We fell in love with Chevrolet of Troy and had an amazing experience on our new Tahoe, after 4 other local dealerships told us they would NOT come off MSRP, they gave us over $7000 OFF !! I am a stay at home mom and our daughter has special needs and scares easily in unfamiliar places. I mentioned this ahead of time so that we did not surprise them if she had a breakdown, and without asking, they said that was no concern and she was very welcomed there and they would do anything we asked to accommodate her, or if it helped, they could DELIVER the car to our driveway FREE of charge!! This took so much stress off of me, and our daughter, I have never had any business be so understanding and offer to accommodate us, and also invite us in knowing it could be disruptive to their business, most places just give us "the look" and let us know a crying 3 year old is not wanted, Chevrolet of Troy showed great compassion and understanding, I will never forget their kindness. I had a great experience. Went in to look at the Chevy Trax and learn more about them. My sales guy Brian Cale, his co worker called him "The Chevy Guy" was great and not at all pushy. He was straight forward about things and if he didn't know the answer he wouldn't feed you a line of xx he would get the answer for you. I left there with a great deal and a great car. Everyone was fantastic to work with. One of the best Chevy dealerships I have ever dealt with.

I purchased a 2017 Cadallac Escalade with 122,000 miles for ONLY $23,000!! Super clean, no rust, interior like new! I owned a financial investment firm for 36 years and every few years my accountant would tell me we needed a sizable deduction, so i'd purchase a brand new Cadallac Escalade, so I know what a well kept clean car looks like. I didn't know, but when you buy a used car with more than 100,000 miles, there is no warranty. By the time I got my car home I could tell there was something wrong with the transmission. I called them and they told me to bring it in the next day. I dropped it off the first thing in the morning and they gave me a brand new loaner. I returned the loaner and expected to pay for services rendered and NO CHARGE!! Two days later I had another issue and brought it back, got the same loaner, and again NO CHARGE!!! Something a few days later and the same result. NO CHARGE!!!! I and my team at my Financial planning firm new the client was king and we treated and served them as such. LASH went way beyond the call of duty. I and my family will be loyal to them for the rest of my life!
