I have been a customer of Jannell for year. I had an Explorer I purchased at another dealer and I had been using their service department for year. They are amazing and are the reason why I bought my car there. Jack the dealer I bought the car from was awesome, really nice and not car salesman like at all. He made it really easy and even got me a car that they didn't have on their lot.

Willing to perform work on my 2009 vehicle, while other dealerships want nothing to do with it, even though they service cars with much more mileage than my car has. Balise had no problem with my cars age. If you want to keep your vehicle all Ford, use Balise.

I had a tremendous experience at Colonial Ford. I don’t buy cars often, historically; so it’s always a like-new experience each time. And I went in with my guard up a little, wary of old “shady car dealership” tropes. But Joe Oliveira took exemplary care of me throughout the process. I came in for a test drive of a ‘26 Bronco Outer Banks, intrigued but unsure if it was right for me. Joe was great about explaining everything about the car, assuaging some concerns I had, and even showing me different trim levels so I could compare. Most of all, I really appreciated that Joe really seemed to want to get me in the RIGHT car, not just the most expensive one he could sell me. And he went out of his way to locate a Bronco with a specific combination of features from another dealership in the network. I’m pretty sure he went to get it himself, a good hour-plus drive away. He really went above and beyond to get me into a car I loved, and didn’t just like. Joe was also completely transparent about price, and got me the numbers I asked for to make a decision ahead of time. Brenden Smith was also a breeze to work with. I was going to pay cash but I heard him out on his pitch for financing. I really don’t want a car payment, but he showed me that for a mere few hundred dollars of interest, I could have the car paid off in a few months, and go from “no credit” to a “good” 700 credit score…and I’ll probably be taking on a mortgage for the first time in the next few years, so that’ll really help. Never even considered that when I walked in the door, so I thank Brenden for pointing me to a lay-up opportunity for better credit, when I don’t really have other ways to build it other than taking out a credit card I don’t want. Joe was so helpful on the day I picked the car up, too. He helped me setup all the computer stuff inside the car, and my Ford app on my phone. It was just an overall smooth and painless transaction. 5-stars across the board. Joe was an absolute gentleman and professional, especially high marks for him. Brenden was great, but he was so good I didn’t need more than ten minutes of face time with him, lol. Zach at the front desk was also courteous and helpful each time I showed up. Thanks, Joe & Co.!!! I’m loving my new Bronco!!!

I worked with Nick who kept me well informed everyday about exactly what was going on with my vehicle and why, it was a difficult situation and they handled it professionally and with respect to me. They took care of everything for me and delayed any fears that I might have had dealing with a dealership. First visit to Rodman Ford. Purchased previous Fords at another dealer. Enjoyed the experience. Dylan Alvarez was my first contact. Researched my new purchase on the Ford website. Interested in Ford Explorers. Submitted a request and what Models I wanted to look at before I made a purchase. Got an immediate call back and set up an appointment for the next day. Levi Walker was great in showing the different models of Explorers I was interested in seeing since I currently owned a 2017 Ford Explorer. Levi was excellent in explaining the options and answered all my questions. I was impressed with the show room and the number of cars that were available at Rodman Ford. Finally picked the Tremor model and picked it up the following Monday. I will only buy my future vehicles from Rodman Ford.

The experience of leasing or buying a vehicle is usually dreaded. My experience is very much different! The sales person (Keith Grey) was very professional and bent over backwards to help me. Every time I changed something he smiled and got it done. I kept sending him to see Mike to run more numbers. Nothing but fast service and smiles! Emma was responsible for getting me familiar with the vehicle. I'm not much on technology, but she kept showing me over and over until I understood the tech. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else! My husband grew up in the area and he and his family have always purchased their cars from Lamoureaux. Being from RI and having bought my cars from other larger dealerships I was skeptical to say the least. The second I stepped into the doors, however, right off the bat I could feel the difference. Being smaller and family owned they truly take their time and answer any and all questions that we had! Jordan was our salesman and for only having been there a short time he was extremely knowledgeable. Everyone that we dealt with through the entire process made us feel extremely comfortable and treated us like family. We will never go anywhere else!
