When this dealership recently switched over, the service really suffered. I had an oil change back in April and just found out they “forgot” to put a crusher washer back on - resulting in my oil leaking for 4 months. Hopefully everything is going to be okay (Did I mention I waited almost 2 hours and all they did was put it on and add oil?). Also - when I got home I noticed on my paperwork, “complimentary vacuum and wash.” Second time they said this when I went in for service but second time they most certainly did not vacuum my car. Not even sure what that’s about.

I won’t do business with this dealership again! Just to be clear, this is a NEW dealership in Manchester owned by Bertera. Bertera Nissa in Manchester was MIA once the check cleared.

And Ted in finance.. this was not only the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've had ...but they both made the process so Stress-free! From start to finish... I got intimidated by.a Few on Cape dealerships .. they were way too aggressive.. however the trip off Cape to Nissan of Bourne was worth the trip . Both Noah and Ted were pleasant, professional and made it the best experience I have had in purchasing a car . JOSH CARVALHO, JIM SLAMIN JR AND STEVE CHAVES, ALL WORKED TOGETHER TO BECOME A DREAM TEAM OF DEALERS! WHILE I WAS WORKING THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO HELP ME GET INTO A NEW CAR AND BRING DOWN MY PAYMENTS!!! THEY STAYED LATE, AND HAD EVERYTHING READY FOR ME WHEN I GOT THERE TO SIGN.
