My husband and I found the Ford Explorer that had everything we were looking for, at Jannell. We were greeted by Mike Kinney upon walking into the dealership and walked out same day with our car! The battery seemed like it was on the fritz so Mike assured us they would check that out before we left. They ended up replacing the battery, just in case and free of charge, and gave the car a thorough cleaning. We traded in my older sedan, which I thought was going to be a pain, but it turned out to be quite seamless. I was overall very happy with my experience and I love my new car!

I recently brought my vehicle in for service on a Saturday morning. There were a lot of vehicles there for service and I was told it may be a while, so I left it figuring it would be ready in the afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised that after 1 hour, I received a call that my car was ready. There had previous time I was one of the first vehicles there, waited and it was 1 1/2 hours. Sometimes a change in the service person steps up the team. Great work!

Recently, my wife had to be towed to your service department. We live near Augusta, Maine, and she was going to visit her mother. Mr Freeman called me at home, explained the problem, gave me a concise plan to fix our Ford Explorer, the cost, and time frame. The man lived up to EVERY PART of hids plan, and she was on her way with enough time to still visit her mom before making the three hour trip back home. I'm very grateful for his kindness and efforts, not just because he helped my wife of nearly 50 years, but also because he managed to juggle his busy schedule to fit her in. My wife and I decided to purchase a 2016 Ford Explorer from Marcotte Ford, and the experience couldn't have been better. Nicole was fantastic throughout the entire buying process, keeping us informed of what was going on, making sure everything met our expectations. A few months later our other vehicle was needing to be replaced, so we returned to Nicole and ended up buying a 2013 Ford F-150. Well with a used vehicle, theres always the chance of it having issues... The issues were addressed to Rob in the service department and within a few days, all the issues were taken care of. While the truck was being fixed, they accommodated me with a loaner that was equivalent to what I owned. We couldn't be any happier with the experiences at Marcotte.

Buying a new car for me is like pulling teeth. When I lurched my F250 last year I ended up yelling at the salesman and manager. Which is why I didn't return when buying a new mustang. I decided to try Wareham Ford. The dealership is very small by today's standards (which was a welcome surprise). I was treated kindly and with respect by Serena and all involved. Those Maga-dealers need to take lessons.

Bought a 2010 Ford Explorer from a salesman named Ken.. Awesome guy and I love the truck... I had also purchased a high end warranty for roughly $3000.00.. I bought the truck in for service because it had a few problems I was concerned about.. 3 times in a row they let my truck sit there and did not work on it at all, the third time they broke my windshield... All days they called at 3:30 pm to say they did not touch the truck. I work out of this truck and lost 3 days of work.. The last time, the 4th, they had it for 2 days and the things they fixed do not work... Horrible service department.. The manager Al should be fired for incompetence..

We had been researching explorers for months. We knew what we wanted down to the color. We found ours on-line and drove an hour on a Sunday to check it out at York. Jim Fauci greeted us at the door and showed us this vehicle. We looked it over, drove it and asked questions- to which Jim had all of the answers to. What was really nice was there was no pressure to buy- the car or any of the options like, extended warranties- but in the end we did buy it and we LOVE IT!!!! Advertised price for brakes $179, includes pads Machining the rotors and all labor. Per axle. They called to say that I needed to replace the rotors jacked the price up to $909. This was for a Ford focus. I've had 4 wheel drive done for less. Ripped off. I won't go back.

My wife was recently in the market for a Ford Fiesta and after some searching around on autotrader we found a certified preowned 2014 Fiesta at Bonnell Ford. We contacted them through autotrader and got in touch with Bill Kerns. He was an amazing salesman to deal with during the entire process.
We agreed to test drive the car the next morning (Sunday) and told him we had a 2 hour commute and would show up at noon when the dealer opened. He assumed we would leave a bit early anticipating traffic, so when we arrived 20 minutes early, he was not only there waiting for us, he already had the car around front for us to look at and offered refreshments.
We took it out for a quick test drive, he thoroughly went over the cars features inside and out. He even gave us some time alone outside with the car so we could discuss it privately. Once we decided we wanted it the negotiation went super smoothly. He never used any high pressure sales tactics or tried to convince to get things we didn't need. He simply laid out the options, answered questions and let us decide. I said it was the easiest car purchase I have ever had and he said that's how it should be. We were in and out in a few hours.
When we arrived to pick up the car it was clean, tanked up and ready to go. Bill even went over the car one last time, helped my wife sync her phone before the drive home and asked if we had any more questions before sending us on our way.
Out of the 4 car dealer transactions I have had over the years this was by far the best. I can't recommend them enough. They were super nice and you can tell they care about their customers. I can't say I have a single complaint about the entire process. Great customer service, nice cars, fair prices, what more could you ask for.
Despite the distance from my house I will be returning to Bonnell when it comes time to trade in my F-150, it's worth the drive.
