I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Wes at Delray Kia. He was my service advisor while my car was being repaired, and from start to finish he made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. The moment I arrived, Wes greeted me with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. He took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure he fully understood what was going on with my vehicle before moving forward.
Throughout the entire process, Wes kept me updated every step of the way. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly — what needed to be done, how long it would take, and what to expect next. I really appreciated how honest and transparent he was about the process and the timeline. I never felt like I was being left in the dark or just another name on a list. That level of communication made all the difference and gave me so much peace of mind.
What impressed me the most was how much Wes genuinely cared. He treated my car as if it were his own and treated me like more than just a customer.
