Having been treated in a very dismissive manner by the last Kia dealership, this was a pleasant surprise. Jack made the entire process a pleasure, always guiding with honesty and candor, and an appropriate sense of humor. Reluctant to make a decision on the car my mother even wanted, we went to another dealership down the road..Let's just say, the feel of the dealership down the road couldn't compare to the Welcoming environment at Lou Sobh Kia of Brunswick. The friendly customer service from Lou Sobh Kia of Brunswick, made me so disinterested in what the dealership down the road was even talking about. With Sales service from Leon, Great rates from Tre, and the smoothness of Jake, explaining things well, we would have been foolish not to buy The 2025, Kia Sportage from Lou Sobh Kia of Brunswick. They even offer snacks, coffee, water the other dealership, didn't even have that to offer as far as our eyes could see. The store manager, was pleasant, oh and did I mention, Leon Fantastic and knowledgeable, Tre, friendly and works hard for you to get you to the price you want, if you need it, and Jake, was so patient, smiled through the whole lrocess,,the overall experience, we didn't feel like a number, we felt like family! I was hesitant to shop here because of the reviews, and past experience, but after learning they had sold out and changed owners i gave them a chance. Let me tell you I am so glad I did! I worked with Mr. White, and I can't say enough about him and my whole experience! The Staff are all amazing, I had my 2 yr old son and mother with me and they were so sweet and kind to us all. No one was worried about making a "deal" they wanted me to get what I wanted, listening to my needs in a vehicle and allowing me time to process every step, offer and option. From the hand shake to the final signature, this was the absolute easiest and best vehicle purchase I have ever had. Not once was I pushed or felt unheard, every piece of paper was explained and they gave me time to process it all and make decisions based on my income and capabilities. After being at another dealer the day before and feeling rushed and pressured to buy that day, and was treated like I was a number and not a customer I feared even trying again. At the other dealer I wanted to leave, felt like I wasn't being heard and was almost sold a vehicle that actually would not have been able to tow what I needed it to tow. After 2 hours there, they ran my credit 11 times through wvery bank in ga, and I had to demand for my trade in keys back to go pick up my son from daycare before they closed, and they were still pushing me to stay and sign my life away to a vehicle that wasn't right for me. At Dalton Kia, and working with Mr. White I can honestly say I never once felt like I wanted to leave, they even fed us pizza, and apologized for the wait, even though I was the one dragging it out wanting to know all the details. The value they gave me for my trade in was definitely fair and the price for the vehicle I purchased was beyond reasonable! I was heard when I said I needed an extended warranty and they asked my concerns, and built me a service agreement and warranty to fit those concerns. They ran my credit and called the banks they knew would fit my score and payment preferences. They got me the best deal and Joshua the finace advisor was so kind and explained it all so well. I honestly can not say enough about this dealership,and the new owners and employees! Thank you Kia Of Dalton and all the Staff!!

Five hours into a 14 hour drive we found ourselves on the side of I75 with an overheating car. We showed up at Kia South Atlanta at opening with an emergency repair. They were super busy that day but they worked us in, repaired my car and got us back on the road in a few hours time. Lavar was awesome and kept us updated through the process and made everything happen! The entire team was incredible and we appreciate them so much!

his post is based off the purchase that my parents just made from this dealership. I will say that the vehicle appears to be a pretty decent truck but for the price they sold the vehicle to my parents, they really got over on them. The vehicle was sold for a significant amount above the actual value of the vehicle which I under can happen with car buying negotiations. However, them selling the car $4,000 over what they had it advertised online for was absolutely insane. I wish that they had contacted me while they were there because they definitely should have gotten a better deal. Upon actually looking at and driving the truck I still feel that the truck is a decent truck but to sell the truck for the amount that they did they could have had the the decency to make some minor rights to the truck. For instance, the truck was sold with one key fob that only has one functional button. On top of that, the bottoms of the rear seats are missing and after speaking to my parents, I found out that they were unaware that the bottoms of the rear seats were completely missing. Photos of these will be attached to this post. Overall this post will hopefully make other purchasers a little more aware of making purchases at this dealership so they don't get screwed over. Yes it ultimately is the consumer's responsibility to do the research when buying a vehicle but some are not as informed as others and some are not as tech savvy as others. On top of that dealerships know more about vehicles than are advertised or made known. I just pray that others may seek more information when going thru the vehicle vehicle buying process and attempt some form of research to attempt to lessen their chances of being significantly screwed over. I really thought this was a good place to buy from before but please be aware.

Don't' trust what they report to CarFax - Mmay1588

I looked at the reviews and most of the bad ones focus on the service dept. This is another failure in that area. Maybe it is time to replace the people working in that area! Make sure you verify everything they said they reported they did to carfax. My carfax stated Kia Carland did complete inspection on vehicle as well as replaced the engine air filter and the cabin filter. My wife and I loved the used 2015 Sonata we bought from them, after we got home with it I checked the engine and cabin filter and you could tell they were full of dirt and trash. I then took the car to my local Hyundai dealership and found out it had a busted cv axle. My dealership was not sure they would be able to cover it under warranty since it was just the boot that was busted, so it could cost up to $700. I notified Kia Carland and they told me they would only reimburse me what it would cost them to repair. Fortunately, my dealership(Autonation Hyundai of Columbus) was able to get the cv axle replaced under warranty so I no longer have to deal with Kia Carland.
