Good job - jandkelli
I had a good experience buying a new truck at this dealership. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommended this dealership to friends if they were to ask me.
A very special case - E3Dmond
I’ve bought Fords here in the past, however our latest purchases were a Dodge Journey and Jeep Cherokee (obviously not Fords). But because of the great service we still still bring these in for oil changes every time they’re needed. The free carwash at the end seals the deal for us. These guys here are great, especially Kevin and Cal.
Great service - Rick
Hall Motors went way out of their way to help me out getting a key for my new f250. Just want to thank Heather&Amber for all their work and help.
"The sales team went above and beyond expectations!" - Believer2019
Dave and his financial expert, Tom, went above and beyond expectations and did something we thought couldn't be done! They worked hard to help us get into two very nice low mileage vehicles within our budget range. After my husband and I searched endlessly throughout Southeast Michigan for weeks, we found our best deal right here in our own backyard. And better yet, I have found no better place for car care service than at Northgate Ford in Port Huron! Awesome job guys!
Steve worked with me to find what I wanted and was patient. - Karen
Everyone that helped me were wonderful to work with.
I looked at several vehicles before I made up my mind. Everyone was very helpful.
Mark helped me set up Ford Pass.
I couldn't be happier.
Awesome Service - John L
Glen provided an awesome experience in purchasing my new car. Every detail, from test drive to here is your key went smooth and efficient. Would highly recommend Glen as your go to car salesman.
It was a great experience at Friendly Ford - Ron
I was a little apprehensive since my sales rep of 20 years retired. I was introduced to Mike who was very patient, over the two months it took to review what I wanted. I drove the 4 different vehicles I was interested in and finally narrowed it down to the Edge. We then looked at all the rebates and discounts. Mike had me sign up for their tech class, which I attended and learned from. This gave me another $500.00 off the price. I am retired military and he got me to the sight IDme to get a military discount. All together he helped me get $6,500.00 in discount rebates plus, since ordered the vehicle, another $1,400 in discounts by buying specific packages. Mike was very patient and spent a lot of time going over all the new technology that I really was apprehensive about. He went through all the packages and asked me questions to narrow down what I really needed and wanted. I was very happy and it wasn’t as stressful as I feared. At closing we went through all the warranties and there was no pressure and everything explained to my satisfaction. No pressure to get any plans just information to make a decision. I hadn’t purchased a brand new car since the 80’s. Always bout a car that was 1-3 years old. They made it easy, less stressful with no pressure, and always had time to answer my many questions.
Excellent Sales and Service! - mfaunt75
I have always had great service experience and just bought my 2nd brand new F150 from Grand Ledge Ford. Rob Beckwith worked tirelessly to find what I was looking for and we were finally successful at acquiring exactly what I wanted! Jim Himebaugh also made the financing experience as simple as possible and found me a great rate!
I won't go anywhere else for service or purchasing.
Disappointed - Pat
I took my 2004 expedition in for an alignment they put it on a hoist and found a brake line leaking they called me to tell me and have me come back to look at it. I came back to look at it and they put my vehicle on the hoist so I could see the leak they didn’t ask if I wanted to have them fix it , he just started pointing at the rust underneath and said his technician was concerned about doing the alignment because of the rust, so I asked does this mean you don’t want to do the alignment he nodded and told his tech to bring the vehicle down and move it outside. I am not so much disappointed that he didn’t do the alignment but that they didn’t investigate the the leaking brake line and give me a choice of having them fix it I had to drive it back to work and figure out what to do from there. I understand that it is an older vehicle with 282,000 miles on it and some rust but it is a ford product and you should be able to get it fixed at a ford facility and to send someone out with a leaking brake line with out trying to fix it so they can drive somewhere else safely to get an alignment they didn’t want to do is frankly very DISAPPOINTING!!
Needed something quick! - Kait
I went into the dealership needing a new and reliable car! I drove off of the lot 3 days later with that! I was satisfied with my purchase.
A great experience. - Al T
Art Miller was very helpful in deciding what to service. The visit was great! On the last service visit, I was told I would need new brakes the next time I visited. I fully expected they would be necessary. But good news! They still don't need to be replaced. We'll check them again next time!
Highly Recommend This Dealership - ChrisB
A truly enjoyable experience in selecting, procuring, and taking delivery of my certified used vehicle at Crest Lincoln. I highly recommend this dealership and the staff, especially my salesman Tim S. If you're looking for a vehicle, I would suggest a trip to Crest.

