Mercedes of St Charles is the most honest car dealership (not just Mercedes) I have ever dealt with, and I'm 50 years old and between my husband and I we have driven many cars!. I never write reviews online but this good deed must not go unpublicized. My E350 didn't start one night after work last week, I had it towed to Mercedes of Naperville since it was the nearest one.
Here is where my review becomes necessary for the benefit of any Mercedes owner within a decent the radius of the different dealers. They told me in Naperville that it was not the battery, which was my first thought since the battery has never been changed. they told me it was something called EIS and the Key and my total bill was $1773. I told my husband. We called Mercedes of St Charles, Ron and his incredible team not only fixed my car for about $500 but because I was stuck at work in Naperville, they BROUGHT it to me yesterday!!! Thanks a lot Ron and the incredible service team at St Charles. I usually don't write reviews. you deserve it and I will tell all my friends that ride Mercedes where they should go.

Very considerate of my time, coordinating needed parts getting in and desired loaner being available before he scheduled me in for part 2. We purchased a GLS 550 Mercedes in December. The salesman Juan Estrada was very helpful and knowledgable. The manager Jeff DiSandro was also helpful. We had a issue with our GLS that we noticed after we left the dealership and Mr DiSandro said he would take care of it and he did. The service department was also very accommodating, giving me a loaner while they worked on my car.

Charged me $175 to diagnose an issue covered under warranty. When I complained to GM heard a bunch of mumbo jumbo about lawsuits and he offered to make it up to me- with a ride when my car breaks down or a free car wash when it is closed. Bizarre....
Cracked my windshield while the car was in for service - Vykintasjucius
Brought my car for a warranty service to get rid of a noise in the rear differential, when I came to pick my car up after about a week I noticed the windshield was cracked. Scott who is the manager insisted it was cracked when the car was there which is really shady because it was definitely not. After I argued that it cracked while the car was in for service then he changed his story that the crack was due to a rock chip, but the fact that they test drove the car does not do justice... Would never return to this dealer for any type of service...
