In addition, he is a product knowledge genius and provided me with honest answers and helpful information to facilitate my purchase process. Early on in the process Nathan the Sales Manager introduced himself to me just to offer any additional information I may have needed. Nathan is friendly and professional as well, he is extremely organized and was prepared to finalize my purchase leaving me upbeat and delighted. Simply put, he is an awesome leader and his desire to make a deal in a professional and transparent manner clearly comes from his heart, not a high pressure training manual as most other dealerships seemingly still embrace. Ill be honest , I was about to be done with Henderson Chevrolet , bought my Armada in april , told them something was not right with the brakes , took it in to service , was told everything was good they did bleed the brakes and it helped somewhat , something was still off and steering wheel was shaking when hard braking, took it in monday for oil change and advised again something was wrong with brakes. I was told the rotors needed to be replaced, I was not about to pay for that when just 3000 miles ago I was told it was all ok. Spoke with Sam (sales manager) he took care of it and had my rotors replaced. So with that being said , was taken care of like it should have been done. I will continue to use Henderson Chevrolet as my dealership and would recommend to anyone else.

Jack Buford Chevrolet in Richmond Ky. had such excellent deals we were able to purchase a brand new 2023 Equinox for less of a price we would have paid for a gently used one. Not only was their prices right their customer service was top notch from beginning to end. Garrett was by far one of the most kind, honest, hardworking sales people we have ever encountered. Jack Buford gets all the stars and the highest ratings from our family.

The dealership is wonderful. I could never say enough positive things about the salespeople as well as the receptionist. The staff in sales match the definition for professionalism. HOWEVER…The service department is horrible. Beware single working mothers. Please take a trusted person with you and ask questions! I feel I was grossly taken advantage of and I could have saved well over 500$ if I had brought my vehicle back to my hometown rather than using this service department. I hope to never have to go back. If I do, I will have a trusted person with me.
