My name is Sonya Howard and I don’t appreciate that keys Chevrolet has messed up two vehicles I had/ have. I have now came twice for an oil change and was informed I required a soft ware update, but on each occasion I am there for an oil change, I declined to have the software done , due to them charging me twice for a 2018 Malibu that was returned in August 2020 in which I am now in a 2021 trailblazer which I once again came for an oil change , declined to service rep Pete that I didn’t want the software update due to No shops had the parts for my vehicle. He again took it upon himself to orchestrate this update, now my car want stop misreading my phones, aside from it reducing speed while on the freeway, or I cagey the tires to stop squeaking from what ever tire adjustment they did.
