I had a great experience working with Rodrigo when - Jean-Claude Lugo

I had a great experience working with Rodrigo when purchasing my Jeep. He made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. What I appreciated most was that he was very knowledgeable and helpful without ever being pushy or making me feel pressured to buy. Rodrigo gave me the space to make my own decision while still being there to answer any questions and help along the way. The whole experience was straightforward and enjoyable, which isn’t always the case when buying a vehicle. I’m very happy with my Jeep and really appreciate the way Rodrigo handled the entire purchase. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, easy to work with, and genuinely wants you to have a good buying experience, I definitely recommend working with Rodrigo!

I came into the dealership after having a pretty - Zachary Hall

I came into the dealership after having a pretty frustrating experience at another dealership. We had spent hours there looking at a Nissan Kicks that I honestly wasn’t happy with, and they were trying to get me into a vehicle I didn’t really want for around $650 a month. I was frustrated and wasn’t sure where we were going to end up. We decided to take the Kicks over to the Chevy dealership, and that’s where we met Vance. From the beginning, Vance was easy to work with and actually listened to us. I never felt pressured into buying something just to make a sale. A Trailblazer was actually something my girlfriend and I had talked about getting for her for years as an upgrade from her Chevy Cruze. I never really pictured myself driving one, but once we got to the dealership and I saw the Trailblazer in person, that completely changed my mind. I got to see it, sit in it, drive it, and really experience the vehicle instead of just looking at pictures or numbers. I ended up realizing that it was exactly what I wanted. In less than two hours, we had returned the Nissan Kicks and I was driving away in a 2026 Chevy Trailblazer that I genuinely love. We also went from looking at a payment around $650 a month for a vehicle I didn't even like to getting the Trailblazer for $563 a month. The entire experience at Chevy was completely different from where we had just come from. Vance made the process quick, straightforward, and comfortable. He listened to us, answered our questions, and never made me feel pressured. I went in not expecting to leave in a Trailblazer, and I ended up absolutely loving it. I’m extremely happy with the vehicle and really appreciate everything Vance did to help make the experience such a positive one. I would definitely recommend Vance and the Chevy team to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Over the weekend I noticed my heater was not blowing hot - barbies.bickle

Over the weekend I noticed my heater was not blowing hot air. I had planned to get my oil changed already so set up an appointment for Tuesday. Michael immediately located the culprit, the water pump. He was able to get me in and had my car repaired and ready to go by 4 that afternoon. I had previously planned engagements so I was able to keep my promises. Thanks!

Update: Don Thorton has committed to fixing the - madora

Update: Don Thorton has committed to fixing the ding/dent in our vehicle. This is what good customer service is all about. Happy to see them stand behind their good name and do the right thing. Thank you Don Thorton VW. I will update to 5 stars once the work has been completed satisfactorly. Original: We took our new 2026 Atlas Cross Sport into receive its 10,000 service. When we got home we found a rather obvious ding/dent in the front right above the headlamp. We contacted the service department. They reviewed the photos they took when the car was dropped off. No ding was seen on the car in the photos. We sent a photo of the ding/dent we took to the service dept. We were told they would have their manager call us on Friday........ etc........
