I was relieved over how smoothly my Mother's car purchase went. It all began with Patrick Blanc. He followed up with my online form, i was reluctant living in NJ trying to secure a car for my Mom. He was NOT pushy, he asked. Explained our unusual situation and he dedicated his time, effort and energy to us. Constant back and forth as he kept up with my purchasing concerns. He was completely different than other dealerships I contacted because they just wanted me to come in even tho I said I'm in NJ lol. When we finally arrive, Patrick was courteous, attentive and patient. My mother is 79 and he showed her patience and respect. The dealership environment was calm and clean. She test drove a model suited for her and we returned the next day to sign for her new car! Seven long weeks, Patrick made me feel secure and assured me he would do his best. That he did. Thank you Patrick for your effort and dedication to our family. You are a true asset to GN.

Last week my wife & I went in to Daytona Nissan to look for another car, we started out looking at a Toyota Rav4 & a Nissan Rogue. Our salesman Ron met us before we got inside & we told him what we were looking for, -He showed us a couple of each model we ask about, we test drove them and we settled on a Toyota Rav4 they had, we crunched the numbers & we were just too far apart. Now he asks -Have you thought about a Nissan Murano? & we had not it was not on the radar, so he shows us one and we drove it --My wife has now found exactly what she wants. So we start working that deal & we thought we had it done there was one contingency that they could not check on until the next day ( Monday)-We drove the car home and really liked it, but on Monday when we drove back to the dealership they could not do what the deal hinged on so we left with out old car--This was going to be a cash deal. Now eventhough we did not purchase a car from Daytona Nissan I want to make sure everyone know's that our saleman Ron & the sales mgr. Bryant were absolutely fantastic we could never ask for people at a car dealership to be nicer we felt no pressure and I would never have any issue with going back there and purchasing a car from them. --Ron & Bryant Thank you guys for the guidance and the time you spent trying to help us, it really is appreciated more then you know.

This is a very dishonest place for servicing your car. My wife's 370z is a cream puff with only 30,000 miles and it is her baby. They stripped out the oil plug, and fixed it by putting blue thread seal and they also broke the plastic underbody, right below the drivers side door. I had them leave it on the lift so I could see what they did, and Mike, the Service Director, said I had no proof that they did the damage. I reported all of this to the General Manager, Erasmo, and he never called me back. What a poorly run company. As a business owner in Panama City, I will absolutely tell all of my customers about this experience, and how poorly I was treated. I understand when people make mistakes, but just fix it and move on. In the end, especially if other customers are treated so bad, this will catch up to them. My wife was also ready to purchase a new Z, next month, but IT WILL NOT BE FROM JOHN LEE!!! Also, all of my company vehicles that I bring in for service, that ended as of the date of this review! Spent $20,000 with you over the last 2 years! Good job Erasmo, way to grow your business!

Taking my Rogue in for an oil change was so easy! I booked the appointment online, drove into the service lane where I was warmly greeted and checked in with an auto consultant. I waited for a few minutes in the lovely customer waiting area, they had cold waters and snacks. I went to lunch while they worked on my car but it didn’t take long. The car consultant was so friendly and let me know when my car was ready, told me not to rush come pick up my car when I’m done with lunch. It was an easy checkout. What a great experience!

If I could rate this place lower than a one star I would. They lied from the beginning. Back in 2022, we were trading in my nephew's car for a reliable vehicle. The first red flag was a car that was about to be sold to had been sold to someone else even though we were starting the paper work. Eventually they worked hard to resolve this and offered us a Nissan Rouge. They made me the main owner even though they promised that I would be the cosigner and now flash forward to us becoming aware that they sold us a lemon. The engine is blow and they refuse to cover anything towards it. We had already paid out of our pocket to fix transmissions issues. To make matters worse, they will not let us trade it in for anything affordable. Either we get a repossession on our credit score, buy a new engine or lock into a more expensive car with a $800+ payment. My nephew is a full time student with a part time job and I have my own bills to pay. In what world that a reasonable response to a car that's barely 3 already having so many issues. Buyers beware, go elsewhere. It it not worth being stuck with a business that could not care less about it's customers.

I’ve bought a lot of Nissans and Infinitis over the years and this dealership in my opinion SUCKS. Both Sales and service. I will not be back. Took vehicle in at 3500 miles for first oil change & tire rotation. A couple weeks later, I noticed lug nuts coming off. They replaced locking and also checked myself. 2 on left side were snug but not tight. Service advisor Jakob, worthless. Before driving away, I checked in my glove box to make sure my spare Lugnuts were still there, nope. Missing. Jakob asked, why would we take them? Called and sure enough, they took them. Left 2 messages for service mgr. Crickets. Week later called Gen. Mgr. Nothing. So here’s your review!! Avoid.
