My salesperson was Lyndsie, and though she was nice I was not impressed with her follow through. The car I was interested in was not on the lot and she was supposed to contact me as soon as it returned so I could test drive it. I decide to drive past the lot and check if its back after not hearing anything, and its parked back in the sales lot by the road. Another salesperson, Mike, helped me as Lyndsie wasn't even there when I arrived. The worst part is I requested the loan to be put with the my CU. Was reassured that could and would be done, I didn't even think to look at the paper more closely (so a little my fault as well for assuming they did what they said) and they put me with another credit union. So a bit of a headache and a couple additional fees later... I got the loan switched to my CU. Emailed Lyndsie about the issue... and apparently she did not think it warranted a response. That is where I lost all respect or desire to work with her again.
The manager, Ed, there was awesome and worked with us really well on the trade-in and making the final number work for us. He was very pleasant and upbeat overall. I wouldn't say I wouldn't go back to Alma Ford, I just wouldn't go back to Lyndsie.

I have purchased 4 new vehicles in the past 8years from this dealership. My sales rep Lou Graf is amazing and goes the extra mile everytime. I have never needed any extra service outside the normal recalls which the dealership has been easy to work with. I recently started having problems with problems with my radio and a blank screen. I called to get it in for service which took longer to get in and during the scheduled service date I went over my 36k warranty by 270 miles. When the service rep told me I was out of warranty and they wouldnt cover it, he told me I could call ford myself to open a warranty investigation bcase. I felt this was unacceptable and since I have purchased so many vehicles from this dealership. My explorer is only 2yrs old and my lease is up in 1yr. I feel the Ford warranty is unacceptable compared the GM/ chrysler warranty. The dealership did nothing to help and made me work through ford directly which I did. Ford stepped to and turned a 1200 bill into a $100 deductable which was great customer service on their part however still kind of crappy I had to pay for a ford defect. The Adrian Bell Ford dealership passed the buck to ford and did the bare minimum.

I have been a customer of GLF for 10 years and have always been satisfied and here's a great example why. Recently I needed some bodywork done to the front end of my Wife's Explorer (deer hit). When I picked up the car I did notice a few things that weren't 100% right but life's not always perfect. When I talked with Ladd and Tim the Service Manager they both agreed and immediately took the car back into the shop without hesitation...I did not even has to ask! When I came back a few days later the car was flawless (thank you guys). We all encounter problems from time to time but its how you decide to handle them that really matters. We took our Elantra in for an engine knock. They said it was in the top of the engine and replaced the entire top end. When we picked it up, it was still doing the same thing. I had told them about a known issue with that particular engine and they chose not to listen. Got the car home and saw that the oil had been way overfilled, presumably to try and hide the knocking sound. Took the car back a couple days later and they said a knock was normal. I asked why it hadn't knocked before 75,000 miles and they had no answer. They refused to look at the engine any further. Took the car to another Hyundai dealer who diagnosed the problem as the identical thing I told Randy Wise. They replaced the entire engine at no charge and also told me about a class action lawsuit that would reimburse me for the seized engine in my Sonata, which Randy Wise had replaced and charged me almost $5000.

Brought my Escape in for the "Works" package using a coupon. Drove all the way from Macomb. The "Works" includes oil change, tire rotation, etc. Despite the work sheet indicating all the services were performed and a full check-up was completed, I found the tire rotation (at a minimum) was not done. I noticed a few hours later after I got home. I have special marks on my wheels and they were in the same location. At this point I have to question whether or not the oil and filter were replaced - it appears they were but it leaves doubt. I called the dealership to let them know what happened and they offered to have me bring the vehicle back for the tire rotation, but it's not worth my time to make the 1 hour round trip. There are plenty of reputable places for service.

Over the past two years I’ve had multiple issues / problems with my 2018 BMW X3 - more than I’ve ever had in a car before (this is my first BMW) - and this was a new custom order. With that said - Zeigler BMW service has been amazing - very impressed. Ken and his staff are professional, very knowledgeable, and willing to do what ever it takes to keep their customers happy. My issues are with BMW quality - not Zeigler BMW. Ken always made sure I had a new BMW loaner car - making sure my busy schedule wasn’t interrupted. And although most of my problems were very complicated and some difficult to diagnose - Ken put on his investigative “hat” and found what was needed to correct each problem. Thanks Ken for taking care of me!

They both were so awesome and Randy especially knew his stuff and went out of his way to get the information that I needed. Unlike some other dealers who "guessed" at an answer (and were wrong), Randy had no problem making sure he gave me correct info. Unfortunately, although I was ready to purchase a Ford Explorer at this dealership, we decided we needed a larger vehicle to tow. I felt horrible leaving Randy hanging on the day that I was going to come in because he truly was so wonderful to work with. I hope whoever reads this has a chance to work with him in the near future. You'll be in good hands.
