I was purchasing from out of state, so I took some risk driving down. They had the best price out of the 10 dealerships that had the make/model/transmission/trim/colors I wanted. They worked with me almost entirely over email to get an out-the-door quote, and that's what I was charged when I got there. I asked them to get me out the door in 2.5 hours (no financing), and they were just barely able to do that. It was a good experience.

I brought in my truck for an alignment and Cindy, in the service department advised that there was a recall due on my truck, asking if I wanted to have it done. There were some time issues with the repairs and she went over what others have ever done for me to make sure the timing would not interfere with what I need to get done while my truck was down for the repair. She made me feel like an old friend, not just a numbered customer. She has been very proactive in helping me even when I did not request anything. Service like this is old school and doesn't happen as often as it used to. Thank you Cindy. With employees of this caliber I will return to Triple Crown Ford for future business needs.

2999 reconditioning fee for all used cars. The price you see is not going to be the price you pay. I was getting ready to buy a vehicle they and the $14,000 vehicle with tax title and license became a $17,000 vehicle. Ridiculous!!! Greedy!!!

This was our first time to purchase a vehicle from CarMax and it was sooooo easy!!! We located the vehicle in Houston and paid to have it brought to Lubbock. This truck looked like a brand new one and it was 2 yrs old. Henry, the young man that helped us with the paperwork, was so sweet and had everything done for us. This is probably the best experience I have every had at a dealership. If you need a GOOD used vehicle, I would highly recommend going through CarMax!
