I traveled from North Carolina to Orlando for vacation. Before leaving for vacation, I had my car serviced and battery changed in hope that no car issues would be encountered during the trip. The trip down had multiple stops without any issues. The next morning, I started up the car and drove it approximately 1/2 mile, turned it off and came back 10 minutes later and the car wouldn't start. I had a planned engagement to attend so I left the car and came back for it later. I jumped it and it started right up. I drove it another 1/2 mile, parked it and tried to start it again but it wouldn't start. I tried to start it and once more and heard a clicking noise coming from the relay box beside the battery and the undercar lights blinking on and off faintly. The undercar lights stopped blinking altogether and the key fob would not unlock the door or open the door. The entire car systems went dark. I was jumped it again and it started right up. I emailed Universal Nissan around 12:00 midnight indicating the problem with my vehicle. I received a call around 11:00 am the next day from them to schedule a service appointment. I scheduled it for 4:20 pm because I had a previous engagement that I had to attend. The engagement ended earlier than expected and Universal Nissan was able to accommodate rescheduling the appointment to an earlier time of 2:40 pm. I arrived at the dealership at my alloted appointment and after a brief wait for my service advisor Jotzam Torres came to provide me assistance. I explained in great detail the services performed on the car and the issue I was having with the vehicle. Jotzam immediately diagnosed the issue and demonstrated what was causing the problem. Also, when the part for my car wasn't in stock, he was able to find a comparable replacement part that would fit my vehicle. He placed my mind at ease because I was thinking it was an electrical issue and was going to cost alot of money to fix. He was able to have my car repaired and provide me with peace of mind. I have a had a previous issue with a car problem while traveling which resulted in a poor experience and a loss of credibility in Nissan for me. I had a rewarding experience with Jotzam and Universal Nissan which has restored my faith in Nissan. If I lived in Orlando I would always service my vehicle with Jotzam and Universal Nissan
