I had an oil change tire rotation done today plus had my tire sensor replaced. With the oil change, they forgot to change the next date for my oil change and did not check the tire pressure on the tires. One tire had 44 pounds of pressure on it, the others had 33 and 34.

I have GMC Dealerships close to my house, but I always go back to GMC ELITE because of my service advisor, Roy Busby. He is always taking care of my car needs. He calls or texts back if he is unavailable at the moment. He apologizes to things not in his control but apologetic anyway. He speaks in layman's language so that I fully comprehend what is the issue, solution, wait time, or schedule time. Roy Busby is my go to guy.
