The truck was super clean the price was fair without any hassle. Finance was straight forward and the my rate was on point. I was in and out on a Saturday afternoon driving my new truck. Still in the preliminary stages of trying to sort this out, but long story short, I brought my low-mileage Jeep Wrangler (purchased at Gator) in for service, check engine light was on and engine was running rough. So, $1800 and five trips later, Jeep still had check engine light and was still running rough. Was told to "drive it and it would clear up." Service manager Scott Davis offered to investigate further for an additional $4200. I am currently having the vehicle evaluated for service performed and continuing issue. Be careful at the Gator Jeep dealership service center, their prices are inflated, and in my case, the problem went unresolved, though I paid in good faith.

I waited a while to post this review cause I wanted to see if the car I bought was as awesome as it seemed. Hint: "yes". I knew exactly the car, mileage, & year range I wanted. I found all the cars in central and south Florida that met my criteria, reached out to them, and started a harrowing experience. When I was narrowing my search, most of the dealer ratings were...terrible. Deceptive practices, etc. When I called I got the typical, "When can you come in to look at the car." Or "We don't give out pricing over the phone." Dude, I'm 150 miles away! In short, the reviews were pretty accurate. Who wants to travel all the way there just to find out all the extra fees they add on to their pricing. Those were a hard pass. In the mix, I happen to reach out to a small dealership locally with a car that matched my criteria. After talking to them (very friendly and not the typical salesy talk) , I then checked out their reviews...mostly all 5 stars. Nice! Called back and I told them I needed final OTD pricing and would do most of the process over the phone. They said, "No problem."...Wait, what? And they followed through on that commitment. Pricing received and BTW it ended up being slightly less. These guys made the entire process so fast and easy. Amazing, Finance that took about 20 minutes (I know, crazy) and the car is so nice! What a gem of a business! This is the way car buying should go. Finally, for me, a way to tell a little about the dealership regarding used cars is to look at the tires. Is it a grab bag of different brands? That's a place that couldn't care less. When I looked at the car, no...all matching. Did some research on the tire brand and found out its a solid brand...not Michelin but still really solid. Just more little details that these guys pay attention to. I tell everyone now about this place now. It's a gem. Thank you Harbor City Auto Sales! You guys Rock!

Untrustworthy and Incompetent Service! I had one of the worst experiences ever at Porsche of Melbourne. While visiting family in the area, I heard a noise coming from one of my wheels and brought my car in to have it checked. They told me they couldn’t hear anything wrong with the wheel but claimed I had an oil leak—which didn’t make sense, as I had never seen a low oil warning on my car. Still, I trusted their diagnosis and paid $4,500 for the repair. On my way back to Miami, I immediately got a warning that the car was out of oil. When I called, Amy told me to “just add oil until you can get back to us.” I drove all the way back to Melbourne, where they took my car for only 30 minutes—no lift, no plates removed—just topped it off with oil and sent me off again. Two days later, it was leaking oil again! When I called back, they refused to take responsibility or offer further help. I’ve since gone to another Porsche dealership for a second opinion. I’ve never dealt with a service department so careless and unwilling to make things right. Completely untrustworthy experience.

A very disappointing experience overall. I had been shopping for a GLS throughout South Florida for quite some time and eventually expanded my search across the Southeast. Earlier that morning, I spoke with the internet manager and offered to place a refundable deposit to secure the vehicle long enough for me to complete my due diligence, especially since I live more than three hours away. I was assured that would not be necessary. Shortly afterward, a sales representative contacted me. He was professional, responsive, and diligent throughout our conversations. He provided all requested information and asked for details regarding my trade-in, which I promptly supplied. He later followed up with an offer, and I explained that while we were close on numbers, I was attending a family event and would reconnect shortly afterward. Not long after, he called again to inform me that a walk-in customer wanted to test drive the vehicle. Feeling pressured to finalize negotiations, I requested an additional $500 on my trade-in and a $491 reduction in the purchase price. He asked whether I would secure the vehicle with a $5,000 deposit if management approved those terms, and I agreed. He later called back and explained that management had decided my offer was now secondary because of the in-store customer. Ultimately, the walk-in customer purchased the vehicle. The most disappointing part of this experience was not losing the vehicle itself, but the lack of professionalism, consistency, and transparency from management. Customers who are willing to travel long distances, negotiate in good faith, and spend significant money on a luxury vehicle deserve the same level of respect and consideration as someone physically standing in the showroom. I want to be clear that the sales representative himself was courteous and professional throughout the process. My frustration is directed at dealership management and how the situation was ultimately handled.

We found the car of my college-age daughter's dream through the assistance of Kyle, who amazingly located a pristine Jeep Wrangler that matched our needs completely. Everything about our transaction with Osman Super Center was above board. They were straight-forward, easy to deal with, and did everything they said they would do. The price of the Jeep was on target with the Blue Book value, but could have been priced even higher due to it's excellent condition and other upgrades. We felt that Perry Osman gave us a great deal! The entire staff was super friendly, from the mechanics in the garage, to the office staff. The business manager, Carol, made the paper-signing process enjoyable and fun. On the night we closed on the car, she and Kyle stayed late to accommodate our work schedules. We can give our unequivocal recommendation for this dealership, and will be visiting there again when our younger daughter needs a car!

Since the purchase I have had a leak and even though they were a buy here pay here lot and the car was as is they even went above and beyond to fix the problem!
