I had tried for a year to get an appt to get a recall fixed. Taking the car in and the check-in process was very easy. When I finally got the appt I was told I could get a shuttle ride home. But then I was told they only drove about 10 miles at the time I went in. I did get a ride home but I t was not a seamless process.

Bought my 2023 jeep compass new from heritage in June, and had a great experience. Decided to come back to the same dealership for my first oil change/tire rotation, and I’m glad I did. Between other local Jeep dealerships putting in a cheaper oil than I paid for, to not doing a tire rotation I paid for (and denying it) I was looking for a new place to go. My service advisor David Phelps was extremely polite and professional and took care of all of my needs.

While traveling this past weekend , our lemon of a Dodge Magnum broke down on us again. This car has less than 10000 miles on it & has been in theshop many times. Our regular dealer was of no help to us in this matter, & since we were out of town Chrysler sent our Magnum to the Accident Garge to be fixed. While witing for the service I jokingly told one of the salesmen I would love to trade back to a PT Cruiser, but out regular dealer told us that would not be possible because of the amount we owed on the Magnum. Suffice it to say that 2hrs later we were driving away in a new PT , leaving a verytroublsome Magnum behind. The Accident Garage will be the dealer we go to next time we are looking for a new car. So,like most,my good lady hates having to take her car for service,I often try and do that for her,but could not on this occasion,As I am all about customer care(been force fed this in the industry I choose to work),I expect 3 things, Professionalism,Quality Service.Fair pricing.Heritage Jeep,Owings Mills,hit all 3 markers.My wife advised me that her Service Advisor was phenomenal,her name is Lejuan Robinson,who was,according to my good lady,was upbeat,friendly, professional and kept my wife informed at all times,the customer lounge has been dramatically updated making a very nice,relaxing wait area.The Techs actually working on vehicles were rapid in their turnaround on customer vehicles,yet all work completed on my wife’s car was faultless.Big Kudos to Heritage Jeep for maintains a high standard for a long time,as noted in previous reviews when I wanted ALL fluids changed on my Jeep.Well done Heritage,well done Lejuan for your representation of your company.

I brought my car in for repair. The part was not immediately available, which I had no complaint; however, communication about timing of repair could have been better. I had to call for updates and received one that told me they took another car in front of mine after telling me that they were working on mine. It made my plans very complicated.

my stepfather James was in their dealership a few days ago he is a disabled senior citizen that had to have his car looked at the issues that were wrong with his car was to replace the harness and a few wires I looked up the price of these parts and their little under $600 they assisted on wanting to charge him at least $2,600 for the work taking advantage of disabled senior citizens to make three times the profits off of Labor is unacceptable I feel that this is my obligation to reach out to the Better Business Bureau and follow complaint against this company because charging someone nearly $2,000 for labor is a scam so if you're looking to have work done at this dealership I would strongly reconsider other options I mean I would like to see this company negotiate a better price with Mr James then I may feel obligated to change my strongly negative review about this company a job like this should probably be about $1200 Parts should be 600 to 800 and labor should be about 400

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY - sylvanus

This Dodge dealership damaged my dashboard during an airbag recall job and decided to do nothing while being rude and firing people that i talked to. I scheduled my truck for a airbag recall on march 27, 2020 at 7:30am. I just purchased my truck from a dealership a week prior with no damages to the dashboard and have pics. after the job was done they left my car dirty with debris and screws all over the floor. then i noticed large cracks on the dashboard. i went inside and asked michael shreve to speak to someone about it and was shrugged off and left standing there while several people walked by saying nothing and joking around in the service bay. the service manager charles braunlich finally came up to me immediately saying, "are you the guy with high mileage older truck?" I don't understand why that needed to be said or why are you discriminating already from the beginning. I showed him the cracks and he immediately started backtracking and finding ways to avoid having to fix it. Getting attitude, xxxxxxx his teeth, rolling his ideas, slamming my truck door. I got frustrated with him and demanded to talk to a higher up. I was told to talk to James Walker who i found out later was fired days later. I wonder why but it seems very suspicious. James walker gave me promises of fixing my truck and then was let go. I then talked to Jeff Kates who's the general sales manager and he reached out to Jon lefko the general manger that i was told he talked to charles braunlich and the technician that worked on my truck and decided to do nothing about the situation. never called me to discuss the matter. i then reached out to jeff lefko and he was very arrogant and cocky and had the nerve to say i don't need to call you. my guys been with me for 35 years and i trust them and i don't trust you. i said so they don't make mistakes and he again said i trust my guys. a general manager talks to customers like this is ridiculous. i called dodge corporate and reported this matter. My truck was damaged by this dealership. No accountability, no integrity, nobody took ownership and it starts from upper management down. I will never go to this dealership ever again. They can offer me a 2020 fully loaded dodge ram for $20 and i wouldn't take it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler for my daughter who is in college. The car stopped working a month after we purchased it. Working with Brittany was seamless. She helped us troubleshoot the problem and was helpful in getting it fixed. Although it was frustrating because we needed to be without a car, the ongoing updates, excellent service and professionalism was very much appreciated. Brandon was also helpful in this process in providing professional service.
