I just leased a new 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum thru the Costco Auto Program at Baron Nissan. My salesman, Satish Massand, is a very experienced salesperson. He is very kind, patient and he isn’t high pressure, like most of the other dealerships. He truly knows his stuff and really wants to help you. I felt he gave me a fair deal since I was looking for a Rogue SL, but that trim level was discontinued and if I went to the lower trim, I was losing features I had become accustomed to. So, Satish gave me a good deal on the Platinum trim and we really love the car. Also I know what when I need service on the vehicle in the future, the Service Manager,Jason Fachner, is very good. I have leased and purchased all these years and never had an issue. Just regular servicing as I brought my 23 pathfinder in today for an oil change and tire rotation. I always get the service rep Andy. He’s been there for years and he is fantastic. Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. No up charges here. Service is always great and on time. Great sales department also! Come down to the best Nissan sales and service department to get the best deal!

I leased my Rouge from this dealer in May, 2016. The deal they advertised was they would buy me out of my existing lease if I leased a new car from them. I did the deal and gave them my old Volkswagen but they "forgot" to turn it in. Come October I'm getting invoices from VW as the car was due to be turned in in September and Nissan said they would look into it. They say they had taken the car to their service department and forgot about it. In November they finally turned the car in and in January I got the final invoice. I sent it to them at least six times and they never answered me about paying the invoice. Now their showroom is empty and I am on the hook for $3,000 they were supposed to pay.
