I never interacted with Mat but he still has to be rated (and I can’t rate him low that’s not fair to him) and I can’t remove him. I don’t know who he is and never met him. Samantha deserves 5 stars though

Billy gets 5 stars from me, he throughly explained pricing for me the day prior and was extremely kind throughout the entire process. I’ll be back for all of my VW services.
