The best new car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone at the dealership who is involved in my purchasing of this new car was very courteous and prompt. They had answers to all of my questions. From start to finish I don’t think I was there for more than an hour. I was amazed that they had a registration and tags right there and they called my insurance company and he even got them to fax over a new insurance card. One stop shopping!

I went to the dealer to get a replacement key for my JK. As I was leaving I was asked if I was aware that there were two recalls on my vehicle. I was, but had been delaying this service as I would have to make arrangements to use another vehicle. They offered the use of a loaner vehicle, we set the appointment, and the work was completed on time. Prior to leaving I did notice an ever so slight scratch on a hard plastic surface that wasn't there prior. I made the staff aware, just so they can make sure their technicians could avoid a similar incident in the future. It was not a big deal, and I had no issues. Although I insisted that it did not need to be fixed, Ms. Hannah Davis and Mr. JD McDaniels went out of their way to correct the issue. This thought process, to resolve even the smallest of issues, is pervasive throughout all of Len Stoler CDJ. They really went above and beyond, when it wasn't necessary, to ensure my experience was perfect. I can express my appreciation enough. Thank you.

Vernell was my sales associate who greeted me in the rain a couple of months ago (I purposely chose a rainy day so as not be be accosted by the sales vultures.). Yet, this experience was notably different and not only did she go out of her way to help me, but wasn't pushy at all. In fact, she was both professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was looking at, and helped me find the specific models in inventory. She only accepted my contact info after I had asked her to stay in contact, and was the opposite of what you think of when the term "car salesman" comes up.
In fact, it was her polite demeanor and knowledgeable understanding that made me want to go back and purchase from her.
We stayed in touch over a period of months because we couldn't agree on pricing, but once we did, she was right there to assist and remembered everything about our deal from months earlier. (not the stuff in the computer, but the human aspects)
Anyways, she was a constant advocate for me and I would highly recommend going to her if you are in the market for a RAM or Dodge. Fantastic sales experience.

Stopped in to see Jason, who was off that day, but Virginia stepped in and took care of 4 issues I was having -dim headlamps, broken windshield wiper, Key remotes needed batteries and a re-call.
I was very pleased to be taken care of with no appointment. It s very hard to get my car serviced on.a week day, due to my work schedule.
Note- I did not buy my car from Darcars, but service was very attentive anyway.

I purchased a Truck from here a year ago and have been happy with the truck. My Wife needed a vehicle and the first thing I could think of was to go to Darcars and see if my salesperson could work his magic again. My salesperson was quite knowledgeable and had received numerous awards so I was sad to hear that he had moved on. Steve stood up and introduced himself and welcomed me into the dealership. We talked and he asked if I knew what I wanted and offered various solutions to our questions. He even extended the reach by searching other dealerships to accommodate our budget. It has always been said that an informed customer is the best customer. Steve helped us and with his knowledge we were able to purchase a new vehicle that very day. I brought my 2016 Ram 1500 in on July 9th on my way home as it was acting up and I knew it would not make it home. Shane in the service department was kind enough to arrange a rental car. The next day Shane informed me that the diagnostic test showed cylinder 6 & 7 were not firing. They explained that without taking the engine apart they could not determine the cause and suggested the cheapest options would be to replace the engine with either a new for $8,350 or used for $5,500. I also had the option of letting them buy it and getting a new one. I asked them what they would give me for the truck as is and was told about $12,000. After much deliberation and weighting all the options I called and decided to just take the $12K and already picked out a new truck on their lot and asked that they give me the best prices as I was already taking a $10,000 loss on my truck as I still owed $22,000. They called me back and decided that they would only give me $9,000 for the truck because it had a blown motor (Which they already knew as they were the ones to tell me this). Then to top it off they would not budget on the price of the new truck. The conversation got very frustrating so finally I just paid for the diagnostic test they ran ($135.00) and had my truck towed to Criswell. Criswell had the truck one day ran the same diagnostic test and called me to let me know it was just a valve spring and the total repair would but just over $600 dollars. So I stood to lose $13,000 if I had trusted the staff at Tate. This is blatant fraud and I'm so glad I followed my gut feeling on this one. Could not be more happy with end result. ($135.00 to Tate) ($202.00 to tow it to Criswell) and ($646.00 to Criswell to replace a bad spring on the valve) Does anyone else see the egregious and blatant error in this!!!
I would stay clear of this dealer at all cost. Could end up saving you a lot of money and frustration. I can't even begin to describe how stressful this whole situation was. I was a wreck for 3-4 days thinking I was going to be out $13,000 to $5,500 no matter which option I was told I have by the Tate staff. P.S. the most alarming RED FLAG was when the service manager personally offered to buy my truck for $7,000

I needed a car in the worst way in 2015, and I love the stow and go seats in the Grand Caravan as well as the wonderfully comfortable driver’s seat. So I overpaid for one. This car served me well until it hit 114,000 miles when it began to have issues. Chrysler stepped up and paid Hertrich to do the repair after repairing it twice to the readout failed to solve the problem. They charged me $369 for “diagnosis”. The car was out of commission over the busiest part of the Christmas holiday and I got it back in the end of January sluggish and with poor gas mileage. I had to borrow my son’s car for over a month. In mid-March, the transmission cut out altogether without warning, no dash lights - nothing. A less experienced driver could’ve easily been killed on the road and no one would’ve thought to look for mechanical failure. I had the overpriced MOPAR warranty packet exactly one day. 3 weeks and a day later and four extra days of car rental at my expense, my car is “ready”. At serious inconvenience, I go get it ( couldn’t afford to keep paying for the rental) and drive it two days only to find transmission fluid leaking all over my driveway after I had loaded my car for a four day trip! While out-of-town (using my son’s old Ford), I have it towed back to Hertrich, who promptly blame ME for alleged “damage” caused by “running over something”. After losing it with them Patrick agreed to fix the “damage” for free- the thing was not fixed right in the first place and they were trying to get me to pay again. I went back this morning because it was allegedly fixed - and there’s transmission fluid on the parking lot under the car. Somehow they found a way to get me an immediate rental car to get me off the showroom floor discouraging people in loud tones not to buy at this place. My car is STILL there.
