Joseph Buick Service is great, called at last minute and they were able to fit me it. I waited for my car while they changed my oil and rotated my tires. Was quick and everyone was very pleasant and kept me up to date. Check out was easy, even offered me cookies! Waiting room is large, clean and they have coffee and water available. Will be back

Everything was good and the new guy was very helpful. The biggest issue i have is that every time I have work done, they claim they have filled my washer fluid. This is the third time, in a row, that it wasn't done. I even ask multiple times if they are sure, but no, no it doesn't ever seem to be done. I went back to have it filled the other times but I'm tired of needing to do that. Are they just plain out lying to me or are they oblivious to the work actually being completed? Either way it worries me that other things get lost in the possible lack of communication. I needed other work done on my car and decided to go to my regular mechanic to have it done. After an issue as small as washer fluid, how can I trust them with something as important as my brakes.

In mid-August, I made an appointment to have a tire checked; we thought the tire had a slow leak. As it turned out, three of my tires had issues! Reggie worked things out with repair of one, acquiring two new ones, rotating tires, and putting on the spare—so I could use the car that night and come back the next day for the new tires. Reggie explained each step along the way. He is friendly and thorough; I trust his expertise!! Thanks Joseph VW!
