We took delivery yesterday of our first Ford, a 2022 F-150 Lightning. Although it was a year and a half wait for the truck to arrive, once it did the team at Lamoureux kicked into high gear. Knowing I had some timing issues with financing, they bent over backwards (and also did a triple twist) and we took delivery within our time frame.
One of the owners, Marc, helped us personally and we were treated more like family than customers. Also a thank you to Koko and Peter in the financing/business office, and Frank who prepped the vehicle and did so with amazing skill and friendliness. Great staff all around.
We are first time Ford customers, first time Lamoureux customers, and proud to be so!

Where do I start. - Are you kidding me right now?
Where do I start. Well I made an appt. To test drive a vehicle available in used car inventory. Upon my arrival the car was upfront waiting for me. I have this thing with windshields being clean so I squirted the wash and when I turned on wipers they didn't work. I'm glad I didn't leave the lot yet because I couldn't really see were I was going. I went inside and reported it to the Manager who was very helpful. I honestly should've left at thar point. The salesman said "let me see if we have a similar vehicle within our inventory." I agreed to wait and see what was available. Yes there was one similar make and model so I decided to go for the test drive. It drove nicely, but it didn't have alot of room being a different model. We sat down with the salesman to go over my trade in and what I was available to put down. Long story short the numbers seemed okay and I was approved for the loan with a pay off on my trade which was around $2800. My Son was getting out of school so his Dad took my vehicle to pick him up & return. While he was gone I went into go over the paperwork and sign agreement. He was very straightforward with the information about purchasing an extended warranty. I agreed with him and
he had them apply the Resistall Protective Coating while we waited for things to get tied up. My Son and his Father returned so I began to empty my belongings from my trade. Due to the fact that time was working against us, an appt. Was made for me to bring my car back for a sticker and the second key to be made.I drove the car home and I didn't go anywhere over the few days until it was time for my appt. There were a few concerns I had after checking the car over before heading to the dealership for my appt. I expressed these concerns to the salesman and his response threw me off. I didn't know what to say in response other than to tell him how my trade qualified KBB valued $4,000 more than I was given. It was in good condition with new tires and battery being a 2013 with low mileage for owning the SUV for 7 years keeping up with maintenance.
I shrugged off the cranky comment and the manner in which he presented himself learning about the few issues. You would think these concerns and repairs were coming out of his pocket. I really liked him when we came to the agreement. With that being said I started to see his mannerisms change. I was at a complete loss of words at this point! I'm disabled with significant health issues. He suggested I walk across the street to the bank for cashiers check and the CVS for a cold drink. They had coffee,water and pastries which was impressive. I'm not completely dissatisfied with the treatment I received overall, but if you're miserable with your job working with general public and you are continuing to make it a point of doing the review there is now a fine line! I had great interactions with the rest of the staff & my 1st impression of the salesman and his attitude and borderline harassing me to do the review. So for those reasons I wouldn't recommend anyone I care about go there and I will most likely get my vehicle serviced at a closer Ford dealership!
I have quite an attitude as well If I'm dissatisfied and this guy should really retire or work for a company not having to deal with customer service!!!

Even better, of the 9 dealerships I shopped at, quirk was the only one selling my truck below MSRP. Tusani Parague handled my transaction and it couldn’t have been smoother. Everything was done online and through texts. I may have spent a total of 10 minutes in the actual dealership. It was the best buying experience I’ve had, and I’ve purchased 17 vehicles. He waited until closing time to show the vehicle because it was the only time we could make it there. We test drove it and spent about a half hour working out a price. There was no pressure or games. Very straight forward and easy to deal with. It's the third time we've purchased a vehicle there, and each time was a good experience. I would recommend York, and Jim, if you're looking for a car.

I’ve bought two of my previous vehicles from Johnson Ford, so over the last 4 years that is the dealership I have dealt with. Out of the 4 years I’ve been going there, I have to say, I haven’t had many issues, if any at all. I like the staff a lot, especially Travis (who is relatively new). He always goes above and beyond. Travis never forgets to call me back and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are satisfied. Travis stayed after hours on a FRIDAY to call the warranty company, instead of waiting until Monday, so I am able to get my car fixed as quick as possible. That to me is great customer service. I really love my Ford Edge that I bought at Johnson Ford, I wish it could last forever!

This must be the only dealer in the state of Mass that does not honor the Works service package. Vehicle has been serviced here since purchasing. Scheduled appointment, asked specifically for works service which for the last 3 years has been around 65.00$ and confirmed. As soon as I show up the service person says the works has been split into to services which will be 115.00$. Called 3 local dealers in the vicinity and they all honor the works at 65. Very shady practice to lure costumers and charge them almost double. One way to loose a costumer for sure.

Brought our truck in for reinspection (parking brake issue). Entire rear was rebuilt with all new PB shoes, bearings, seals, etc prior to this. Brake pedal was set to go halfway before it stopped. During testing we were informed that the cables broke as tech forced parking brake pedal to the floor. Long story short, we got conflicting stories as to what happened from service advisor and manager. Bottom line is IRA will not repair or reimburse us for the parts and work to repair what they broke. They also won't even take calls from the Attorney General's office as we have a complaint on file with them. We will never use IRA for ANYTHING in the future as this has caused us hundreds of dollars and months in time that was lost.

Purchased vehicle for my daughter's bday. 41 miles of driving and the tire pops because the suspension coil spring was broken and rubbing on the brand new tire. I use to advise people to get their own inspections done, but I trusted Ford. I had a great experience at a different Ford dealership. This location fraudulently passed inspection on our used vehicle. Had we done our own inspection, the car wouldn't had made it to the inspection station. The 139pt check Blue Certified and state inspection done with them is all a sham. They admit nothing, pretend they are doing you a favor and refuse to give straight answers.
Dan, the service manager, is rude and arrogant. He refuses to communicate in writing and takes no accountability. My husband put me on the phone and he refused to speak to me. There is no way the 139pt check and state inspection were done properly. I'll be asking the state to investigate their inspection station.
Even knowing that these springs and struts wear at about the same time, they are refusing to replace both of them.
Not all Ford Dealerships suck, but this one does. They do not stand by their warranty. They do not go above and beyond. They do not properly check their used vehicles. Once they close the deal, you will have to fight for any type of covered service. Roadside assistance. Repairs. It will all be a fight. Only 41 miles of driving and they are still giving us a hard time. All we want is what we paid for.
False Advertising. No 139pt certification. Fraud. Illegally passed inspection with a rusted and broken coil spring. They should not be trusted.
They plan on canceling our transaction so they can sell the car that is guaranteed to have suspension issues to the next person. It is a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Limited Hybrid in white. BUYER BEWARE.