His personal service and attention to detail in ordering just the right features for my car, make him an outstnding salesman....I love my new Nautilus and will always go back to Jeff at Varsity Lincoln,....he makes leasing a new car a fun experience!
I live much closer to two other Lincoln dealerships,..but it's worth the drives to buy from the best!

2018 F150 Purchase - Tom
I live in Dearborn, MI and found a listing on a new 2018 F150. I called the dealer several times in Coldwater, MI and they were helpful in answering all of my inquiries. When I arrived to purchase the truck I was met by the sales representative (Andy). He understood that I drove a good distance to see the vehicle and wanted to work with me to find a reasonable price. We took a test drive, did a look over and got down to talking about price. I never once felt pressured. Andy was genuine and worked with me to purchase at a price that was within my budget. Without hesitation, I would recommend friends and family to do business at Cole Ford Lincoln.
Excellent service! - Carol1
Your service department has great gentlemen working there- very helpful and did a nice job repairing my car. Michael Schmidt was really patient explaining what he would do to fix my explorer. I live in Ga but always come here when in Mi to have my SUV serviced
The agent, Daniel Durand, was enthusiastic and met our needs - Jo
The agent, Daniel Durand, was enthusiastic and met our needs. He came way out to the parking lot when we first came to shop for our car. He was honest and helpful with a sincere smile and conversation. He found the Ionic Blue Hybrid that satisfied our search, and it was in a great color - scarlet red. He gave us the best discount deal possible.
Mediocre Service - Lucy
I expected quality Lincoln service and I didn't feel I received it. The dealership said I need new tires and I only have 26,000 miles on them. I couldn't believe it and they said it is because they are low profile tires. Not what I would expect in a Lincoln product that I bought new 1 year ago.
Great staff 👍 - Jayne
Went in for parts. Not only did the manager help me but he was very kind. I've sent friends there and they thanked me😊 Service Dept was also just as helpful and knowledgeable.
Excellent Customer Service - Dave
Ashley Colburn made choosing a truck very easy and made this stress free. Eric in the finance office explained things and worked for us to get the best deal. This helped us make our decision. We work hard for our money and people like this understand that and we appreciate it. I would rate our experience 10 stars if I could.
Rather disappointed - Greg
I see a lot of complimentary reviews here but this won't be one one of them. Sadly, my experience with Moore's used car area was less than satisfactory. It wasn't completely disastrous but it could have been a lot better.
I recently purchased a used Acadia from Moore Motor Sales in Caro. The salesperson assured me that he knew the previous took care of this car. I really question that statement now. We test drove it and were jokingly (?) told we could even drive it 20 miles. Well, with the amount of gas left for the test drive, that distance would have been pushing it. Anyway, there were some, what could have been, large issues that were noticeable and I feel they distracted from a complete evaluation. When you're getting warnings flashing at you, it does take away from the driving and evaluation experience. This is a big complaint of ours. It feels like a magician using distraction so people don't see what's really happening.
They did take care of most of those issues but right after the car was returned to us we discovered the a/c wouldn't cool, the auto start didn't start, the vehicle at times still struggles to start (the battery was supposedly checked) and the back-up camera didn't work.
I realize that it is a buyer beware market but a huge reason we went to Moore was because of a family history with them. We would have figured they would have inspected a car before for the basics before accepting it as a trade. I do know that if this is an example of what they feel a taken care of car is, they need to question the people they know more in depth instead of taking their word for it.
I will get my purchase repaired to what it should have been when it left the lot. To be completely honest, I know I overpaid for this but it was what I was looking for. Seriously, if they would've had those distracting issues resolved before our test drive, we more than likely would have done better at inspecting the Acadia. Considering we were told those were minor issues, they really should have been taken care of before sending it out. A fix of minor issues would have changed my rating.
Out of courtesy, we sent this to Moore days before putting it here in order so they would be aware of what was coming.
By the way, I still expect my additional key and FOB that was agreed upon.
great experience - craig and cherri
Mr. Robinson is a wonderful salesperson and will and do recommend Ed Koehn dealership to everyone. Thank you for taking time with us. the Raterinks
worst service ever, morally bankrupt idiots - dj7777777
after horrible electrical issues on my new car, which i had within the first week, these morons had 5 plus years to fix it under warranty. this car is paid for mind you. i honored my end of the contacts. the electrical issues continue and are pretty broad. from stalling out to randomly turning on and off radio a/c monitor freaking out , windows shorting out, etc. etc. its a clear lemon and all they could say for five years was sorry our computers say there's nothing wrong.... flash forward to warranty expiring, its definitely an electrical issue and its gonna be time consuming and expensive. so these morons called me a liar for years as if i had nothing better to do with my priceless time than spend it at a xxxxxxxx service center then all of a sudden conveniently when the warranty expires.... its a problem. this place and its people are a bad joke not worthy of anyone's time energy or especially hard earned money... if you hear different run for your life they are liars...
