My crosstrek needed some warranty work & I live an hour away from the dealership & can’t drive right now due to some health problems. He arranged for my car to be picked up by one of their staff and they absolutely took care of EVERYTHING! Can’t thank them enough! I don’t usually do reviews but really needed to for this!!

Jared Driste was fantastic!! Driving my pickup and the engine started making terrible noises.. Drove it right to Mauer Main to see if I could get someone to listen to it.. Jared, who was very busy, came out listen to my engine and advised me not to drive it. Assume it would take days for repairs since I didn't have an appointment, but received a call later in the day telling what the issue was (Water Pump) and that it would be done later that day!! Was so thankful!! Jared is the best!! Extremely Happy!!

As a customer with little knowledge about the car buying process I was intimidated coming into my appointment, but I immediately felt welcomed, encouraged, and informed through each of the steps of the process during my meeting with Amanda. He even let us take it home to see if it would fit in the Garage space ! The Test drive was so easy and my friend and I got to try it out ! The staff is so kind and Is a top priority ! DeAnna was a very nice young lady. Came out to see us on the lot shortly after we'd got there. Got in the back seat of the car we test drove even though we gave her our license and insurance info. We paid cash (check) so the transaction went rather smoothly. Another customer came in during our final paperwork while DeAnna was in the back room making copies and no one greeted him, said nothing to him, even others that worked there walked right by him and didn't say a word to him. We thought that was unprofessional. DeAnna finally saw him standing there then just left without finishing our paperwork!! Maybe everyone there should concentrate on being more customer friendly. Other than that our transaction with DeAnna and others in the office went rather swiftly.
