I just leased a new 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum thru the Costco Auto Program at Baron Nissan. My salesman, Satish Massand, is a very experienced salesperson. He is very kind, patient and he isn’t high pressure, like most of the other dealerships. He truly knows his stuff and really wants to help you. I felt he gave me a fair deal since I was looking for a Rogue SL, but that trim level was discontinued and if I went to the lower trim, I was losing features I had become accustomed to. So, Satish gave me a good deal on the Platinum trim and we really love the car. Also I know what when I need service on the vehicle in the future, the Service Manager,Jason Fachner, is very good. Great dealership. Ive been coming for a few years now and I just had my car serviced on monday. Dan went over what was wrong my with car in detail and we deciede what was a priority a d what I can hold off on, considering at this day in age you have to wat h how much money you spend woth everything so high these days. Anyway we went over ot amd I got a loaner and was out the door with in 10 minutes. Dan and Joe fron the serviced e department are great to work with. Laid back and are definitely out to help all customers. I highly recommend these guys. I refuse to take my car to any other dealership or local garage. I trust this dealership and you should, too.

I have leased and purchased all these years and never had an issue. Just regular servicing as I brought my 23 pathfinder in today for an oil change and tire rotation. I always get the service rep Andy. He’s been there for years and he is fantastic. Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. No up charges here. Service is always great and on time. I arrived at my appointment time, waited 20 minutes called him and I quote " I forgot, can you wait 10 minutes I am at lunch!'. There seems to be only one service rep Kristen Horn that can do anything. She is so busy communication is poor! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Bought a used 2016 Ram 1500 on 5/31/2025 as of 6/6/2025 the Massachusetts registration transfer still isn’t completed. Which means tomorrow I will no longer be able to legally drive the truck until they figure out how to do their job. Without the registration I cannot get a second keyfob (truck only came with one) made because Dodge requires bill of sale AND registration to get the programing pin on top of the vehicle being purchased in both mine and my husband’s name which means we both physically have to be there with photo ID to get the pin and he gets deployed on Monday so I’ll have to wait until he gets back which means I won’t be driving the truck until he’s home because the risk of losing the key and having to pay thousands to reprogram the truck to a set of keys isn’t worth it to me. We were told that it would be registered on Monday and the registration paperwork overnighted to us for Tuesday. After they messed up the paperwork and didn’t get it done Monday they promised we would have it registered by Friday but it’s Friday and still no registration. Our salesman is no longer responding and the sales manager will not return my phone calls. Never mind the lies they told us about how they wouldn’t fix the broken parking brake or chipped windshield when we looked at the truck and told them on 5/27/2025 that the truck would not pass mass inspection. Their response was“they didn’t have to abide by Massachusetts inspection laws. But lo and behold even in the state of CT they still have to pass a checklist including safety which those 2 issues fall under so they had to fix it, which they did. Why lie about it? They also claimed that they were going to have the truck detailed again prior to us leaving with it. Which they didn’t. The interior was still full of grime from the previous owner along with the previous owners personal information left in the vehicle when we test drove it. If I could rate this dealership zero stars I would.

One day while I was taking Uber home from work a Nissan Sentra was the car that picked me up. I liked the way the car ran and the space in the back. The salesman let me test drive the car and I like the way the ride was and the features of the car especially the safety features. He showed me some of the features and everyone was very nice and attentive. I was on my way to getting a new car. Had my car now for just 3 months and I Love It. We went to Nissan of Yorktown Heights to look at a used car. The staff was excellent. We even got to meet the new owner, Adam. We ended up not buying the car, it was just not what my daughter was looking for. I have to say it was the most pleasant visit to a car dealership we ever had, and I'm 60 years old so you go in there on guard, but we were treated so well. There were no high pressure sales tactics. We were treated with actual kindness and understanding, they actually listened to us and what we were looking for. Since we had traveled so far they actually filled our car with gas for the trip home. I wish Adam all the luck in the world in this new endeavor. I highly recommend this dealership and we will definitely keep an eye on their inventory, because we have three daughters that will be looking for cars over the next couple years.

This is undoubtedly because Juan Mills was one of the sweetest gentlemen I've ever dealt with at a car dealership and he made the transaction as smooth as can be. The whole process took a little over an hour with a trade and a new lease. Incredible process throughout and easy to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone interested in getting a Nissan.

I leased my Rouge from this dealer in May, 2016. The deal they advertised was they would buy me out of my existing lease if I leased a new car from them. I did the deal and gave them my old Volkswagen but they "forgot" to turn it in. Come October I'm getting invoices from VW as the car was due to be turned in in September and Nissan said they would look into it. They say they had taken the car to their service department and forgot about it. In November they finally turned the car in and in January I got the final invoice. I sent it to them at least six times and they never answered me about paying the invoice. Now their showroom is empty and I am on the hook for $3,000 they were supposed to pay.

on dec 20 2016, i turned in my leased nissan for anew lease. after all negotiations were over, nissan was to pay all fees for wear and tear , mileage overage, etc. 2 weeks later , they closed their doors without paying what was owed .
