My experience at Suburban Toyota of Troy (STT) was great EXCEPT they would NOT work with my credit union (Dort Federal) on financing. Instead, I got stuck with Wells Fargo and their terrible, 4.89%, interest rate. My car cost $23,500, my credit score is 775 and I put $10,000 down. That interest rate is a sham. I’ll be refinancing with my credit union at 1.99%. :)

They were able to find the car with the exact specifications we wanted so we committed to making the purchase based on the information emailed to us reflecting the window sticker. We were not aware that the dealership adds $995.00 in addition to the window sticker. It is disappointing when the consumer is willing to pay full sticker price but the dealership adds almost an additional $1,000 to the price. Our salesman said it was on the website but we could not find it posted any where. We decided we were not going to move forward if we had pay the additional $1,000. Disappointing as we have owned Toyotas for the 15 years.

As a loyal customer to get our Toyota serviced at this location for years, we were let down and saddened by how we were treated today. Driving over an hour to get a walk-in service, we were (rudely) turned away because they were overbooked. That was not the problem, as that can be understood, the problem was how it was handled. (But at the same time, if you cannot honor the walk in service as a dealership with customers who live far away, maybe encourage them to call ahead?) I was upset with the way the lady treated my mom and talked down to her about her vehicle and it’s notification to get service that was supposedly wrong, and when she was getting her name to pull up her account. There’s no reason to get snarky in either of those situations. Those are just two examples. I understand that this kind of job can be stressful and overwhelming, but what happened to having good customer service? I was disappointed by how this person handled the situation. I’m afraid it reflects on this location poorly

I paid for a used vehicle inspection in June and received a report that indicated zero major issues (only the cabin air filter was noted as needing attention). Seven months later, the vehicle needs a complete frame replacement?!?!? How can a frame look so good it doesn't even get a yellow / "May require future attention" rating in June and in February it's completely shot???

On August 2021 I went to 2 dealers for toyota, to see which one would give me a better price deal to lease a car.
At Victory Toyota of Canton we Agreed upon on a price that is a little better than the other dealer, but i choose to put a deposit and go with
Victory Toyota of Canton because the promised a 3 weeks timeline to get the car.
After 3 weeks they said factory sold the car to a different place and asked me to wait another month
Then after that they said there is a shortage and that they are not making enough cars and that it should take few month more.
It should be noted that i had to keep calling for updates and they would not call themselves.
I kept going and they give me dates until yesterday 9/15/2022 where they said old price is not valid anymore even though i made the deposit back on 2021 and price was already sit. The new price for the lease was up %63.
I would suspect that dealer did all that so that I don’t get the car with the deal made at the beginning. They not only lied about it and did not keep the promise, but also caused me to keep waiting until now which made me loose money cause if I bought any car back then it would’ve been cheaper for me.
I know for sure i will not be back at this dealer again. And i will advise close friends and family not to go there because they won’t be happy at the end.
Finally, if this dealer promise you something and give you a useless reason for not filling it then look for a different dealer cause they will never do. Customer satisfaction is sometimes they do not care about.
It is all about them making money out of people. -this based on my experience with this dealer-.

On 12/23/21, I hit a pothole and got a flat tire. I have a 2022 vehicle and it comes with roadside assistance so I called them to tow me to my local Fox Toyota. I had purchased a vehicle from Chevrolet by Fox the next building over and had always had great service there. Not at Fox Toyota. I knew they would be closed for the holiday weekend and I knew it was my fault for putting off buying a spare on my own. The rest is on them. Please also bear in mind, I am the only person on the title of my vehicle and on the financing.
On 12/27/21, I called Fox Toyota service dept and was transferred to Mike who denied having a bright blue vehicle on premises, even stating he sent the Porter out to go check. He transferred me to the body shop and I spoke to Ken, who is quite honestly the only competent and decent human being I spoke to at Fox. The man is truly above and beyond great. But that's the body shop and not the point of this review. Back to incompetent Mike: he further denied my vehicle was there and told me that tow truck companies keep cars on their lots over long weekends all the time to charge roadside assistance extra money. So I had to track down who Toyota sent me, only it is a failing business who has a full voicemail box and when he finally called back said he wouldn't talk to me, only my husband (who doesn't own the car). The failing tow truck business owner sent us video and pictures of his driver not only dropping my car off gently as you do on a flat, but placing the key fob into the night deposit box. This is important.
Fox Toyota had me spending 5+ hours tracking down my vehicle only to find it was within sight of their window. When going into the service department, again asked about blue car. "We don't have one" only to ask what my car was doing out the window then. "Oh, we didn't have the keys." If you had the car, just say so. If you didn't have keys, just say so. Don't lie and cause panic! This is why I'm livid now. For some reason, they made a big deal of "checking the night key deposit box again" and lo and behold my keys. These fools cost me a day of work to track my car down which resulted in another day delay in getting my car back. To make matters worse, the Porter then got into my car like he was going to drive it into the service bay on a flat tire. He had no idea it was flat. Idk how out of it one has to be not to notice the whole vehicle tilting oddly but whatever. Then Mike told my husband that he would give us a $10 discount.... Today, I pick up the vehicle to find no discount, a filthy grimy gear shifter with god only knows what on it, no manager on site to remedy my situation, and terrible customer service. Mike Toussaint couldn't be more incompetent if he tried. I was gouged on the price of the tire too! I had to pay double what other places charge for the same thing! If I had my choice of where to do business, I would only deal with Fox Chevrolet or the body shop because the only person who was kind, respectful, understanding and everything I would hope for in customer service was Ken.
