Even though I was located in Southern California, Glenn made this a hassle-free experience. As I would be in town, I arranged for a test drive. The purchase process went smoothly, and I even had a chance to compare BMW’s financing to the one provided by my credit union (which I ultimately used). TBH the attitude of the people who do intake of the car is rather terrifying. So rude and disrespectful not to me but I saw it with another customer. Not to say I was treated with any more kindness. It’s just so robotic and unpersonal and unkind. Completing the work was definitely speedier than expected.

I was searching online for a used Ford Edge but couldn't find the exact model I was looking for until I found the 2024 Ford Edge at Ford of Montebello. I reached out via the site and asked for more info. Julio called and informed me they still had it and we set up an appointment for me to come in. I drove up from San Diego to see the car. When I arrived everyone was extremely friendly and said hi. Julio introduced me to Fabian who was going to go on the test drive with me. Fabian showed me the different features the Edge had and how to use them. There was a great deal on the car and it was brand new. So I told Julio and Fabian I'd take it. The whole process was easy. Julio and I discussed numbers and warranties. I signed the papers with Sandy from Finance who made the process go smoothly. She answered all my questions I had about the papers. This was one of the easiest car purchase I've made. Highly recommend this dealership.
