We've been San Tan Ford customers almost from the day - DuncanG
We've been San Tan Ford customers almost from the day they opened. This week, I discovered a 2025 F150 Platinum on the lot, with all the features that I wanted, while waiting for our 2018 F150 to be serviced. Rather than dealing with service stuff, my wife and I decided to trade in our 2018 for this 2025, and couldn't be more happy. San Tan Ford has a huge truck inventory, which allowed me to find what I was looking for - exactly one truck, but the unicorn :-)
For us, the buying process was extremely easy. We started by establishing what the trade in value of our current truck might be; once settled, we took the new rig for a run, only because it might be strange to purchase a vehicle without test driving it.
After working on the price for about 15 minutes, we came to an agreement, and proceeded with the purchase paperwork process.
Three folks of note were our partners for the process: John Dye, our sales associate; Bryan Hutchison, our finance associate; and Jim Brady, our accessory advisor.
John was / is a pleasure to work with. He was key in facilitating such a fluid experience. He is very knowledgable about the product line we were interested in, and was not pushy at all. Of course, the fact that we had probably already decided to purchase the truck before meeting John was not lost on him.
Bryan was very helpful and patient during the finance session. He quickly found an acceptable interest rate and period that we could agree on. Then the process ran its course. Meanwhile, John was transferring all the stuff from our old truck to the new truck. At no time during the sales process were we left unattended, which we appreciated. Of course, arriving at an auto dealer at 2:00pm on a weekday might be the reason that it was comfortably quiet.
Jim was very helpful and quick to arrange to have our tonneau cover installed on the new truck, as well as ordering some accessories - all from a counter than I didn't know existed at San Tan Ford - the accessories counter is located in the Bronco building :-)
If you're looking for a Ford vehicle in general, or a F150 in particular, San Tan Ford has never disappointed us :-)
