I was shopping around for trucks, and had not decided on which company I was going to go with yet. I was down to two options, Tundra or Silverado. I ended up using Truecar so I could get an accurate cost vs feature comparison. Lynn reached out to me using my information from Truecar, and he gave me the best hassle-free, no commitment experience I've had at a dealership. I ultimately decided on the Silverado, and Lynn was happy for me and glad he could show me the Tundra. He was very relaxed through the entire process, and had a lot of information on the truck. If I were to purchase a Toyota I wouldn't want to talk to anyone but him.

Hi, I am sharing this experience with you because you must be looking for a vehicle.
I absolutely love my 2004 PT Cruiser, don't want to give it up. Toyota on Camelback is extremely fortunate to employ a professional, mature, laid back but aggressive man named Mr. Eddie K.
Because of my search for my next love of my life car, it has taken me months to decide. Along the way Eddie K has stuck with me. Not kidding, He sent me videos he actually took of vehicles inside and out.
It has been 2 or 3 months speaking with him that I finally went to test drive a Toyota CH-R.
To my delight he came out looking professional and educated in the industry. I knew I could TRUST him. So will you. He gave a tour of the Dealership, however had problems with the coffee machine. ha Bottom line is, did I purchase that CH-R? NO. But he is staying on it for me, even though I am a
hard sale. He makes you want to purchase your next car at Toyota and with him.

I was looking at used cars and had the same experience as another reviewer where the sales manager put on the table a price higher than advertised and much higher than the max KBB value. They also wouldn’t negotiate more than $500. This is not only disrespectful to customers but a form of bait and switch. They proceeded to talk down to us saying we’d not find what we wanted in the price range we had.. We did find the same car at another dealer that was priced fairly and was within our budget. I will never go Desert Toyota to purchase a car.

This happened to me twice now BOTH TIMES AT DEALERSHIPS BELONGING TO PENSKE. just thought I'd mention that cuz I think it's interesting how it's consistent.
so I was sold these interior exterior packages that are supposed to add protection. And long story short I think it's really convenient for the dealership how at both dealerships including Toyota of Surprise here, I paid for the package and the service department never got the work order. Upon calling I was told this and asked to bring in the letter that says that the dealership owes me this item in question.
DAMN CRAP that at both dealerships the finance department fails to give the service department the work order yet the finance department never failed to take my money. LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK. I HATE DEALERSHIPS MAN. Or they call them "STEALERSHIPS" for a reason. See how that works, stealing your money??
I work out of town on long jobs and kind of let some time pass ended up selling the car and never got the interior exterior package applied to it And was never able to get a refund either so I paid for it like I said. And the dealership rob me for that money and laughed all the way to the bank.
I made sure on the second vehicle that I purchased this year to have the service done but it was a joke at best and that's why I'm saying just skip their extra products that they're going to pile on "after " you already made the deal on the car. Look at my review for Tempe Honda. I would stay away from there too. Jokers

The service department is a joke . I had my engine light come on after changing the battery and getting a oil change at someone other then Toyota . They told me because I didn't use Toyota motor oil thats why the light came on. So I had them change the oil to Toyota oil. They turned off the light and charged me to do that also. The light came back on before I even got home. I took it back and told them about the oil thing and they looked at me like I was nuts,.
I showed them the work order that show that. Then they said we will have to take you motor apart .
I said you guys don't know what your doing and you not touching it again. Took it to ford and traded it in . Don't go to Tim's Toyota if you want good service.
