This was the first time I was in the crown, Nissan dealership and service department in Decatur. I was completely impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the kindness of the service employees. I was there for warranty work and they serviced my vehicle while I was there. The timing was absolutely awesome! I intend on using them in the future and most likely will consider buying my next new car there.

I’ve been coming to Kelly Nissan since 2014 when I purchased a Altima. I’ve been returning for my maintenance. I’ve since bought a 2023 Nissan which I recently had serviced there for an oil change. Surprisingly I was only there an hour. I love the fact that Kieran(I think that’s his name) kept me updated every step of the way while my car was being serviced. I will return for future maintenance.
