I was caught off guard as I traveled out of town with an unscheduled issue. I coasted into Ourisman just before they closed for the day and they hooked my GTI up on the machine. They didn’t put me off, they made me feel at home, helped me with a loaner, and 100% took care of my “girl.” The three fellas with whom I became acquainted took their time, and although this is over an hour from my location, I will travel here for maintenance. This is for the Service Dept: I cannot express my thanks and appreciation high enough for your Service dept !!! We were on our way, driving to Florida from New Hampshire in our Honda Ridgeline when we suddenly got a check engine indicated, and we lost more than 50% of engine power. To make a long story short, we were able to get off the highway and get it towed to Hagerstown Honda. With Jarrod’s help, it was fixed promptly the next day ! We are now in Florida with a fine running Ridgeline ! Hagerstown Honda’s Service Dept. was an absolute blessing !!! We can’t say Thank You enough !!!

I had tried for a year to get an appt to get a recall fixed. Taking the car in and the check-in process was very easy. When I finally got the appt I was told I could get a shuttle ride home. But then I was told they only drove about 10 miles at the time I went in. I did get a ride home but I t was not a seamless process.
