WHAT I DO WANT is to be taken off of your incessant follow up mailings, emails, and telephone calls which I have requested on more than one occasion but that request is never honored. Unfortunately rarely does a week pass without my hearing from Lokey in one form or another despite my vehicle not needing constant service as it is by no means old yet and very reliable.
My experiences with your service department have always been positive and they are very professional and courteous.
What I DO have an issue with is the ceaseless marketing barrage from you people for a vehicle that really does not need much maintenance and should not for a few more years while it remains under warranty.
I do keep up with recommended maintenance schedule although I do not do many of the the services with you people as I have a twenty plus year relationship with another repair shop that charges me roughly 1/2 to 1/3 of your prices on repairs. Recent example from my last visit you wanted $800 dollars to replace tires and a little over $200 for wiper blades and brake fluid flush and fill. I had these things done elsewhere for $450 and $76 respectively for example.
If I make an appointment for a simple oil change I will either a) keep it, or b) let you know otherwise if there is a conflict. I do not wish to receive multiple texts and phone calls along with emails to verify the appointment, then remind me, then re-remind me it's completely unnecessary and exhausting so for the umpteenth time PLEASE STOP CONTACTING ME UNTIL I CALL YOU!!!!
