My last visit was for normal maintenance items (LOF, tire rotation). I will only take my vehicle to my regular service rep Chuck Schnitker; primarily because he doesn't try and sell me something I do not need and second, he is fair. Chuck is extremely knowledgeable, knows my vehicle inside and out (been going to Lokey Nissan for over 11 years now), and when he suggests something needed for my vehicle, I know it is a MUST item. During my last visit we talked about tires, he made a recommendation, and now I can prepare for the expense I know is coming soon. Thank you again Chuck for taking care of my Nissan Sentra!!

I have gone to the dealership for over seven years. I’ve gotten a few lease cards and my car that I have now was for me and I bought it out. I get my service at Saint Augustine Nissan. They’re very thorough and keep my car in good shape.. also today we was there Patrick had talked to me for about over 30 minutes about the new Nissan kick was telling me different things about it. It may not be the car for me right now cause I have a 23 kick but he was very friendly and he seemed like he wasn’t pushing me to buy a car and I just appreciate his honesty and professionalism. When I am ready to buy a car or train my car in, I would definitely go to Patrick.

Stopped in Sat AM asking for directions to another dealer and ended up finding what I wanted and really getting the royal treatment. Everyone was helpful and efficient. I have to admit that it was a whirlwind, but a good whirlwind! By 2:00 pm, everything was completed and I drove out with a big smile! GREAT experience! Thanks everyone!

I just wanted to say that Cathy has been my sales consultant for the past three years. She has been every transactions, smooth and virtually painless. I am not one to go to a dealership and try to hassle over pricing! I like to do my research from home and once I have made my choice, I go for it. Cathy truly listens. I emailed her what I saw, what I wanted and the monthly I can afford. She made sure that she answered all my questions and once we finalized on a price, I made the appointment just to sign the papers. It's so refreshing to get there and have the car pulled up from with the keys waiting for us. In and out within 90 minutes (and that was only because they had to detail the car! I alr4eady have a couple of my neighbors asking where we got our cars ( we got a 2025 Nissan Sentra SR and 2026 Frontier PRO-4X. I've been dealing with Deland Nissan since Nov, 2024. Without fail, everytime I've been there, whether Sales or Service, I have been met with courtesy, respect, honesty and promptness. The staff is friendly and welcoming and anyone I have spoken to is always ready to assist me. They're so admirable, I didn't hesitate to reach out to them when I suddenly needed to buy another car. Omar, the salesman, and Chase, the manager, not only represent Nissan in fine fashion, they go above and beyond in explaining whatever I question.

Additionally, I was very concerned about how they handle personal information; it seemed to be managed with little regard for privacy and security. It's essential to protect your data, and I felt that this dealership falls short in that respect. Consider exploring other options where you can feel secure and valued as a customer.

Great salesperson but the service department can’t or won’t take care of you after the sale. We have purchased multiple vehicles from hills Nissan! There motto most Nissan wouldn’t but Hills will isn’t true. It’s a shame that the service dept isn’t what it used to be! They don’t back up the sales with great service, very disappointing that a local dealership service dept will cost them business and they don’t care about the customer they say are now part of the hills family.

I was holding off submitting this review in hopes of hearing from the GM who I wrote a full page letter to last week. He did contact me today. After being loyal customers of this dealership for 25 years I thought it would be a good place to look for a used truck. After purchasing the vehicle and finding some defects ( chipped windshield, bad tint on passenger window, no second key) I made them known in a review which I was asked to revise upon the dealer offering some free oil changes. I complied. However l after discovering a bad vibration in the steering wheel at 35 mph, I took the vehicle in for service. After patiently waiting 5 hours in the waiting room, I was informed the truck had bad U joints and bad motor mounts. So the vehicle was sold to me defective. The dealership absorbed the cost of the U joints but I had to pay for the mounts. The service advisor was as cooperative as she could be so no fault to her. These defects should have been discovered prior to the sale of the vehicle. The GM agreed with me and offered me a credit for any future work needed. Much appreciated.

I took my Infinity QX80 in to get a diagnostic done after the check engine light came on for a p0174 code They supposedly fixed it and said it was good to go I paid them. 1200 miles later in another state I find out that the check engine lights back on for the exact same issue. I go to another dealership get a diagnostic and when I get home after 3 weeks because I needed to work they tell me that they're not going to rediagnose the car unless I pay them because another dealership tried to tell me that it was oil leaking on the wires to cause the problem

I very much enjoyed my experience with my salesman. I cannot remember his name but he was very knowledgeable and helped the process. My only issue with the company has been the payoff of my Mazda, it’s been almost a month since I sold the car and the payoff is still not received. I continue to receive invoice payments from a car I no longer have. Salesman are great here but the finance department is terrible.

I do not recommend this dealership based on my experience with their finance manager, Brett Beeson. As a woman, I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected during my visit. Brett’s tone was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional from the start, with no justification for the way he spoke to me. I was explicitly told that my boyfriend could submit the application online and did not need to come in person, that someone will just have to give him a call for the administrative part of the process—yet when I was in the office five hours later and wasn't allowed to explain anything, I was treated as if I was inconveniencing them and was even made to feel like I was being pushed out of the office. What made the situation worse was being the only woman in a room surrounded by roughly 20 men (plus the receptionist), while being spoken to in a dismissive and condescending manner. The lack of basic professionalism and courtesy was shocking. At no point did a manager step in, acknowledge the situation, or attempt to correct the behavior. This experience felt like clear mistreatment and poor customer care, and it left a very negative impression of the dealership as a whole. Regardless of gender, no customer should ever be spoken to or treated this way—especially in a professional business setting. I would strongly caution others, particularly women, before engaging with this dealership.
