He pulled forward Ford escape 2019 love the blue color and the black rims really go together nicely. Download at the Ford pass it was a start my vehicle and stop it as well as lock and unlock the doors. Also can I get to my Google able to hands-free phone calls and it goes right to my map when I put in an address. those combination work very well together with this vehicle. The Details: I own a Ford Thunderbird convertible that needed its fuel pump replaced - a big and expensive service. Watertown Ford did the work, but surprisingly the vehicle still had problems after the repair. I was frustrated and the problem was a head scratcher, but Shane Carey, the service manager, went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I had to bring the vehicle back two more times, and he provided a complimentary loaner car for the duration of the service work. The vehicle needed yet another part and they took care of it all to make sure I was 100% happy and the problem was 100% fixed. Cam Irvine, the rental manager, was also friendly, professional and customer-service oriented. Thank you, Shane, Cam & Watertown Ford Service Center!

I would give the sales ,rental and quick lane 5 stars but the service dept is at best a 2 star!! Difficult time getting an appointment for a factory recall. Finally got appointment and brought car in at 7 am. Was told the car would be ready that day. Was then told late in the afternoon the job wasn’t done and they’d need the car till next ! Unplanned inconvenience!!! Then next day was called to say car was ready but one part of repair was not complete since they needed to order the part!! Why didn’t they figure that out the day before.?? I told them forget it and picked up my car !!!

I had purchased a brand new car from Quirk Ford in Quincy in May of 2019. After being grossly mistreated and a horror show of an experience with this dealership. I should have walked out and never turned back. I had left a seething review on their website after my car had been in their possession for 12 or 13 days within my first 30 days of owning it. They had it from June10th through the 19th and again June 24th to June 28th. Completely offensive sales staff, and was given a car with 30 more miles on it that what I signed the title for, with no good explanation of why. After my second severe Water strip leak repair, the service manager, John said "what do you want to do to this car?". I said " I would like the windows tinted." He said to me while we shared a cigarette outside, "If you're willing to flip that review, they will agree to get these windows tinted. Let me handle it." He said he spoke with the autobody guy who does that particular work and told me to bring it in on the "8th or 9th". I told him I need a date, he said the 8th. We went int o great detail about what type of tint I want. I came in on the 8th and with Cindy standing right there, looking at me. I told him I never got a call to confirm and he hushed me outside and said he had "been out sick last week"... After talks with Ford corporate, I was told he was "out on vacation". He called me later in that asking ME to price out window tinting and that "he had an idea". It turns out that that Sales Manager had no authority to offer me that service for my trouble of being so dissatisfied. The Sales Manager Chris, told me last Friday that he no permission to do that and there's nothing they will offer me for this horrible experience, including THE SERVICE THEY OFFERED TO ME TO FLIP MY REVIEW. Now, this guy has been "out" all week and has not returned my calls?!?!? SHADY!
