This was the first tine I went in to the service department for a Chevy Tahoe that I just bought from Jessup. Cory told me that it could take a few hours to replace a part that broke. I agrreed to wait knowing the time frame. I was in the waiting room for not more that 20 minutes. I think they knew that I was cold and did not bring a coat. EVERYONE in the office was so polite and kind. I am really impressed!

I have now came twice for an oil change and was informed I required a soft ware update, but on each occasion I am there for an oil change, I declined to have the software done , due to them charging me twice for a 2018 Malibu that was returned in August 2020 in which I am now in a 2021 trailblazer which I once again came for an oil change , declined to service rep Pete that I didn’t want the software update due to No shops had the parts for my vehicle. He again took it upon himself to orchestrate this update, now my car want stop misreading my phones, aside from it reducing speed while on the freeway, or I cagey the tires to stop squeaking from what ever tire adjustment they did. I just bought my new Chevy Colorado because of great services from Ryan S. This was by far one of my best ever car buying experiences. Ryan was always fast to respond to my inquiries, was very respectful of my time, allowed me to test drive and leave the dealership without ever any pressure to buy. I was allowed to check all competitor brands and even other Chevy dealers bringing me back to Ryan and Kearny Mesa Chevy. I was also very pleased with the back room financial process which nobody every looks forward to. Again, I never once felt pressured to buy into anything that I really did not need which Mike M. did a great job explaining all of the many options allowing me to openly decide on what was best for my transaction. Purchased a 2020 Silverado trail Boss. When the truck was presented to us it was dirty inside and out. I demanded another wash but I was told it would have to be at another time. The sales person didn’t take the time to show me how to use any of the features 4x4,towing etc. It’s been 2 months and not a call asking how’s the truck or if we have any questions. After purchasing a $52k truck maybe you should keep good relationships with your customers. For my next vehicle I will be taking my business elsewhere!!
