The service itself went as planned, but the price i was quoted by the service team, was 150 less, than what the cashier wanted to charge me. When i brought up the convern, the cashier, said oh yes and pointed to a small note on the paperwork that stated the price quoted as having purchased package that provided me a lower price than normal. If i had not had mentioned it, i would have been over chsrged. Looks like the service department needs a new way to clearly indicate on the paperwork if the customer has the Century maintenance or any specific plan, so that the cashier can properly chatge the customer, or a better training of your employees. The difference in price was 2X what was originally quoted
