I am very dissatisfied with the service i received, and the rip off attempt. When I first inquired about, servicing my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited, I was told that we had to leave the vehicle for 3 to 4 weeks. Two months later, I was told I would have to leave it for a week. This is where it gets good. I take my Jeep to the dealership, they tell me they can get to it in 2 to 3 days. I thought great, we're moving in the right direction. I was informed that my parking brake sensor had gone bad. They inspected the brakes, and informed me that I needed new pads and rotors. A job that normally cost approximately $1,000. They wanted twice the price over $2,000. So, I got the sensor fixed, and took the car to a different shop for brake service. There, I was informed, I didn't need new brakes. The brake pads were better than 50 percent good, and the rotors were better than 60 percent good. So why is it that they, the dealership, tried to charge me twice the price for a service I didn't need. No trust, bad business. I wish I wouldn't paid for the 3 oil package. Other than the pre paid oil changes, I will not be going back there. Please spread the word, so no one else gets robbed, legally.

After I decided to not move forward with them and asked that they remove me from their email system I got a very condescending email back saying "if I want to pay more and get less for my trade it makes him no nevermind" whatever that even means. Not how to part ways with a customer which later down the road could want to purchase a vehicle. Plenty of other jeep dealerships in the area might I suggest Keene Jeep or Jones Junction or even Heritage jeep I have worked with each of them with very positive experiences.

Had a terrible experience with the service department of this dealership. I leased a Wrangler from them less than a year ago. I tried to fill the tank while traveling to ocean city and the pump stopped every time. I tried multiple gas stations, and same thing happened. Obviously this is an urgent matter that a dealer has to take care of, as I basically can't use the car without gasoline. called the dealership and they gave me appointment for 3 weeks later!! i argued and insisted to bring the car in faster, they wouldn't care. they even wouldn't give me a rental for the meanwhile, and the car is under warranty!!
I called the Gaithersburg Jeep dealership and they gave me appointment for the next day with no hesitation! I got good service and professional manners from them.
I will not use the Rockville Darcars Jeep services and I would not recommend anybody to do so.

I bought a 2022 Jeep WRANGLER ordered from the factory back in Jan. One of the managers sat down with me and ordered everything. Including Sirius XM Radio which added $1200 to the total price. My Jeep arrived in Apr 2022. I noticed in May that there is no Sirius XM Radio on this vehicle. The dealership says the factory screwed up and did not install it. Upon further research, including the build sheet which i downloaded online, there is no Sirius XM Radio listed. I paid for Sirius XM Radio on this jeep and they need to make this right.

Worst service dept ever. Took my 2020 Powerwagon in 7/2021 for the advertised $75 oil change. After arriving at my appt. it turns out the the $75 was only if I spent a total of $150 on 2 oil change - 2nd to be used within one year. I already made the appointment and was there to I felt stuck to spend another $75. So fast forward to 7/2022. My truck had an insurance claim and was in another dealer for an estimate. After I got my truck back, I called Tate and explained that I was 10 days outside of this "year" for my second oil change because my truck was in the shop. Tate's response was that "we do not do charity work" but that they would do me a favor and sell me an oil change for "half price" of $75. So Tate had my money for a year, never provided any notice that the "year" was up and then refused service of an oil change - due to no fault of my own. I called up RAM customer service and explained the situation. They gave me 2 free oil changes. This is how customer service is done - Tate obviously does not know about customer service. I have purchased vehicles in the past from Tate and had them service my vehicles. NEVER AGAIN - I do not need their "charity work".

I had purchased a 2021 80th anniversary Grand Cherokee. When looking at several vehicles options I explained I did a lot of outdoor activities like kayaking and would need a roof rock/cross bar system. I was concerned because my last Jeep had factory crossbars, but this one didn't. He said no problem I can just purchase a cross bar from Thule or Yakima and with would screw/fit right on top. Then when I was done I could just take the off. Didn't want to modify the car since its a lease. This was perfect.
Turns out with the 80th anniversary edition the railings are NON-FUNCTIONAL. You cannot attach a roof rack, you have to replace the whole railing which is about $2,000!I spoke to the GM, explained the situation but was not willing to fix the issue.
Bottom line, the Sales Rep either lied about this functionality to get the sale (it was Dec 30th, so I'm sure he was eager), or was just wrong. Either way I choose this vehicle with that specific feature need, based on what their rep said. There were other options to choose from, and now I have a vehicle that doesn't fit my needs. And Darcars doesn't not stand behind their sales reps.
Seriously, it felt like a stereotypical car sales experience. I was lied to. I would not trust them or expect the to stand behind their employees.

Now titles no good at all and they don't want a fix the problem at and because of all this my business credit has taken a major hit and they have been giving me the run around and don't care sent me the wrong titles and I even was told by the finance company that they need to fix this and have not at all please don't do business there at this one store Marlow heights

It was great to deal with Kyle Edwards. The sale went great on my Power Wagon. Until I signed the papers - then there was absolutely NO customer service. They lost one key fob and the manager said that he would mail it to us. There was also a small tear in the leather console. The next day, the general manager "did not recall promising our key fob" and "he does not know how a tear in the leather occurred. Nobody would help. I finally got Century Ram to replace the leather piece and charge it back to Antwerpen and I had to call Ram customer service to get the manager to mail my missing key fob. Kyle or the manager would not return or answer one call once the papers were signed.
