They really do not seem to care. They get you in there and tell you need a few things and then do not even go over it with you when you pay. They do not wash the cars anymore. The overall customer service is just not what it used to be. I am disappointed and am thinking of changing dealerships closer to me.

I would definitely avoid selling your vehicle to Desert Toyota (or really doing any business with them). I sold them my 2019 Toyota Tacoma a month ago and was supposed to get a check for residual amount after payoff shortly afterward. I have now been trying to chase this down for over a week, getting the runaround and not getting people to return my calls when they say they would. I am at a point of having to consider legal action which is just so disappointing!

Terrible, horrible, 0% customer satisfaction at this dealership. Never trust their representative and servicer manager. They will lie to you and make promises that they will not keep. Making customers to believe false statements. For example: Manager promised the customer will ONLY charge just the part, not the labor. However, they will still charge you at the end of the service. ONLY want the money, 0% Customer satisfaction. This is why because of you guys I can't trust any of the dealerships anymore. You completely failed your mission which is taking care of you customer and understanding what you are going through. Toyota of Surprise deserves nothing, but recognition of distrust. PLEASE. I don't recommend this place anymore.

The service department is a joke . I had my engine light come on after changing the battery and getting a oil change at someone other then Toyota . They told me because I didn't use Toyota motor oil thats why the light came on. So I had them change the oil to Toyota oil. They turned off the light and charged me to do that also. The light came back on before I even got home. I took it back and told them about the oil thing and they looked at me like I was nuts,.
I showed them the work order that show that. Then they said we will have to take you motor apart .
I said you guys don't know what your doing and you not touching it again. Took it to ford and traded it in . Don't go to Tim's Toyota if you want good service.

Don't visit their service department. They returned my vehicle back to me in a unsafe manner with a gouge in my front brake rotor and other issues that weren't presented to us by Hector the service advisor. Major issues such as brake failure due to a rotor that they gouged and bad radiator hoses in which I would have replaced. I drive this van cross country every year and would not have refused this service as so.
Talked to the disservice manager today and got absolutely nothing for their shoddy work. I had to take my van to another Toyota dealership to correct the issues, awaiting on reimbursement, if any.

The staff was very helpful & courteous especially Jay Johnson. Between Keith, Jay & Enrique they were always on top of everything. They were polite and made sure that you were their main concern. They answered all of your questions. If I could I would give Anderson Toyota, Lake Havasu, AZ a 10 star rating!
