From the minute I spoke with Bob Gio on the phone to picking up the car, everything went so smoothly. He was not a "pushy" salesman at all. I knew what I wanted and what the numbers were and he met all our expectations and more. His knowledge about the vehicle is exceptional. Upon picking up the vehicle, he already had the AC running as it was a hot day and went through the car in detail. Paperwork took all of 10 minutes. We have owned 2 Acura's previously, each for 10 years and my whole family is now thinking of getting an Acura. You can't beat the reliability of an Acura. Went through Delta Sonic car wash on 12/26/18 and the machine broke the rear wiper blade on my 2015 MDX. They said they would fix it but I chose to have Crest Acura do the work. I'm glad I did because Jorge Rivera (the service director) took a personal interest in my case. When Delta Sonic low-balled the Acura estimate by 1/2 Jorge worked to take me out of the middle and significantly reduced the actual price I ended up paying. He did this quickly and efficiently. They had the parts in stock and when they were short-handed for technicians Jorge did the work himself. I watched him do the entire repair and it was completed quickly and correctly. He went above and beyond in order to help me and get my vehicle back to normal. He treated me right and I will continue to bring my vehicle to Crest for servicing. Thanks Jorge!

I had a great experience with Acura of Rochester. I was visiting family in the area and noticed that my car was leaking fluid from the rear axle. I had a short window of time to address the issue before a six hour drive home. Al from the service department recognized the potential for this to turn into a very expensive problem and found time to service my car despite the department being booked out for two weeks. My problem ended up being the result of some faulty maintenance work done by another dealer back home, and I received a picture of the faulty work to take with me. The repair came in under the estimate, and communication with Al was professional and straight forward. An A+ experience, I highly recommend this dealer for service.

Foot brakes disabled after replacing the rare brakes. Leaving a message but no reply. No instant corrections after I report, still let me wait at least 1 hour or pick later that day to come back.

Bad business practice - unhappy
Arranged to turn in my 2017 Acura several months prior to the expiration of its lease for a 2020 model. Came to a satisfactory financial arrangement with the sales associate,, Peyton Rowe, who was very helpful. We were told the car would be ready late in May. When it was ready, Peyton called and we arranged to pick it up on a Saturday morning. The day before, the dealership manager called to inform us that the incentive we'd been given applied to 2019 models, that it was a mistake to offer it to us that there were no 2019 models left, and that the 2020 model we wanted would cost an additional $4000! My wife, who took the call, blew her top at this news, which led to major friction in our household. When I spoke to the manager, a woman with what sounded like a Russian accent, she suggested we cancel the deal and wait for a similar incentive to be offered on a 2020 model. There was no guarantee that this would happen, no promise that our original deal would be honored. It was impossible not to be angry at such unprofessional business dealings, and we canceled the deal and swore never to shop for an Acura at this place again. There may even be legal recourse since the fault was theirs, not ours, and they should simply have swallowed the loss, no matter the cost. We are still reeling from the disappointment of not getting our new car as per the deal we made.

Do NOT go to Acura of Bedford Hills - JC224
Beware of this service department. Brought my car there for NYS inspection and oil change. As part of that, I was told that there was an issue with the tire pressure indicator as it was providing an incorrect reading of the tire pressure as compared to the actual tire pressure. In order to see what the issue was it would cost about $140 to run a diagnostic to test the indicator and potentially replace. I declined. When I got home, I tested the tire pressure with a digital pressure gauge and it provided the same measurement as the car indicator was providing. Shame on this service department for trying to create a fake issue to collect more money from a customer.
Also note that the oil maintenance minder was not reset to 100%. While a fairly minor thing, given that the service was to change the oil and NYS inspection, shocking that they would have missed resetting the maintenance minder.
I received the standard email from customer service manager, Steve Barbosa, as to whether I was happy with the service and what could be done to improve the service. I provided feedback as outlined above, but did not receive any response.
Terrible!!!!! - #disapointment
Terrible attitudes and lack of communication! Do yourself a favor and save your self the headache and buy a vehicle somewhere else. Long story short I spoke to saws rep Anthony (who was very nice). I inquired about an Acura RDX on their website. I spoke with Anthony and he said he car was in the shop getting a seat replaced it had a tear. I’m from out of state and was willing to travel to purchase the car. I offered to put the deposit on it but he said to wait and he would call me as soon it got out of the shop. I called today because I hadn’t heard from him and spoke to Tom. Tom said Anthony wasn’t it but he checked with his used car manager and the car was back. I gave Anthony my credit card number for the deposit. He said he would call me back in about an hour for the buyers order and send me a video of the car. It had been a few hours without hearing from him so I called back. Tom said the car already had a deposit on it. Frustrated I asked to speak to his manager. Mike the used car manager came on the line very dismissive. No empathy he said “it slipped through the cracks”. I told him if that’s how yo do business I wouldn’t spend my money you. While trying to ensure they didn’t charge my card he hung up on me. This is not at all what I expect from an Acura dealership and they should make this right. I will be spreading the word about my experience. I hope the shredded my credit card info.
Really Unethical Negotiating - bill805
Have bought many cars at many different dealers, and know there is always the game to be played to some extent. But these people are just bottom of the barrel. All the sales people are very young, so that tells you something - no body with experience wants to work here. Worked out a deal with a salesperson on Thursday night only to have them claw the deal back the next day, adding $2,500 to their price.
