My wife and me had the privilege to meet the salesman Peter who was really helpful and knowledgeable about the Volkswagen cars. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. He has a definite love for the cars demonstrated by the numerous Volkswagens that he himself has bought, restored and modified. His knowledge of VW is what draws the customer in because you realize that he knows what he is talking about. John knows how to put the customer at ease. Being a family man and father, John also understands that sometimes you must drag you kids into the dealership with you. He is honest and forthright. He helped us with the purchase of our Atlas and has become our trusted advisor in all thing VW. He is someone we go to and trust long after the purchase. We call him with questions before calling the service department. John has even gone out of his way to discuss a maintenance issue with our son who is away at college. Excellent service you can count on to be thorough beyond expectations! I usually have an appointment, but today was different. Leilani provided a detailed estimate on the cost to install and program a new battery, chane oil& filter, get tires rotated, and a 37 point inspection. My 2022 Tiguan was at 39,000 miles. The cost & time estimate was on point and the service technician cleared the car of any additional repairs. My car is running great thanks to a superb job! I highly recommend Leilani and the service techs at Alamo Heights Volkswagen.
