The only thing that I want to point out is, after my car was serviced and I was given my keys back; the service technician left the plastic seat and steering cover. It should have been disposed off as soon as he parked the vehicle.
Buyers Beware - SRT machin
Buyers Beware! These people will do anything to sell you a car. After you step out of the door or fill out the customer service survey, you are on your own! They will not help you and they will block your number! We had to call the Jeep customer service for an issue that arose with our Jeep (brand new) as the dealer refused to help with the issue. Jeep called the dealer manager and he agreed on a one-time courtesy exception and the dealer called us with an appointment. We showed up to the appointment and no one in the service department knew about the issue (and of course, the manager wasn't there either. Even though there was an agreement to fix the issue (between corporate and the dealer) to fix the wheel, they refused to fix it and said they knew nothing about it. We asked for an explanation as they were the ones who called us with the appointment date and time, but no one there seemed to know or to care about it.

Brought my truck in for 3 separate issues. The gentleman at the service desk had a counterpoint for each issue I described and was very argumentative, telling me that I was wrong and trying to belittle me with every thing he said. Told me I would get a call back that day and I didn’t get a call until the next day. Cost $200 for them to tell me EXACTLY I HAD TOLD THEM WAS THE PROBLEM and that parts were on back order and they couldn’t fix anything until an unspecified time in the future. So basically, waste of 2 days and $200 in labor which fixed nothing. Never coming back. Arguing with a customer is never a good policy. Let me describe my problem and then let the mechanic disagree after looking into it. Don’t tell me I’m wrong to try to make me feel dumb and then call me the next day and tell me I’m right. Ruined credibility.

It was great to deal with Kyle Edwards. The sale went great on my Power Wagon. Until I signed the papers - then there was absolutely NO customer service. They lost one key fob and the manager said that he would mail it to us. There was also a small tear in the leather console. The next day, the general manager "did not recall promising our key fob" and "he does not know how a tear in the leather occurred. Nobody would help. I finally got Century Ram to replace the leather piece and charge it back to Antwerpen and I had to call Ram customer service to get the manager to mail my missing key fob. Kyle or the manager would not return or answer one call once the papers were signed.

I have a 2019 Ram 1500, and I have had my oil changed twice here and tires rotated once. Setting up a schedule online is so convenient, and they call you to confirm the appointment.
The Service staff is very friendly and professional. Both times I have had my vehicle serviced, I was in by 7:30AM and out about 45 minutes later. The price for oil changes and tire rotation is very reasonable.
In my opinion, this service department is the gold standard, and I will continue to come here for all of my maintenance needs, and I will definitely recommend Adams to all of my Mopar friends.

The second time they replaced the part quickly and I was back on the road after just a couple hours. Everyone I spoke with listened and treated me with respect. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! They are simply the best!

Went to buy a reliable affordable car for my son. Found one he liked and the internet price was $11,700.00 which was a very good price for the vehicle. Did not ask for anything off that price. When he came back with the final on the road price it was over $14K. They included a reconditioning fee of $1,495.00 plus other charges that had nothing to do with taxes, tags and title. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. What a joke of a dealership, My advise is do not waste your time at this bogus dealership. There are too many good ones.

This dealership went above and beyond to secure the deal for my vehicle. We worked together for about two months on pricing, and when the opportunity arose to meet my price, they politely and professionally contacted me and let me know that we had a deal. (national incentive timing)
Vernell was my sales associate who greeted me in the rain a couple of months ago (I purposely chose a rainy day so as not be be accosted by the sales vultures.). Yet, this experience was notably different and not only did she go out of her way to help me, but wasn't pushy at all. In fact, she was both professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was looking at, and helped me find the specific models in inventory. She only accepted my contact info after I had asked her to stay in contact, and was the opposite of what you think of when the term "car salesman" comes up.
In fact, it was her polite demeanor and knowledgeable understanding that made me want to go back and purchase from her.
We stayed in touch over a period of months because we couldn't agree on pricing, but once we did, she was right there to assist and remembered everything about our deal from months earlier. (not the stuff in the computer, but the human aspects)
Anyways, she was a constant advocate for me and I would highly recommend going to her if you are in the market for a RAM or Dodge. Fantastic sales experience.
