteous and in particular this dealership has equipment than other dodge/chrysler dealerships and repair ships. Particularly when it comes to working on aluminum wheels. Many dealer and tire shops use old tire changing and balancing equipment meant for steel wheels, which wreck and mar your aluminum wheels. I had an rotation and remounted a new wheel/tire. Price for instance to rotate tires and/or mount & balance is higher than many tire shops but they get it right. I recently went to NTB for a simple rotation and after 30 minutes of seeing them try to set up the lift and getting it wrong I stopped the work and pulled my vehicle out before it was damaged.

It was great to deal with Kyle Edwards. The sale went great on my Power Wagon. Until I signed the papers - then there was absolutely NO customer service. They lost one key fob and the manager said that he would mail it to us. There was also a small tear in the leather console. The next day, the general manager "did not recall promising our key fob" and "he does not know how a tear in the leather occurred. Nobody would help. I finally got Century Ram to replace the leather piece and charge it back to Antwerpen and I had to call Ram customer service to get the manager to mail my missing key fob. Kyle or the manager would not return or answer one call once the papers were signed.

Dont be fooled, many other dealerships are not practicing this and manufacturers are even upset with the dealerships that are up-charging fees to consumers. However purchased here regretfully because I couldn't find the very specific model with all the extras that I wanted and needed elsewhere. They wouldnt ship to me so I had to drive half across country to pick up. Adan Romero was my salesman and he was very nice but seemed like he was new. He didnt teach me much about my new vehicles features even though there were alot. He taught me about the screen mostly. He was attentive and seemed like he was doing his best for his experience. I did have to go later to a local dealership to be taught about my vehicles features. Jeffery Gonoa was my finance person but a lady was the final finance person day I picked up my truck. We had some confusion after leaving dealership about my paperwork. Tried many times but had to call corporate before I finally could get a callback. They only keep one finance person on site and they are always busy and routinely stay late.

With my rock solid credit rating (all over 800)he tried to offer me 4.23% interest when I was approved through BBT at 2.69%. He lied and said I was approved for 4.23% but when I received a call from BBT finance department I got the truth. They also came up with some ridiculous fee called "commission sales fee" xxx is that. I refused to pay. Oh I was told its a new fee added to the price of the car sales starting in October and it has to be added in. They really need to be report to the consumer protection agency of Montgomery County. I hope this dealership goes under real soon, so consumers won't fall for their BULL.......

Twice I had problems with their service department and once while I needed service on my car they crashed my car and had to do auto body work. I never had an accident in my car. Stay away please.

They did not do proper inspection on delivery of the new vehicle and could have avoided most of the issues from my experience. Regardless they refuse to take ownership of the problems and no longer return calls or voice mails. Get put on hold for 20-30 min waiting to talk to gm or sales mgr and they never pick up. THey were very responsive when I was purchasing a $76,000 vehicle, but now that they got my money things have changed. Was force to deal w/ RAM customer service and another local dealer instead. Literally the worst experience ever buying a vehicle. RUN FAR AWAY!

When we got to the negotiating table they told us that the price was over $51,000 not what I was told on the phone, or as advertised in Car Gurus. So buyers are aware of the switch and bait!! they admitted to my wife and me they did it to get us to come in but they, Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Baltimore, refused to lower their price! However, they did gave us a flimsy excuse and apology. My wife and I didn't just walk away, we ran away from them!! CarGurus Please check on your advertisers for the switch and bait. It is especially frustrating when you travel from a faraway distance only to be pushed to pay more than the as advertised price on the CarGurus site. My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident MD 7 weeks ago. Needless to say it is still not fixed. The first week they had other work and could not look at my car to the end of the week (totally understand) The second week they informed me that it was the timing belt that broke, later that week they informed me that some of the valves were not holding pressure, resulting in them having to take the engine apart for repair. Weeks 3-5 they were ripping the motor apart and waiting for back ordered parts. On saturday at the end of week 6 after calling they informed me that it was all good it just needed to be timed. I called back tuesday where they again informed me its all good just needs timed.. so i called today (2-20-2014) to confirm the time i can pick up my car friday, only to be informed that there is still a cyclinder issues and it may be ready next week. As of right now Dodge corprate has "launched" a service review/investigation. After having Dodge HQ call them the service manager said he would provide me a rental car. If the service department is a example of this dealership i would stay very far away. Just a finishing note- They have never called me to update me on the repair work, i have had to call them everytime. Please beware.

Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.
