We worked with Britt to purchase 2 new vehicles for our family after a total loss. He was easy to get along with and extremely detail oriented to make sure everything was perfect and ready to go. Our only gripe with the dealership was working with finance. We had an extremely long (90+ min) wait time to sign for the first vehicle and had issues on their end paying cash for our second vehicle. Ultimately it was resolved but it was a long couple of days. Britt advocated to get us in our new cars and we’re very excited to be driving them!

I had an outstanding digital car-buying experience with Foreign Cars of Charlotte. I reached out through their AI agent on a Sunday night, and the on-desk team responded within 30 seconds. After a couple of questions and some urgency, I was promptly forwarded to Colton Tannenbaum. He took my needs and said he get with me first thing in the morning, which he did. We completed the entire process in 24 hours via text and e-signatures. Their internet-advertised price was so good that I didn't negotiate the price! I did go back and forth on my trade-in and excellent communication throughout. So in the end, buying a car all digital, sight unseen, and doing a lease and trade-in was great. Loved it and gave Colton crap the whole way through cause we made it fun. Highly recommend working with Colton! Oh, and to top it off - he delivered the xxxx car to Raleigh for me.

1FAFP90S25Y400006 - The dealership is selling this 2005 Ford GT that had many visible as well as hidden issues. Had I not done a $500 PPI (pre purchase inspection) I am fairly certain none of the issues would have been described. Dealers' jobs are to sell cars, I get that, but knowingly selling a car with severe issues is yet another. After they picked up the car from my disastrous review, which was done by Fred Ficken Ford nearby, the car went right back up for sale. Why am I writing this? If someone searches this vin number, hopefully they will order a PPI and know NOT to buy this car. Issues? Brakes are shot, rotors are cracking, shocks are gone, shocks are not original to the car, tranmission may have been dropped from the car, undercarriage damage, all 4 wheels need to be replaced, not reprayed, but replaced (which is very hard to source), tires are from 2008 and need to be replaced, CLUTCH IS SHOT, and a host of other issues. The mechanic reported paint work on rear bumper as well as burn marks on body paint from "buffing" issues. The doors do not line up on either side of the car and stripes are off for this reason when viewing from the side. Interior has damage on console as well as "odd damage consistent with possibly removing the seats" as the car is believed to have been heavily tracked. This car will take $50,000 just to make is driveable but it is unlikely to be original and after all the above, 1/3 of the car will need to be replaced. Clutch is so bad and slipping is happening already, it is about a $10,000-15,000 job to replace the clutch and re-assemble it. Hopefull you are reading this. McLaren Charlotte was very nice, and delivered the car for its PPI the day after I called - but the car is a disaster and nobody should entertain buying it without knowing the above. The above are FACTS, not conjecture, supported in the PPI.