Great experience purchasing my new MKC - Chris
I had an awesome sales person, Frank Trucano. He had patience with me and I never felt pressured as I was in the market for a new car. I am pleased with my new purchase after visiting several other Lincoln dealerships and highly recommend Lincoln of Troy.
I have yet to have a good service experience - Marquette Local
I purchased a car brand new from Fox and the purchasing experience was fantastic, that is where the good experience ended. Within the first 200 miles my brand new car had two solenoid issues back to back. Both times they didn't offer me a loaner car despite taking 3+ days to get my brand new car fixed, the second time I asked for a loaner car and the service adviser just shrugged and told me he didn't have any loaners available. Luckily I had family who knew someone in management who they complained to and he managed to find me something to drive even though it was a fresh trade-in that hadn't even been cleaned yet.
Next came multiple regular service appointments as I had purchased a service contract along with the car. Every single time I had regular service I set an appointment ahead of time for early to mid morning and dropped my car off first thing when they opened. Every single time I went back mid to late afternoon and they told me they hadn't had a chance to work on it and were just starting, this of course meant I spent 45+ minutes in the waiting room despite the fact that my car was supposed to be worked on hours before I even arrived.
All of this could be written off as them just being far too busy with bad time management but my last experience was the one that sealed the deal. At around 20,000 miles my car ended up needing the rear brake pads and rotors replaced. This is a known issue with Subarus manufactured around the time of mine as the brakes would regularly get stuck and wear down the rotors prematurely. They tried to charge me full price to replace the pads and rotors. I had to talk with the service adviser multiple times on the phone before they eventually "found" a Subaru service program for this known issue where the entire repair could be performed for a $100 deductible. How does a licensed Service center not know about this common issue and the replacement program offered by Subaru?
With Fox being the only licensed Subaru service center in the area I honestly will never buy another Subaru. I don't feel any faith in the brand when I can't get it reliably serviced.
Don’t waste your time - JZ
I unfortunately bought a new f150 here. The sale was fine. The issue is the customer service after the sale. No follow up or thanks from the sales person. Another sales person sent a note stating he was the new sales contact. Sent him an email with some questions....no response. Then the sales manager sent me an email after yet another sales person responded by asking if I was interested in a Ford. No response from the sales manger after two emails. They love you when you buy. After that your dead to them. Learn from my mistake go somewhere else. When people compliment me on my truck I tell them the truck is great the dealership not so much or I just lie and tell them I bought it elsewhere.
Service department is terrible. - UNHAPPY WITH FOX
We purchased a used “pre-certified” Lincoln from Fox Grand Traverse. We also purchased EVERY SINGLE extended warranty they offered. Originally they addressed a few minor issues. After that, best of luck. The responses from our service person, Eric were horrible. He gives vague answers at best. If you are given an expected time frame double (if not triple) the time to get your issue worked out. I had taken the Lincoln in the following Tuesday after Thanksgiving 2018. I did not get my car until after the New Year, with some of our issues unresolved.
Early March 2019, we call to tell them a part fell off our car. Responses were vague and inconclusive for three weeks. Which we were told by Eric to “just swing in and drop off the part and we’ll get it ordered”. We dropped off the part. Three weeks later, we have yet to hear from Fox. We inquire with Eric again. He states that he will “re-order” it and that it should be in the next day or two. Again, no call to tell us it had arrived. Again, we inquire and service department tells us to stop in anytime and they will pop the new part right on. We stop in and are presented with a bill for the part. We were never told we would be charged.
Fox’s pre-certified claim, along with each and every extended warranty should be addressing these issues.
Poor service experience - Mike
We had an appointment to have a defective shock replaced on our Ford Explorer. We waited over a week to get the car into the shop. On the day of the scheduled repair, we waited 1 1/2 hours to find out the dealership did not have the required shock in stock and would be unable to make the repair before the following Monday. I decided to get the repair done somewhere else.
Excellent Experience - BCR99
Josh Lohman was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough throughout sales experience. He answered my calls and questions after the initial visit. We explored both lease and purchase options. I ended up leasing.
