This was a great experience. I drove from Tampa on a whim. The car was at the top of my range for me and I went there with very little expectation. The truck was perfect. Everyone there really did everything in their power to get this car closer to a reality. We ran into multiple hurdles but the team kept pushing through. My 2023 Nissan Frontier buying experience was such a pleasure and I felt like I was working with family. There were even fresh cookies baking and they were delicious! I dread car buying and I couldn’t have been happier with how this all went. It was around an hour drive for me that I would gladly make again. Thank you

From the moment I arrived, the level of professionalism was impressive. Kyle greeted me immediately, confirmed my appointment, and the team began the inspection right away. He was polite, attentive, and even asked if I wanted water, coffee, or anything else to make me comfortable. Then something happened that truly surprised me — Service Director Jim Lambert personally introduced himself. I’ve been to many dealerships over the years, but never have I seen a service director step in with that level of hospitality. Jim was friendly, welcoming, and sincerely interested in my experience. I mentioned that I purchased my vehicle elsewhere but prefer to service it here because it’s close to home. Without hesitation, he welcomed me “into the family.” That meant a lot and showed how much emphasis this dealership places on building relationships. This location is under new ownership, and the difference is night and day. Last week my wife & I went in to Daytona Nissan to look for another car, we started out looking at a Toyota Rav4 & a Nissan Rogue. Our salesman Ron met us before we got inside & we told him what we were looking for, -He showed us a couple of each model we ask about, we test drove them and we settled on a Toyota Rav4 they had, we crunched the numbers & we were just too far apart. Now he asks -Have you thought about a Nissan Murano? & we had not it was not on the radar, so he shows us one and we drove it --My wife has now found exactly what she wants. So we start working that deal & we thought we had it done there was one contingency that they could not check on until the next day ( Monday)-We drove the car home and really liked it, but on Monday when we drove back to the dealership they could not do what the deal hinged on so we left with out old car--This was going to be a cash deal. Now eventhough we did not purchase a car from Daytona Nissan I want to make sure everyone know's that our saleman Ron & the sales mgr. Bryant were absolutely fantastic we could never ask for people at a car dealership to be nicer we felt no pressure and I would never have any issue with going back there and purchasing a car from them. --Ron & Bryant Thank you guys for the guidance and the time you spent trying to help us, it really is appreciated more then you know.

This please is horrible and dishonest I took my z there after an accident and they gave an estimate of 6046 to fix my car a week later they changed the estimate to 29000 for things that did not need to be done to the car , and refused to fix after I declined to do the extra work I went and talked to the gm and he did nothing and Chris and the collision manager are horrible people to deal with they think that they can just talk any way to people as a local business owner, I will be sure to tell everyone about this experience, if this is how they treat people , they should not be working there ,
