I went in for an oil change and walked out with a brand new vehicle thanks to my salesperson Vito Umbro and Greg in the Finance Dept.
A year and a half ago we purchased a Ford Ranger from another dealer in Quincy MA. We were not happy with that dealer and didn't want to go back so we decided to go to Colonial Ford for service.
The Ford Ranger we received had off and on issues since the beginning and we felt like we were paying a lot more than what we were getting. Loved the truck, after getting the issued resolved thanks to Colonial Service Dept, but the interior was VERY basic.
My husband suggested that I talk to the sales dept on my next oil change visit. I honestly didn't think they would be able to help me but figured why not I was sitting there waiting for my oil change anyway.
Vito was great from the beginning! He listened to all my concerns and didn't play the back and forth game. He told me what they could do for me and that was that! I drove out of there in a new 2021 Ford Lariat with zero down and a little higher monthly payment. I feel like we got a LOT more of a truck for very little more!
From their Service Dept to their Sales Dept to their financing Dept everyone is great and extremely easy to deal with!

I had an oil change and tire rotation the day after a major holiday. The service area was very busy, which I expected, and I was told the wait time may be a little longer than usual because of how busy they were. Even though I had to wait a little longer, I didn’t mind. Everyone I had contact with was very friendly and said hello. They also made sure that I was being helped and had everything I needed. All of the employees appeared happy to be at work and were very attentive to all of the customers coming in and in the waiting area. It was a refreshing change to see so many employees in such a good mood, smiling, etc. That speaks volumes to me about how they are treated as employees.

When I dropped off my car for scheduled service I mentioned an issue with my car. The person who I spoke with did not know I was supposed to be there and told me they were extremely busy and could only do an oil change. I asked why they scheduled me for that day and time but got no response.
This was the first time since owning this SUV and bringing it to Danvers Ford that I could not wait to leave and felt the customer service was sub-par.

I brought my car in for an oil change using dealer issued coupons for a "free oil change." The next day my check engine light was on. I brought it to O'Reilly for a free diagnostic, they said the code could simply be a hose not being plugged in or something more serious with exhaust and engine ventilation.I called Prime wondering if maybe the tech doing the oil change forgot to reattach a hose or filter? The woman in service said I would need to book an appointment. Unfortunately they were booking a week plus out. My car still had the 80,000/8yr warranty so I brought it to GMC dealership in case it was actually something wrong it would be covered. Well it turns out, my "free oil change " at Prime cost me 150 dollars at the GMC dealership for them to tell me that a hose was left unplugged, most likely after my recent oil change. While I am grateful it was nothing serious, I am disappointed in Primes service department AND their customer service. I left three messages for David Foy and got no response and I spoke with an online chat and gave my email and phone again...still no response.

Brought our commercial van in for a warranty repair. The day we left it for them to determine the problem I tried to call to ask them a question. They did not answer the phone after 5 different attempts. Finally I had someone paged and got an answer.
I had to call over a week later to find out if the parts they needed were in to schedule the repair. They told me they were (no phone call?) and gave me an appointment 3 working days later. Our employee dropped off the van on his way to the job the morning the work was scheduled. At the end of the day we did not hear back from them. I attempted to call 3 times with no answer. Finally I had to send a guy down there in person. They told him they were too busy to do the work, could we leave it?
This is a vehicle we need to perform our work. They don't seem to have any consideration for that. They never even bothered to call to let us know.
I will not use this dealership's service department again.
