I just purchased a brand new 2018 Ford Escape. I was turning in a 2015 Ford Escape lease of three years. This dealership made my transition not only easy, but a pleasure as well. I wanted a particular color they didn't have on the lot with specific features. They found me exactly what I asked for with all the features I wanted and had it at their dealership within a couple of days! The turn in was just a matter of signing a paper. The new car buying was made so simple with the help of Finance guru Greg, my salesman Jake and sales supervisor Dell. The service department handled my new inspection sticker in a fast, friendly manner with the help of Rick Jamieson. They even took off my apartment parking sticker and transfered it onto my new vehicle with a smile! Once financing was completed, My salesman, Jake, took me out to my car and went over what all the new features did, how to work them, and even demonstrated the auto parallel parking feature. I couldn't be more satisfied with my car buying experience. Love this dealership and love all the wonderful, helpful people they have here. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle to lease or own as well as any needed service work.

I had to give five stars because of the experience I had with both the salesman and the finance man. Dave Bertulli knew exactly what was on the lot and was able to talk with me at length about what I was looking for, without pushing me in a direction I didn't want to go in. As a young woman, I was nervous heading into a dealership by myself. He worked with my situation, which included a vehicle with high mileage- to get me into a new car at a low price. There was some haggling but it was light and he was very kind. I gave Dave 4 stars!!
The 5th star is for Mike the finance guy. When it came down to financing, Mike Docouto came in for the win!! We spend a good amount of time together. We laughed and he worked HARD to make this deal everything I wanted and more. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of this experience, and love my new Ford Focus.

My wife and I decided to purchase a 2016 Ford Explorer from Marcotte Ford, and the experience couldn't have been better. Nicole was fantastic throughout the entire buying process, keeping us informed of what was going on, making sure everything met our expectations. A few months later our other vehicle was needing to be replaced, so we returned to Nicole and ended up buying a 2013 Ford F-150. Well with a used vehicle, theres always the chance of it having issues... The issues were addressed to Rob in the service department and within a few days, all the issues were taken care of. While the truck was being fixed, they accommodated me with a loaner that was equivalent to what I owned. We couldn't be any happier with the experiences at Marcotte.

The service at Ipswich Ford is great! Staff so friendly and helpful. Will brainstorm less expensive fixes if you want......don't recommend unneeded work, all around great guys. Buying a new car for me is like pulling teeth. When I lurched my F250 last year I ended up yelling at the salesman and manager. Which is why I didn't return when buying a new mustang. I decided to try Wareham Ford. The dealership is very small by today's standards (which was a welcome surprise). I was treated kindly and with respect by Serena and all involved. Those Maga-dealers need to take lessons.

Bought a 2010 Ford Explorer from a salesman named Ken.. Awesome guy and I love the truck... I had also purchased a high end warranty for roughly $3000.00.. I bought the truck in for service because it had a few problems I was concerned about.. 3 times in a row they let my truck sit there and did not work on it at all, the third time they broke my windshield... All days they called at 3:30 pm to say they did not touch the truck. I work out of this truck and lost 3 days of work.. The last time, the 4th, they had it for 2 days and the things they fixed do not work... Horrible service department.. The manager Al should be fired for incompetence..

WORST DIAG TECHS!! Service Mgr doesn’t respect customers!! - 01104F150
Had my vehicle in for a parasitic drain. Tech snapped off my wire harness from the battery and let my new battery drain. Now they say I need 5 wire harnesses and a new battery for a total of $2800 plus labor!?!?! The service manager Chris Miller says he doesn’t believe his tech would do that and I should go warranty my battery from where I bought it from. Really? That’s the service I get? Wth?!?! I highly recommend staying away!! The quick lane looks like a safety hazard waiting to happen with garage and oily rags all over the floor with dripping oil hoses making puddles everywhere. They definitely don’t take pride in their service or customer experiences. 1 star is extremely generous.
