I especially want to thank Michael for doing the heavy lifting to make this a smooth transaction; During the delivery he provided a comprehensive tutorial of all the features so I understood everything before leaving the facility. Airen provided a fun test drive. I really appreciated the time the team spent ensuring the CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring was the best model for my specific transportation needs. When it came time to finalize, Javier, the Business Manager, was fantastic. He was great at exploring the financial details of the purchase and made sure I felt confident with every part of the agreement. Wow- customer service and decent people still exist. Roger Button just made this a bad situation so much better. I bought a car under a year ago here, found put the engine blew 12,000 miles in. Mini & Roger fixed the situation the best they could. I am trading in and buying a different from here now. After this problem and the way they handled it here at the dealership, I would have my children buy a car here.

If someone finds a vehicle they think will fill their needs, they need to slow down, listen closely to their salesperson and especially the finance person because, they are going to fall all over themselves to sell you lifetime oil changes and extended warranty that will both add considerably to the bottom line and how much additional you will finance. Make sure you clearly understand each line of the cost breakdown summary of exactly what will be added to the amount financed. Personally, I felt the tires on the vehicle I selected were not adequate even though they legally had enough tread for another 5000 miles or so. I had those tires replaced through Bend Honda and paid for them directly and not added to amount financed. Also, get a very clear understanding of exactly how your new vehicle operates; technological advancements are moving at lightspeed and I had to get a lot of training to operate some of the new gagetry. The dealership overall is great. Parts and Service Departments are first rate. Abraham and Cody (Sales Staff) were easy to work with, informative, and accomodating.

We bought our Outback from Lithia Subaru a number of years ago, before moving to Central Oregon. We have had nothing but issues with the dealership over here. They couldn't complete the work on our vehicle without a part. They did not call to let us know this fact. I am assuming they never ordered the part, as they said they would call when it was received, and we never got that call. This happened months ago. We finally decided if we wanted to have our car repaired and repaired right, we needed to go back to the dealer where we bought it. I called the service department of Lithia and got connected with Deseo Perez. We were going to be in Portland, and even though it was short notice, he was able to get us an appointment. Deseo provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond and had us back on the road to Central Oregon much sooner than we expected. It is worth the drive to Oregon City for the peace of mind that our car will be repaired, and the repair will be done correctly. In closing, I want to recognize Deseo, Lithia's outstanding service advisor. He took excellent care of us!

I’ve purchased or leased at least a dozen vehicles from BMW of Portland and — Yes, it’s always 5 stars for me. New or used, buy or lease, I always go BMW at BMW of Portland. I love the dealership and for me, I go straight to Dave Krafsig, he has the knowledge and the integrity I look for in a sales rep. Usually one might say it doesn’t matter, they’re all the same but not when you’re talking about a car that will cost between $50-75 grand. It does matter and Dave cares, he really does, new or pre-owned (a term that means a lot when you’re talking BMW — which means certified in my book!! They get superb pre-owned vehicles there and I’ve bought them for my family (kids etc.) and one for an employee of my firm. All have been winners. I’ll always go back. Ask for Dave, you won’t regret it.
