Last week my wife & I went in to Daytona Nissan to look for another car, we started out looking at a Toyota Rav4 & a Nissan Rogue. Our salesman Ron met us before we got inside & we told him what we were looking for, -He showed us a couple of each model we ask about, we test drove them and we settled on a Toyota Rav4 they had, we crunched the numbers & we were just too far apart. Now he asks -Have you thought about a Nissan Murano? & we had not it was not on the radar, so he shows us one and we drove it --My wife has now found exactly what she wants. So we start working that deal & we thought we had it done there was one contingency that they could not check on until the next day ( Monday)-We drove the car home and really liked it, but on Monday when we drove back to the dealership they could not do what the deal hinged on so we left with out old car--This was going to be a cash deal. Now eventhough we did not purchase a car from Daytona Nissan I want to make sure everyone know's that our saleman Ron & the sales mgr. Bryant were absolutely fantastic we could never ask for people at a car dealership to be nicer we felt no pressure and I would never have any issue with going back there and purchasing a car from them. --Ron & Bryant Thank you guys for the guidance and the time you spent trying to help us, it really is appreciated more then you know.

From the minute I walked into the service department I was treated like a longtime customer instead of someone just passing through. Ashley and the service team worked with Nissan to make sure I was treated well. I seriously was surprised by how hard they advocated for me. My car ended needing to be in the shop for a while, Ashley and the courtesy driver made sure I had a rides to the hotel and Enterprise. I bought a pre-owned Land Rover from them about 18 months ago, and when I came to get a valuation at another dealership, their report showed an odometer rollback. While I believed this to have been human/recording error from the get-go, their total lack of interest in the problem, their refusal to return messages/calls (from the GM, and John Shirley in service who hung up on me when I said I would need to report it to the FLHSMV, their customer service on (what could be) a major issue was underwhelming. Ultimately I was chasing them for a month, and still getting very little help and rubbish excuses for not getting it fixed. I managed to the Experian report fixed with an email and a phone call, something that they wouldn't even attempt to try because they don't have an account with them. I would categorically not go back there and recommend you shop elsewhere if you're hoping to receive any level of follow-up service should you encounter problems.

sold me a 2017 Nissan Maxima for 16 thousand dollars drove it home with no ac they said they were not going to fix it after having it diagnosed.said car was financed already I owned the car. real bad dealership. took my story to pat Fisher Nissan they treated me like you would like to be treated got another vehicle no money down. considering I worked for the dealership for 8.5 years kinda tells you there just in for the business end of it, they could care less. don't go there trust me not good people. found a very nice elderly lady don't drive but about 5 miles a week maybe too take over payments on Nissan Maxima keeping full coverage on it, who has a mechanic that said he would replace the evaporator for her. Lord help your business if you ever return a vehicle there my friend did, they got on his business review and trashed his business by having salesmen put in bad reviews on his business. like I said stay away from anything that has to do with erdman motors.
