This was a great experience. I drove from Tampa on a whim. The car was at the top of my range for me and I went there with very little expectation. The truck was perfect. Everyone there really did everything in their power to get this car closer to a reality. We ran into multiple hurdles but the team kept pushing through. My 2023 Nissan Frontier buying experience was such a pleasure and I felt like I was working with family. There were even fresh cookies baking and they were delicious! Our son’s Cadillac was towed to this dealership after what we believed was a simple battery issue. After three days, the service advisor, Dave, informed us that diagnostics would cost at least $2,000, but suggested we file an insurance claim because they suspected a lightning strike. After another week without a diagnosis, our Progressive insurance agent advised us the dealership was requesting even more time, which he reluctantly approved. Communication with Dave was unprofessional—he was unresponsive for days, used profanity, and eventually stopped replying to messages. When we followed up, the service director, Bill, let us know Dave was not longer working there, admitted that Dave was “nefarious” and promised to get to the bottom of the issue. Ultimately, the dealership determined that a sensor had been damaged in a previously unreported accident. We paid for the repair and picked up the car after it had been in the shop for three weeks. Less than 48 hours later, while our teenage son and three of his friends were driving home from a movie late at night, they experienced a violent jolt and heard metal grinding. They pulled over and discovered that several lug nuts had not been tightened and a bar connecting the tire was missing a bolt. The tire and part of the axle had begun to separate from the car. Thankfully, no one was seriously injured or killed. We confronted dealership immediately with video evidence that was taken from the roadside that night. When we requested a refund—at the very least a partial one—the dealership instead offered us a $500 store credit, but only if we signed a nondisclosure agreement. In other words, they attempted to silence us for $500, despite putting our child and others in life-threatening danger by not reassembling the vehicle properly. They took no responsibility. Please, before trusting this dealership with your vehicle or your family’s safety, reach out to me directly. I am willing to share the video from that night, as well as our full text and email exchanges with the Coast Cadillac team. This information could literally save your life—or the life of someone you love.

I recently bought a 2003 Corvette there with 91k miles on it. Before I made a deal with him I made sure to actually have TWO mechanics look it over and knew the repairs I needed to make before I returned. Pat gave me the keys to the vehicle, put a dealer tag on it and told me to take my time with a test drive and to let someone look it over. After inspecting it I found a lot of MINOR things that had to be done and they are as follows; repair passenger side headlight motor, flush antifreeze/coolant and refill, repair passenger side visor clip, repair HUD (heads up display that displays on the windshield), repair tire pressure monitoring system and clear one service code that was the result of a recall that was already completed. There are also a couple of minor cosmetic issues in the interior and with the convertible top. They are 10 years old and it was driven so this is fully expected with a used car. Was I mad? Not in the least. Also, when I negotiated the deal I ended up having Pat promise to repair the headlight motor and he stood by his word and did so. Two of the other repairs I have already completed myself and it cost me a total of $0 in parts. Also a third will cost $0 but it will take me all day for the repair and I haven't had time to do it yet. The coolant flush and refill cost me $13 I think for the 50/50 Dextron coolant. The few things that are left to do will be relatively inexpensive and do not hinder the safety of the vehicle. I know full well when buying a used vehicle, there was a reason the previous owner got rid of it. This one runs beautifully which is shocking considering most Corvette owners drive the car how it was designed to be driven (hard). I waited for almost a month before posting this review to make sure nothing drastic happened. I've been driving it daily and will continue to do so I'm sure.
