I found dealing with Michael an absolute pleasure. There was no pressure to buy, and I felt like he actually wanted to find what worked for US vs trying to make a sale. He was polite, personable, and very accommodating to our schedule. We test drove one car, and he seemed to know instinctively that we may want to try another. While out, he ran over to grab what he thought we might like more. And sure enough, he was spot on! A salesman willing to hustle for his clients. That's customer service at the sale... I had to report it to Toyota for fraud. I hesitated getting another car financed through them but COVID limited my options. I went against my better judgement and got screwed again. Bought new 4 runner in December of 2018 few weeks ago with all the snow had to use 4 wheel drive it clunked when it was engaged and at one point would not come out of 4 low had 2019 was told by Service manager Matt in service a lot of customers have said same thing, did not want to have tech even look at it I did finally get a tech to drive around parking lot he heard it klunk twice he also heard the gears grinder then stopped took out owners manual I said what you doing he said reading on how th shift it this was a trained tech he pulled it inside Matt gave me toyota corporate phone number told me to call them and see what they say I then went to rod the new car sales manager was basically told same thing but he said do you want a car wash pass for your trouble can not believe the way I was treated waiting on corporate to call me back

When buying a vehicle the sales people were great but if you say NO on a item they try to sell you they bring in management. Management when you tell them No they will NOT leave We did buy a Item to install on our new vehicle BUT they did NOT install it right . They did a VERY CHEAP job. I found they MISSED installing it . That is what happens when the sales people are doing there job and management PUSHES to hard. We will NOT EVER go back to them.

I did my part to avoid this negative review. Sales man Capus Robinson is illiterate with paper work. He had our plates and titles for the two Kia Souls I purchased CASH on 11-4-19 all screwed up. There was several lies and promises of accessories that has never been honoured. It took until my husband's bday 12-17-19 for what we thought everything was finally straighten out after Matt Szabla from LaFontaine Volkswagen went above and beyond making things right for my husband's tags for his plates even compensating him for his inconvenience after Matt Law from LaFontaine Kia was incompetent on doing so. Now it's February I go to SOS to renew my tags sit for three hours to find out I have been driving around with a plate registered to my husband's Kia!! And now my car sits in the drive with wrong plates, and expired tags because I'm furius that I have to call up there AGAIN and get this all straightened out when someone that holds a higher position should have went through all of our paperwork and made sure everything was straightened out. This has been a huge inconvenience and taking up a lot of time and gas running back and forth to the dealership and Sos. It is the worst buying experience I have ever had. I'd highly reconsider taking your business here.

FRED is the last person you want to deal with! Forgot to order the detail, floor mats and rim details that we set over a month in advance!! The GM FAILED on every level of customer service after this was all brought to his attention!! They treated my girlfriend like a second class citizen after THEY dropped the ball!
After all that they are making her drive to pick up the floor mats they forgot!!!
