I can speak of my experience with the service department. I've been there twice and Christian was the person who checked me in and out . The wait time was appropriate for what I had done. The waiting room was fairly comfortable. I was offered a snack and they have water in the refrigerators. A nice park is they will wash the exterior of your car before you leave if you'd like. I would recommend Delray Kia for any of your service needs.
