Overseeing a large fleet of vehicles of different makes and models, I can always count on the Service Advisors at Jannell! Shaon, Ben, and Ariel have been excellent handling all my my fleet needs! They go above and beyond to get my vehicles serviced with fast turn around times and when running a fleet I can't afford to have vehicles down. The remote service they also offer has been a game changer for my fleet as well. No matter what I send their way, they handle it. I highly recommend Jannell Ford for all your service needs. B. Purchased our car 1 month ago. Immediately after purchase, a tire kept losing pressure. Took it back they pulled a nail from it, patched it up. Brought it home only to have it still losing pressure. Brought it back again, another nail. Maaz and Nick ordered a new tire and put it on the very next day. No charge! Love this place.

No short cuts taken and most importantly you provided clear communication of not only what happened but what would be done to ensure a proper repair. Super glad Ford took responsibility for the problem and you and Walls made sure things were done right. Thanks to Sean as well. Both of you have looked after me and my Bronco for all servicing, oil changes, tire rotation, minor issues with professionalism and ease. I have used this dealership for 4 years and until last visit was very pleased. A rookie mistake happened to me and scared me to death. I had a routine oilchange and a recall done. When I left realized I had no breaks. Called Lou who sent a technician to my house. Seems that a hose was disconnected to complete the recall and not reconnected thus no breaks. I live close and made it home but the outcome could have much different 😕. So I quess not happy about last visit.

I brought my F150 to Empire Ford Fall River after another Ford dealership had it for 7 days without looking at it. Dropped it off with Matthew Sartini, who by end of day called that it was diagnosed with part on order. Three days later David Pacheco Service & Parts Director called to say it was all set and ready to pick up. The dealership were I bought my F150 didn't look at it. Empire Ford treated me as a long time customer. That is called Customer service!!!

I've had a front end accident last fall, and they did the body work at Sarat's Body Shop. I don't drive it much, so in the spring time when it got warmer, my A/C wasn't blowing cold, so I thought it may be related to the accident since the front end was all replaced. I have to say thank you to Penny in the Body Shop and Nicole in service. They were able to fix it without charging me, as it was related to the previous visit. I would recommend this dealership.

I can’t say enough about how good my service was at McGovern Ford in Framingham. I had an issue that I believed to be a safety issue and I was able to bring my car in that night , leave it for them and they looked at it and repaired it the very next day. I am very happy with them and recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

A Ford Escape needed a recall performed. When I called in to schedule it, the service advisor Brian asked me some questions that led me to think further into what service would be needed as it is a low mileage vehicle, but up on some years (2016). We agreed to add some services like an oil change. He set a reasonable expectation of cycle time with me and so I decided to schedule an early day appointment in order to be able to wait with the vehicle. Check-in was smooth and the service wrapped up 10 to 15 minutes early relative to the estimated service time, which was a pleasant outcome. A few items came up in the courtesy inspection and they were explained to me in clear terms and informed me well to make some added service decisions for the next visit. The waiting room was very clean, pleasantly quiet and comfortably provisioned. When I left, I felt that my needs had been addressed in an efficient manner. I especially enjoyed that their time estimates were on target and that they met the service expectations set during the intake process.

Used online service to book appointment at the Quick Lane. Truck was worked on in a timely manner and at the scheduled appointment time. Service personnel were very nice and informative. Only disappointment was that they could not do the tire rotation on my F350 due to the long bed on it. Truck was too long for the lift necessary to do the tire rotation.

I usually do not write reviews however I felt it was important to comment. I had an issue with the ignition for my 2011 Taurus I called Kelly Ford for an appointment to resolve the problem. I explained the issue to the service writer then waited for a call back for the appointment. He called me back and told me that the car was too old and they couldn’t service it. He also told me to go where ever I get a sticker and maybe they could resolve the problem. I couldn’t believe that a dealership would deny service to my Ford. I called Danvers Ford told them about the age of the car and asked if they would service it. The reply, no problem. I then explained the issue I was having. Again, no problem and I got an appointment. I got a call the afternoon of the appointment to say they identified the problem and the car would be ready the following day. Danvers Ford has won a new customer and I will always speak negatively about Kelly Ford based on this experience.

This dealership is the worst! They don't care about their customers. The service and parts departments are terrible. I have been buying Ford trucks forever and after working with these people I have switched to GMC. I would not recommend this dealership.

Service was excellent, price is reasonable, and Amber is a credit to your company. Was disappointed to see the ADM on the cars in the showroom. I would be satisfied if everyone paid MSRP on all vehicles, but gouging customers, do to supply shortages, gives me a negative feeling toward the dealership. Hope you change your policy before you anger too many people, and lose their future business.
