Had a 7:30 apointment for repairs. Checked in at 1:30 They told me that it had not been looked at yet and they would need to keep it over night. Told the around 2:30 if it was not fixed to get it ready for me. They held the SUV for 7 hours without looking at it. I took the day off expecting it to be worked not parked in there lot. Do these people realize we have lives too and why would they not contact me to reschedule it I could have put in some work time.

My vehicle has now been with the service department 2 times in three weeks. The first time they had it was for over 2 weeks. They were supposed to fix a jammed seatbelt, the door code numbers on the driver side door, and the roof rack recall. They fixed the seatbelt, and then didn’t install the panel correctly that covers it so when I got the vehicle back, the panel was hanging off. I had my vehicle back for less than three days when I realized the door code numbers were still flashing. Back to the service department it went. I had also noticed an issue with the cruise control which they were going to take a look at. They’ve had my vehicle since Monday (currently Friday) and I have yet to hear from the technician. I have called two times over two days and have been told that I will receive a call back shortly both times only to never hear from them. Mind you, all of this is under the factory warranty. I wouldn’t not have minded the wait for my vehicle so much if there had been an ounce of communication. The technician on my vehicle never ended up calling me and questions went unanswered. I will never willingly bring my vehicle here again.

Had the worst experience ever they have done this 2 times to me already drop my vehicle off have it their all done and goes untouched i will never ever go back here again for anything they are by far the worst service car dealership in the area. And i will make sure that anyone that asks will know about my experience and i will not recommend anyone to buy or service their vehicle at this location. With that being said peace.

Sign of the times I guess. Looked @ 2021 (used) Mach E Premium expanded range @ this dealership. They are close to my house, so thought a good match. Sales person like all sales people was friendly & patient handling my question on test drive. Trade value of my car was reasonable….so far so good. However, dealer is offering a used car with 4,000 miles & 31 months of warranty left for $7,500 over value of car as they already took the tax credit!! Ford even has a plan (I found out) to compensate this as an incentive to the dealer to the consumer.
Dealer stated they were marking the car up & that was that was from the owners of dealership. So, what can I do, order a like configuration of the car for $5k under asking & get the $7,500 tax credit also!
Of course, this order would be from one of 4 Ford dealerships within a 10 mile radius.
Buyer beware!! York family owners….shame to you as you lost a customer. Will relate to friends & family in the New England area.
