I honestly cant explain how happy and relieved to have worked with Chris in the service department. I bought my car at this dealer. Chris has been right there with me every time whether I need a repair or maintenance. I completely trust and confident with him and can't say thank you enough. Chris was responsible and professional which was always appreciated. I needed a loaner car and he arranged it. My car came back perfect especially since it was a difficult situation. Chris would get back to me all along the way with updates and explanations . You can be sure that I will not go to any other dealer because of him as needed in the future. He should get a "excellent" on all items below.

Mr. Frank Russo is a very helpful service advisor at DCH Paramus Honda. My honda vehicle had an auto service at this shop on March 25, 2024. Next day, I found out it was mistakenly overcharged and reported to the original service advisor for a refund, unfortunately the refund had not getten to me for a month even I had contacted the original service advisor so many times, calls, voice mails and emails. Until I contaced Mr. Frank Russo who could resolve my issure in just one hour. He responds my email and phone calls right away. Frank is a trust person. I brought my car there for service on several occasions since buying it new in 2019. I have not one bad word to say about the service department or the service people. Taylor is the gentleman that helped me each time honestly without him I don’t know how smooth or rough things could have been. I dreamed about having a convertible Mercedes all my life after 60 years I was able to buy one. when I started going there, my grandson was 14 years old and everybody treated him so good that whenever I had to go back, he felt like he was going to visit family. Stephanie who worked up in the front treated him so kind that he loves her for giving him a teddy bear and a Ray Catina Mercedes hat. from the salesman all the way up through Service I have no complaints at all and I want to thank each and everyone of them for the kindness and professionalism that they show each of their customers when they arrive. My grandson still comes with me sometimes.
