I had an excellent experience working with Ashton McCurdy at Bob Allen Ford in Ottawa, Kansas. Buying a car out of state can be stressful, but Ashton made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, transparent, and never made me feel pressured at any point. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept communication clear and consistent, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping people and doing things the right way—not just making a sale. Kyle, the sales manager, was also a big part of making everything come together. He worked with us to finalize the deal and made the entire process feel fair, easy, and well handled. Flying out to pick up my new Mustang Mach-E and driving it back to Colorado was a big decision, but thanks to Ashton and Kyle, I felt completely comfortable doing it. The car was exactly as represented, and the entire experience was absolutely worth the trip. Noticed a truck on their website, stopped by Louisburg Ford to see the truck. Jimmy Baker was my sales associate and showed me the 2023 Ford F150 Supercrew XLT Sport 4x4 with 15k miles. I really liked the truck, it was well optioned for its trim level, options found in higher trim level trucks. I decided to trade out of my 2016 Ford F150 Supercrew XLT 4x4 with 80k miles. The newer truck was priced fairly well based upon the current market trend. The entire process went extremely smooth, Jimmy did a great job during the negotiations, was extremely transparent throughout the entire process. I have owned many Ford vehicles over the years, have never had any issues with them. I would 100% recommend Louisburg Ford and Jimmy Baker if you are in the market for a vehicle.

I really wanted to give LNF a 5-star review as the sales part to work with the dealership was such a great experience. The problem becomes if you go through their finance department. We purchased the Ford warranty at the dealership and didn't catch on the paperwork until we arrived home how much it actually cost. Went back to the dealership on day 3 to have the warranty cancelled. Rolando said he would cancel and send a check to the lender. That process took 49 days, which means we have now paid interest on a warranty we cancelled almost 2 months ago. Buyer beware and I'll read the paperwork much slower to catch the ruse next time. I've escalated this issue to the sales managers and nothing has been done. Buyer beware concerning a Ford warranty at this dealership. 5/11 Update - I bumped the score from 2 to 4. I heard today from the GM (Mr. Enyard) and he was very helpful in refunding the costs we had incurred and showed us again that customers are very important to Laird Noller.

Broken promises! Get everything in writing because they will lie about anything to get you to buy and then pull the rug out. Told me they were going to fix some issues with my car and then didnt. Terrible customer service. Never ralked to the same person and would not return my calls after they made their sale. Go anywhere other than this dealership. Worst customer experience Ive ever had at any establishment. Listen to the other reviews. They are proud to lie and cheat hard working people. Buyer beware!

I drive 30 miles one way to have all service and repair work done on my F150 even though I didn't purchase it there. I know they are busy but they always treat me fair, give me an update during the service and I use the Ford Pass app on my phone to earn points, check for recalls, view service recommendations and updates. Any Ford dealer can service your vehicle but Victory Ford does it right the first time and the service department is great to work with.

I was passing through Hays on my way to Denver and because my windshield wiper washer wouldn't work my windshield was becoming covered with mud and restricting vision on I-70. Without an appointment, I checked with the service department to see if there was any chance they could look at it. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and went out of their way to help me. Ultimately, the guys discovered a cracked line and were able to make a temporary repair to get me safely down the highway. When I checked out, the guys said, "no charge, glad we could help." Treatment by these folks made this old man's day. Thanks!
