This was the best car buying experience I’ve had. I was referred to Marcus Gibbs who works in the Used Car department and he set me up with a brand new Jeep. Mitch and Chad were AMAZING. Chad spent over 20 mins going over all the features of the vehicle and helping me set it up to my liking. Mitch was super nice and understanding. Marcus had my paperwork done quickly and worked efficiently to get my exactly what I wanted and helped me understand how to get close to my price range. It was great. I cannot recommend this organization and staff enough.

My Jeep broke down off Interstate 95 and I got great service - Mrsk08753
On June 22 I was traveling from NJ to SC when my Jeep broke down just off Interstate 95. I had my Roadside Assistance tow the vehicle to the nearest Jeep dealership which turned out to be Fred Frederick in Laurel. Even though they were busy, Joe Lavin went out of his way to have the problem diagnosed, overnight the part and install it the next day. He made sure I had a place to stay and kept my Jeep, with all my travel gear in it, in the service bay for safe keeping. I was on the road the next afternoon and have not have any mechanical problems since.

This dealership went above and beyond to secure the deal for my vehicle. We worked together for about two months on pricing, and when the opportunity arose to meet my price, they politely and professionally contacted me and let me know that we had a deal. (national incentive timing)
Vernell was my sales associate who greeted me in the rain a couple of months ago (I purposely chose a rainy day so as not be be accosted by the sales vultures.). Yet, this experience was notably different and not only did she go out of her way to help me, but wasn't pushy at all. In fact, she was both professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was looking at, and helped me find the specific models in inventory. She only accepted my contact info after I had asked her to stay in contact, and was the opposite of what you think of when the term "car salesman" comes up.
In fact, it was her polite demeanor and knowledgeable understanding that made me want to go back and purchase from her.
We stayed in touch over a period of months because we couldn't agree on pricing, but once we did, she was right there to assist and remembered everything about our deal from months earlier. (not the stuff in the computer, but the human aspects)
Anyways, she was a constant advocate for me and I would highly recommend going to her if you are in the market for a RAM or Dodge. Fantastic sales experience.
Buying 5 star, service dept 1 star - P.O.d
Buying 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees no issues. Service plan they sell you, the dealer and service can never get in-sync what's covered with Chrylser MVP. This has been an ongoing issue for 2 Jeeps and 5 years. My plan is $635 covered all scheduled maintenance and on $30 of synthetic oil change. As I type this MVP says all inspections are covered, rotations covered, yet service says only $30 off oil is covered for life of plan. Why would I pay $635 to save $30 on 6-7 oil changes when since my lease ends at 36K? (7x90oil change =630). (7x saving at $30=210). So on a $635 plan I'd still pay $420!!?? Service needs training on ALL warranties. Today it took 4.5 hours to get my oil changed. Not what I had planned for on an annual leave. Business manager Steve Sloan was great to deal with and is in sync with MVP, but whatever he finds out from MVP then with service dept it's a 50/50 shot if service wants to believe it. You have to start at ground zero with service explaining it, and it's even in writing "Jason". Service personnel are clueless and need warranty training. What's really sad is when I go next time for 30k service who knows what they'll tell me is not covered (although again it's on the ES Plan). After today they have probably lost a customer and anyone else I can tell my story to. And if Bill the owner wishes to respond ... picking up the phone would be much better customer service then you trying to justify service dept's knowledge with a response.

Usually only in for an oil change, but this time I had to come get a hose put on. My service guy told me the part was in and it would take a few minutes for them to put it on. Well when the technician was doing the service realized it was a little more work than they thought. Service guy came right over to me in the waiting room to let me know. Appreciate the check in to let me know it would take longer. I appreciate the cashier young lady is always pleasant as well.

Last month at the end of the month I was attempting to work a deal on a new jeep. I made my situation of being out of town very upfront and clear but Phillip started trying to work a deal for me because they needed more deals fro the end of the month. I'm assuming the goal was hit because he stopped returning my messages. This month I reached out again to see if they were willing to work with me and once again no response from Phillip. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership before but will not be back.

Worst car purchase and service experience ever! - kskingsford
I purchased a used Jeep Renegade on 11/17/2018. Had the car less than a week and check engine light went on, called service and they said to drive until convenient for me to bring in for service. Took in the shop on 12/15/2018 for check engine light and hard shifting in transmission. While in the shop vehicle was wrecked by employee. Asked about $2,6544.00damage being reported to CarFax was told would not be reported because damage was done in the shop. Didn't get car back until 1/2/2019 from service. Got back still same shifting problem, took back in the shop on 1/8/2019, got it back on 1/9/2019 still having shifting problem. Had to take Wayne on drive so he could see the problem. Said yes it has a problem but not throwing a code so have to go through a process to get the vehicle repaired. Ran CarFax report and damage is reported and the price of the vehicle is now $2,000 less than what I paid for it. Had a towing charge of $200, have had to take off 1.5 days from work dealing with these issues. Have spoke with Patrick Sales Manager, Keith, Wayne and Tyler in Service. Called and email General Manager with no response. I have purchased over 5 vehicles from them in the past don't understand why this experience has been so bad.
