Josh at Porsche in OKC is the best! - Vickie

Josh at Porsche in OKC is the best!! I went in for a look at a tire that needed air per my car alert and some strange condensation on the floorboard of my passenger seat. Josh checked all my tires and determined they were sound and just needed air. He also unclogged a vent and replaced a very dirty air filter, all without charging me for labor. I was there maybe 15-20 minutes. Absolutely painless. Thank you, Josh!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There are service advisers, and then there - Klaudi

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There are service advisers, and then there is Chandi Dias at Bob Moore Volkswagen in Edmond. This visit cemented my belief that he is one of the best in the business. I brought my 2017 Passat S back in for a routine oil change, and what happened next is exactly why I trust Chandi with my vehicle. About a year ago, he identified and documented a potential cam cradle issue during a previous visit. Rather than simply moving on and forgetting about it, he kept detailed records and notes. When I came back this time, Chandi immediately remembered the situation, reviewed the documentation from the prior visit, and proactively contacted my extended warranty company. Because of his thoroughness, attention to detail, and persistence, he was able to get multiple repairs approved and completed before my warranty expires in about 2,000 miles. The result? More than $4,000 in repairs covered that would have otherwise come out of my pocket. What impresses me most is that Chandi doesn’t just process repair orders—he genuinely looks out for his customers’ long-term interests. My goal has always been to keep this Passat on the road until at least 250,000 miles, and Chandi has consistently helped me make smart maintenance decisions that support that goal. He understands the vehicle, understands warranty coverage, and most importantly, understands customer service. In an industry where many people assume dealerships are only interested in selling more work, Chandi proves the exact opposite. He advocates for his customers, keeps meticulous records, communicates clearly, and thinks ahead. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication saved me thousands of dollars and gave me tremendous confidence in the future of my vehicle. Bob Moore Volkswagen should be proud to have someone like Chandi representing their service department. He is an absolute rock star, and the reason I continue to bring my vehicle back. If you own a Volkswagen and want a service adviser who genuinely has your back, ask for Chandi Dias. He’s the gold standard! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an exceptional experience at this dealership, - larissahaven

I had an exceptional experience at this dealership, thanks to Kevin, who was an outstanding salesman. He guided me through every step of the vehicle selection process with patience and expertise, making the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend both Kevin and this dealership for anyone looking to buy a Jeep. The finance process was equally smooth and hassle-free. If you're in the market for a Jeep, this is the place to go!

I was looking for a used pickup. - daneverett_55

I was looking for a used pickup. I found one on their website that I was really interested in. I researched it online filled out the paperwork to make sure I qualified before I drove 45 miles into their lot. I even called them and talked to a salesperson to make sure what I done was right and that the vehicle was there and I qualified for it. I made an appointment and drove in. The person I made the appointment with could not see me so someone else said they would help me. I gave them the information on the pickup I was interested in and told them I had already done the paperwork and showed them I was qualified. He looked it up on the computer and told me that although the truck was on the website it was not on the lot (yet). He left the office and about 20 minutes later a different salesperson showed up. He told me the other man was busy with another customer. He then proceeded to tell me I didn't qualify after all. However, if I wanted to look at a different pickup with over 50000 miles on it then one, I wanted to look at. I could get it. I told me no thank you and walked out. I really don't think that they wanted to help me because I was not the kind of customer they wanted to do business with. I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you come in with a lot of money a nice car and dressed in a suit. They will bend over backwards for someone like that but for an average citizen they cannot be bothered.
