Vehicle Upgrade - Sam
About a month ago in August of 2018 I was looking at upgrading the 2010 Ford Escape I had. It just so happened that on Lamoureux Ford's website they had used SUVs in the style I was looking to upgrade to. I was thinking of staying with the Escape style because I liked the height of the car and how it drove. I started looking at the used Escapes first. The idea of looking at a new Escape crossed my mind but I wasn't sure if I was ready to buy a brand new car yet. But with talking with some of the staff at Lamoureux Ford like Marc "Koko" Kokansky and Marc Lamoureux I ended up purchasing the last brand new Silver 2018 Ford Escape Titanium that was on the lot. I am so grateful to Koko, Marc, and my parents for helping me realize how great of a decision I made in purchasing a brand new 2018 Ford Escape. I am overjoyed with my brand new 2018 Ford Escape it rides even better than my older Escape, and there are so many extra features in my new Escape that I am still finding out how they all work. I love that the new Escape still has the automatic 4 wheel drive too. I just can't say enough on how much I love my New Escape. Also thank you to everyone at Lamoureux Ford in East Brookfield, MA, for making the transition into purchasing my new Escape easy and painless. Also if buying a vehicle at Lamoureux Ford I would recommend getting the weather tech floor mats that Ford makes they work great. Now I don't ruin the the floors in my Escape, because everything gets caught in the mats that you can take out of the car and clean off. Then put them back in the car on the floor ready for the next spill, bad weather, etc.. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend going to Lamoureux Ford in East Brookfield, MA the service was excellent.

I decided to try Wareham Ford. The dealership is very small by today's standards (which was a welcome surprise). I was treated kindly and with respect by Serena and all involved. I shopped around at numerous Ford dealerships before finally buying from Quirk Ford. Quirk offered me the best price by far on a new Platinum Ford Explorer and offered me the best trade-in value by far on my previous vehicle. They were also willing to work with me on accommodating all of the extra options that I wanted installed in my vehicle before taking delivery.
I could not be happier with the service that I received from Quirk Ford. Next time I am in the market for a new vehicle, I’ll just start here and avoid all the runaround that the other dealerships give.
Rude, Inattentive Staff; Worst Experience Ever - adamkim
My entire experience with Stoneham Ford was dreadful. Their sales staff members, Lisa Canha and Chris Santarpio, were both unresponsive and would ignore my emails. I would ask them for information and not hear back from them despite the fact that I showed great interest in purchasing one of their high end vehicles. Chris Santarpio attempted to make me believe that once the current promotion ended, there would be no more promotions which we all know is a lie.
The sales manager was very insulting. He attempted to lowball me on my trade-in vehicle, offering far below the Kelly Blue Book trade-in value, even after admitting the vehicle was in excellent condition. On top of that, he was very rude in trying to tell me what I wanted in a vehicle rather than letting me decide for myself.
The dealership was not willing to negotiate price and let a $50K+ sale on a year old vehicle slip through their fingers knowing full well the new models would be arriving any day. This dealership has more vehicles than they know what to do with, which isn’t surprising since it’s obvious they don’t know how to sell them.

This is my second review of this dealership. The first was 5 stars on the purchase, and this is the service department review. Another 5 star review. After buying my Ford Flex, used, and well after my warranty had expired, it developed an ABS issue, Over my pay grade, so I drove it back and dealt with Rick. He immediately offered me a free diagnosis. In fact, during the diagnosis, they found a separate issue, unrelated to ABS, now here's why I'll buy my next vehicle from Prime. They gave me a loaner, fixed the ABS and repaired a different issue, out of warranty, at no charge. Period. No discussion, arguing. No nothing. Just no charge. When my lease on my wife's car is ending, I will absolutely head back to Prime!!!!!

Pushy salesmen and time being wasted waiting around for a "deal" made me not want to come back to a dealership. However, I went to York Ford to check out a Ford Fiesta '17 and was helped by Jim Fauci. He was incredibly nice and knew exactly what I was looking for, what my budget was, and what I needed for a car. I left the next day with a Ford Fiesta '17 for an amazing deal, and he helped me get deals related to my recent college graduation. For anyone looking for a Ford, I would highly recommend this dealership!

Terrible service technicians - Pissedoff
Do not take your car here to be serviced! It’s the worst place to have a problem diagnosed correctly! I have taken my car here 4 times for the same problem which is still under warranty. Last time it was there for 10 days and they didn’t fix it. The time before that they replaced the windshield and it still leaked. Today they said the seal on the new windshield was bad but they can’t get to it until Friday. The loaner car they gave me is a piece of crap with 107,000 miles on it.
Find another place to take your car for service! They don’t know what they’re doing!!

My wife was recently in the market for a Ford Fiesta and after some searching around on autotrader we found a certified preowned 2014 Fiesta at Bonnell Ford. We contacted them through autotrader and got in touch with Bill Kerns. He was an amazing salesman to deal with during the entire process.
We agreed to test drive the car the next morning (Sunday) and told him we had a 2 hour commute and would show up at noon when the dealer opened. He assumed we would leave a bit early anticipating traffic, so when we arrived 20 minutes early, he was not only there waiting for us, he already had the car around front for us to look at and offered refreshments.
We took it out for a quick test drive, he thoroughly went over the cars features inside and out. He even gave us some time alone outside with the car so we could discuss it privately. Once we decided we wanted it the negotiation went super smoothly. He never used any high pressure sales tactics or tried to convince to get things we didn't need. He simply laid out the options, answered questions and let us decide. I said it was the easiest car purchase I have ever had and he said that's how it should be. We were in and out in a few hours.
When we arrived to pick up the car it was clean, tanked up and ready to go. Bill even went over the car one last time, helped my wife sync her phone before the drive home and asked if we had any more questions before sending us on our way.
Out of the 4 car dealer transactions I have had over the years this was by far the best. I can't recommend them enough. They were super nice and you can tell they care about their customers. I can't say I have a single complaint about the entire process. Great customer service, nice cars, fair prices, what more could you ask for.
Despite the distance from my house I will be returning to Bonnell when it comes time to trade in my F-150, it's worth the drive.
