This is the best dealer I’ve seen. My car lease end up on August. My friend and I went to ford first cause we’ve always want to try America car. The dealer was nice, but mostly like fake smile, he didn’t give us the good deal. Then we went to infinity, but they waste us a lot of time.I even got headache.:( Finally we went to Rallye Acura, I told Anthony what I expect, he didn’t waste our time and offered the best car for the price . That’s the dealer we want to deal with. I will definitely recommend all my friend to him. Thanks.

I have been a Curry customer for approximately 20 years, that is, servicing my leased from Curry vehicle at Curry. In my experience with Curry Acura, servicing a leased vehicles assures me and my wife of a safe and road-worthy vehicle. I am very particular with how the car is serviced and maintained, i.e., stayed with my salesman for the entire length of our relationship with Curry, as well as Chris in customer service who oversees that my vehicle is maintained as I would want and who has demonstrated a high level of and conscientious follow-through despite that he must be in demand in providing a level of service one can rely on and trust, All too often, I don't think excellent service is acknowledged. Hence my reason for the preceding.

Went in to look with my wife because he Nissan lease was up in a few weeks. I usually dread these places. Expect the worse of people trying to dump cars on unsuspecting buyers (like Jeep does). But not at island acura. We were greeted by the receptionist who asked if we wanted to talk to a sales rep, we wanted to look before we were hassled(we thought). After about 15 minutes we asked for a salesman. We were greeted by Bobby Gio. He was very kind and honest. we told him what we liked and what we wanted to spend. we took a test drive. she choose her car and out of curiosity i asked what my jeep was worth to them. they gave me very fair number. the manager Tony also came over to see how the process was going, he was nice and professional. a few hours later we came back to pick up our new cars. it was a hassle free environment there. Bobby was great with everything, taking my jeep and taking my wives lease. Would DEFINITELY recommend island acura. thanks Bobby! it was a pleasure! will be back!!

This is my third purchase through Acura of Rochester and all three experiences have been accommodating and a pleasure dealing with the dealership and sales person. I live over an hour from the dealership and continue to patronize this particular dealership due to the professionalism that I have received from each and every sales person. I sent my Car in for a warranty Repair and they said that it would take several days to repair. They kept my car for two full weeks. They lent me a loaner car which I barely used and kept garages. when I returned it, they claimed that there was a very minor scratch on the headlight and that the tire rims were scuffed and demanded over two thousand dollars in repairs. They then made a claim against my car insurance company claiming that I caused damage to the car. Do Not Deal with them, You will be Aggravated!!

WORST CAR EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE - Amanda Palmieri
I returned my leased Acura to the nearby Buick Dealership (since I was leasing with them) and filled out paperwork that they would return to Acura of Bedford. Make a VERY long story short, they did the previous day. Acura of Bedford "lost" my car on a lot and it sat there for MONTHS without me knowing. It was reported to credit bureau's that I did not return the car. This has completely ruined my life for the past few months as I was in the process of getting a mortgage. It is STILL NOT FIXED!!! I understand that mistakes happen however the most disgusting part was how Acura of Bedford handled this issue. They hung up on me, told me "get over it," refused to call me back, and basically made it out to be my problem because they didn't want to deal with it. I have been distraught for months as I have to sort this out on my own when it was 100% their fault for misplacing my car. I have never felt like being a woman made a difference until I dealt with these men (who treated my fiance very differently). I also have never taken the time to write a review on a car, restaurant, ANYTHING, however the public should be aware that this dealership ruined my credit and chances of getting a mortgage until it's settled WHEN IT WAS THEIR ERROR FOR "MISPLACING" MY CAR FOR MONTHS. Stay away!
PS I also asked to talk to managers but the desk staff must have been warned not to transfer me because they were somehow "unavailable" for a month straight.
