I took my VW in for its 20k mile service appointment. Shelby greeted me on the service drive with a friendly smile. I explained why I was there and what I wanted done. She explained that they would do an inspection and go over the cost before any repairs are done. I had a concern regarding my windshield and she said she would have them look at it. They had my vehicle back to the technician very quickly. They were able to get everything done in a timely manner. Southwest Volkswagen service department is amazing.

Not empressed,, the salesman who sold me the car was asked to check the windshield wiper fluid cause the sprayer was not working. In the long run my wife and I were stuck with a bill of over 450.00 to have hose replaced. Which should have been covered by the dealer. Very disappointed.

The tire rotation was free and they washed the car. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant to be around. The environment in the dealership is very pleasant. There is always someone available in parts to provide service and support. I highly recommend this dealership
