The entire buying process, outside of taking delivery of the vehicle, was completely done via email with a few phone calls later on. We live near Birmingham and made the drive up to Huntsville. Dealt with Henry initially, then Roger on the day of pick-up, and finally with Travis on financing/warranty. All went very smooth and the staff was attentive and professional.

He worked with me for sometimes trying to find the right fit for my work needs. We talked back and forth about several vehicles over a month or so and finally found there perfect fit. Couldn't ask for better customer service and respect as I often changed my mind on what would fit me best but he nailed it. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and experience.

From my first phone call to having car delivered to my door. I found this the easiest experience in purchasing a car in my life. My sales person, reception, vehicle check in person, detailers were all friendly, no pressure, experienced and knowledgeable. I feel the only slight drawback was I had to call to check on status of timelines on delivery and financing paperwork being completed. It would have been better if I received a text or phone call keeping me up to date. I was given a ball park idea but a more precise time line would have allowed me to plan my days ahead. This was a minor issue. I would buy my vehicle and highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

In June 2020 Janice and I witnessed our daughter purchase a 2021 Trailblazer from Oscar Ramirez at Mitch Smith. Mr. Ramirez was very knowledgeable, courteous and made her feel very comfortable with her first vehicle purchase. We brought the trailblazer for the first oil change in November and had a great experience with the service department. My wife, Janice test drove a 2021 Trax while we were waiting for service. I called Mr. Ramirez for questions who again was a great help. He searched and found the vehicle that had all my wife wanted and made the process very convenient to purchase. I purchased the Trax on December 11th. Oscar was a huge part of the purchase of two vehicles for our family.
