He was very knowlegeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions, sometimes several times over in order to explain the technology to us. He was always polite and he seemed to want what was best for us.It was a great experience and everyone was wonderful to work with, Wisdom, Bill, and Theresa. It is a 1st class operation. Their team listens and understands your needs, are friendly and make car buying fun. Justin, Cody and team were absolutely wonderful. They also have an excellent service department. Absolutely go buy that new Toyota or used or certified pre-owned from these guys. They will not let you down. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I contacted this dealership on Friday evening and heard back from Jessica White at 4:35pm. I asked if a certain used Acura was still available. Jessica said she would check with the internet sales manager Dawn Medecke.and let me know. I received an email from Dawn saying that the Acura was still available. I texted Jessica stating that I would be at the dealership the next morning when they open. This all happened right around closing time on Friday evening. After a 1.5 hour drive, my wife and I arrived at the dealership on Saturday morning…when they opened. I asked for Jessica and was told she is AI and was referred to a salesman, Brandon. He looked for the Acura and said it was sold on Friday night. Many things are messed up here…I was texting an AI generated “thing”, next, Dawn stated that the car was available. I wasted almost $50 in gas and most importantly, I had cancer and want to make every minute count. I wasted 3 hours of my life for nothing. I’ve learned from this…NEVER trust this dealership. If you insist on buying there, do it in person. This is a horrible way to use AI. VERY deceitful. You’ve been warned.

I was a first time shipper to this dealer so I wasn’t sure why to expect. I first called with some questions, those were answered well. I decided to come in. The whole process was easy and not pressured. All the information was presented clearly, all pricing was given up front and I knew my options. I’d have no problem working with them again in the future. Kevin Marogi took care of me, and I appreciated his low key style. Very knowledgeable and easy going.

The sales person Grant Scalon accused me of loaning my car out and someone stopping at a high rate of speed causing the issue. The car sat for 1-2 months because I had surgery. They want me to pay a diagnostic fee and to fix it. They only want the sale! Do not buy from them!

I stopped in the dealership for test drive with intent to purchase a used vehicle. Salesperson, Sam Yost, was very helpful & knowledgeable with assisting me with a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Great test drive. Ready to buy. When the time came to discuss the purchase price - my customer experience took a steep decline. Sam was professional & informative of sales price and presented payment options. I presented a counter to the full retail purchase price. Not a surprise, the Sales Manager became involved in our conversation. I assume most car shoppers are familiar with the back and forth to land on a mutual agreement. The Sales Manager became quickly became testy and annoyed that I was not willing to pay full Retail/list price. To justify my counter, I showed the Auto Trader data of other like-vehicles (age, model, mileage) in our area, the Sales Manager became huffy and rude. All discussion halted. No counter offers. Sales Manager stormed off. Very unprofessional behavior from management. This is a perfect example of why car buying is sometimes unpleasant. I’ve been in sales and customer service for years. I’ve never treated a customer in such a manner. They lost my business and referral.
