I just purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L on October 25, 2019. I was very happy with my salesman Mike Massaro. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and made my purchase extremely easy. Went there for an emergency repair. Was overcharged and on top of that $65 of property was stolen from my vehicle. I called and tried to file a complaint but was told I could only do so in person. Problem is, I live 90 minutes away from this location. They would not allow me to file over the phone so I am the one with the loss and will not be compensated.

After 2 1/2 months I finally found the car which met my specifications! I bought a used Mercedes SL from Westmont Mercedes! Then on fifth day I received an ABC suspension failure! Since I'm from St. Louis I took the Mercedes to a dealership here and I instantly contacted the james bloom Who sold me in the car. He said There was nothing he can do about it and we he wished me luck .(The St. Louis dealership which I took it to immediately told me it would take $3950,, and they discovered as additional problem)
Westmont Mercedes is an AutoNation subsidiary . Now AutoNation has this five days 250 miles policy you could turn it back in no questions asked! In addition AutoNation has this 125 point inspection/reconditioning! Westmont Mercedes is in breach of that agreement .I contacted james bloom again and then went to his senior manager. Still no luck and they quickly started ignoring me. After contacting AutoNation I finally got Westmont to start talking to me again! This went on for several months. Westmont Mercedes was willing to take the car back after nearly 3 months! I told them NO! for various reasons.(Including insurance settlements, taxes and, and the upgrades I made to the car, to go out and look for car all over again etc)
Thoughout this time I was willing to go up to Chicago to have the repairs at their dealership..they wouldn't bite.Al Leon Westmont even said well this suspenion just all the sudden popped up(bad luck on my part) I know it wasn't the case because I contacted the previous owner! He had the very same issue.
Finally ,I was willing to settle for $1950 because I really didn't want to sue them in court! I've tried to work with them! I guess I will not be ignored much longer I am going to sue them!
I have never been treated so badly by the dishonorable crooks people at Westmont Mercedes. Beware in buying a used car from them. If they can treat me like this for a stinking $1950, when the dealership brings in millions of dollars what can they do to you?. oh They made a minimum of $6000 of my car!
Worst car purchase experience ever - CaveatEmptor
Having purchased dozens of cars over nearly 50 years, none has been a worse or more frustrating experience than this. I made an out-of-state purchase of a CPO Mercedes from an online ad from this dealership. There were numerous problems with paperwork and negotiations, but after two weeks of back and forth, I went ahead with the transaction against my better instincts. The car was shipped from the dealership on Dec. 22 and arrived at my home on Dec. 26. To date (1-9-2019), I have not been able to register the car because they have yet to send me the title! I've called several times and am told "the office" was overnighting it to me. Today I called Mercedes Benz customer service to formally complain and ask their assistance. They informed me that their dealerships are independently owned and operated, and that they were limited in resolving the problem. They did say they would call senior management at the dealership to try to expedite getting me the title. Let's see if they are more successful than I've been.
Very Good - Hamman
We purchased a GLS 550 Mercedes in December. The salesman Juan Estrada was very helpful and knowledgable. The manager Jeff DiSandro was also helpful. We had a issue with our GLS that we noticed after we left the dealership and Mr DiSandro said he would take care of it and he did. The service department was also very accommodating, giving me a loaner while they worked on my car.
