On Tuesday June 17th, I traveled to Dan Cummins Chevrolet dealership in Paris KY. I just knew they couldn't do anything for me because I was extremely upside down with my current truck. Meaning, I owed a lot more than my truck booked for. After covering all options, they offered me a 3 year lease on a brand new 2500 with 6.6 Duramax diesel, with payments almost identical to what I was paying on my present truck. In 3 years, I'll be right side up, debt free and during the 3 years, I'm driving a brand new truck. Wow!!..See, that's the thing about Dan Cummins dealerships. They just won't let you leave dissatisfied and disappointed. Salesman Jim O'Brasky and the Dan Cummins dealership team worked what seemed like a miracle with my situation. I've said it before and I'll say it again, you either traded with Dan Cummins, or you should've.

Knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient, he answered my questions about dealer inventory and quickly located the vehicle I came for. I have purchased many vehicles in the past, and this was easily the best customer experience I have had at any dealership. When my parents recently wanted a vehicle similar to my own, I made sure we went to Bachman, where Alex located the same model of vehicle I bought. I was there for their purchase experience as well, and the process was flawless. I would definitely recommend Bachman again and again and again.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I arrived a few minutes early after 90 minutes I checked on my car. The technicians leave the shop and congregate in another building and periodically check on your car. They spilled oil in my engine compartment and left all the garbage in the car for me to clean myself. This shop is not run professionally! I take it to the dealer so I can have my car thoroughly inspected expect someone to either go over the results or at least give me some printed information. None of that was done during my visit. Nothing was done after I raised the concern, in fact I felt like that is why they left all the garbage in my car.

Ill be honest , I was about to be done with Henderson Chevrolet , bought my Armada in april , told them something was not right with the brakes , took it in to service , was told everything was good they did bleed the brakes and it helped somewhat , something was still off and steering wheel was shaking when hard braking, took it in monday for oil change and advised again something was wrong with brakes. I was told the rotors needed to be replaced, I was not about to pay for that when just 3000 miles ago I was told it was all ok. Spoke with Sam (sales manager) he took care of it and had my rotors replaced. So with that being said , was taken care of like it should have been done. I will continue to use Henderson Chevrolet as my dealership and would recommend to anyone else.

Jack Buford Chevrolet in Richmond Ky. had such excellent deals we were able to purchase a brand new 2023 Equinox for less of a price we would have paid for a gently used one. Not only was their prices right their customer service was top notch from beginning to end. Garrett was by far one of the most kind, honest, hardworking sales people we have ever encountered. Jack Buford gets all the stars and the highest ratings from our family.

The dealership is wonderful. I could never say enough positive things about the salespeople as well as the receptionist. The staff in sales match the definition for professionalism. HOWEVER…The service department is horrible. Beware single working mothers. Please take a trusted person with you and ask questions! I feel I was grossly taken advantage of and I could have saved well over 500$ if I had brought my vehicle back to my hometown rather than using this service department. I hope to never have to go back. If I do, I will have a trusted person with me.
