Great car buying experience. Was able to buy my new 2021 Crosstrek Sport while driving between Exit 2 and Exit 5 on I-287. Had already priced this vehicle at 2 other dealerships and David Nausch was able to give me a substantially lower price in only 3 exits. Met him for the first time a few minutes later and signed the paperwork at agreed upon price. Car pick up was stress free as finance and extended warranty pitch was in a non pressure environment. Dealership was super clean and all employees were wearing masks. Time is money and I spent less time buying this car at a great price than waiting in line at bank drive thru. On September 16, I left my car at the Ithaca Maguire Hyundai Service Center because of the noise from the steering wheel. I was told I would have to wait for it a day but It took 2 weeks total. A week ago, on September 20, I was told that the car had been damaged by them and they left my car in the body shop. The service center accidentally damaged the driver's door and repaired it, not replaced it. The dealership repaired the car at the dealership's body shop. Please check Attached Photo with an estimate and invoice. I was informed yesterday that the 28th September, repair was complete and that I could take my car with me and I went to pick up the car. I felt very bad about repairing the door of a two-month-old car, rather than replaced. I was dissatisfied with the simple repair of a two-month-old car that was almost a new car, not even a one year old car. However, I tried to understand, because the dealer is responsible and repaired. I got the car and checked the seat on the driver's side, which was quite contaminated. Please check with this photo as well. I asked the service center about the service, and the service center told us that they would have to clean the car. After getting back into the car, I was so annoyed. The contaminated driver's seat was a little clean, but this time the chair was damaged as the photo showed, the left side of the sheet was torn. I couldn't leave the car at this dealer shop anymore, so I brought the car at home. I was very displeased and disappointed with the Hyundai Service. I bought Hyundai, a Korean brand, because I'm Korean, and now, I am so disappointed. Please concern my situation, and please take action.

We love our new Forester touring model. We had a really nice salesman who didn’t push extra things and he had answers for absolutely everything in terms of how the car worked. It was difficult to find a car because many of the plants are on sort of a slower production in 2020, but it arrived and we promptly were notified and could pick it up. We were able to have our trade-in evaluated at from our home on a link. That was very helpful to us. We submitted pictures they gave us a quote and it was twice as much as we had been offered at another dealership.

There are no words to express how hard this dealership works to make sure that the customer is satisfied. They take the time to explain everything about the car you are buying and the contact you are signing. But the most important factor is they care about you the customer. They address any concerns you have and do it with a smile. The salesperson I had was named Oscar there wasn’t anything I needed to do but sign where he told me to. But the most important thing about Oscar is he conducts business with a caring heart he just doesn’t go through the numbers. Oscar really cares and that’s important he goes the extra mile during the whole transaction and even after the transaction is over. To me as a customer that makes me very happy. Oscar is a real gentleman and shows that when he conducts business. I will definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

We were in the process of purchasing a brand new Subaru Forester for my wife, as we bought our two previous Subaru's from Romano Subaru. We bought our previous two vehicles from their because to be honest with you, we really liked our sales associate, who unfortunately no longer works there.
I tried reaching out to the dealership several times, but no response. Obviously, they must not be too interested in selling brand new vehicles to repeat customers because I never heard anything back from them.
However, that is more than okay because we found the exact vehicle we were looking for at a fair price for both our new vehicle and and our trade in but without all of the hassle! I was glad that were able to buy local this time and not have to deal with their General Manager again, Borzou Razmjou, who could really use some bedside manners!
