This is my second purchase from Joe Pellegrini at Colonial of Acton. I went back because Joe was nothing but friendly, professional and patient through the process years ago and I experienced just the same this time around. Joe spent hours with me test driving SUV's, checking out options and working up pricing on a variety from me to choose from. I didn't experience the normal pressure you'd get at many other dealers. He sincerely took the time to help me select what I wanted, then located the exact model for my purchase. I already really feel he went to bat for me on my trade value, where most dealers would likely give you an insulting low ball offer, Colonial started at fair trade value which I really appreciated. I felt Joe and the colonial finance staff were honest, straight forward and none of the typical dealership games were played during my purchasing experience. Highly recommend doing business with Joe!

They had the truck ready to drive in 4 minutes. I came back in an was greeted by Paul Macchi. Soft spoken and straight forward. After about 45 minutes of filling out paper work and coming to a deal. Which by the way was one of the easiest I've ever done. They sent me into the finance office where Mr Ahmad Al-Jallad took care of me. I am utterly disgusted with the blatant lies and disgraceful practices of Bertera Chevy in Palmer MA. I was warned by my car dealer who I have been purchasing my vehicles from for 20 plus years that this is a SCAM and guess what it is!!!
Despite my car dealers warning and research of Bertera Chevy, who already had numerous complaints already about their tactics, I decided to still perused the deal. We expressed our concerns of course from the get go about the scam and bait and switch accusations. We were assured that they do not BAIT & SWITCH and will not SCAM us. THEY LIED!!!!!!
We spent nearly two weeks of back and forth with the sales department trying to get the final price on the vehicle we wanted to purchase as well as what we would be getting for trade. After email and phone confirmations made by the sales department, we decided to take the 6 hour trip to purchase the vehicle.
They offered us $5,000 less than what we had been promised for our trade!!!! A six-hour trip, a missed soccer game, wasted gas, unpaid time off from work, and added mileage on our vehicle for LIES!!!!!!
No apologizes from the dealership just excuses! Terrible phone manners from sales manager Jody who told me she would not help me to try and straighten the issue out because I was rude!? So not only does this dealership scam you, but they also try and make you feel like you are the one in the wrong.

This dealership does not stay true to the advertised sale price. Don’t advertise a $45,000 vehicle for $35,000 and say you can’t go that low and try to sell it for $45,000. I read the fine print and met all the criteria but all of a sudden there was criteria that was not in the fine print. “ I’ll give you more off if you have a lease” What the heck is that BS. My credit is well over 800. It’s pretty sad we couldn’t make a deal over $29.00 less a month for payment. I was going to put the 30% down pay all taxes and fees out of pocket and even pay a $1,500.00 trade allowance out of pocket as well. If I go into a store and they have a sale price listed they are not supposed to change it as I’m buying it that’s Illegal! Same goes for this dealership they are dirty and use deceptive and dirty practices.

I bought a 2012 corvette centennial edition in 2015 car came with one top,I purchased the build sheet car should have had a solid and glass top.I called the dealership and they said the car did indeed come with two roofs but they did not know where it was.I paid $50,000.00 for the car so what did I get for an answer (THE CAR IS SOLD AS IS).I guess with this dealership you have to pay $100,000.00 to get a complete car TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

My experience prior to buying the car was fine, despite having a very difficult time getting in touch with my salesperson. You would think that purchasing and driving off the lot would be the easiest aspect of this transaction, but this has caused the most trouble and stress. Please note that I live in Boston and, though family live in the area, the trip to and from Tracy takes at least 2 hours.
After test-driving the car and signing the intent-to-purchase docs (both delayed because the car "hadn't yet been certified"), I scheduled an appointment to meet with the finance office and finalize the purchase 3 days later (again, delayed because the certification process was not complete). Upon arrival, I was told that the car was not available yet-- they were waiting on a part that was delayed due to the UAW strike. I was not told when the car would be ready, but the implied timeline didn't seem long. After a 30-45min delayed financing meeting, I drove back home without the car.
It has been TWO WEEKS since I purchased the car and I still do not have it. Each time I've called (no one from Tracy has tried to contact me since the purchase-- I have initiated all communication) I was told that they're "working on it" or "the service guys don't know yet" and, finally, that it "might be a few days, it might be a few weeks-- I don't know."
I sent an email to the General Manager, Paul Barton, one week ago and have not received a response. I sent second email yesterday following up and I have not received a response. I spoke to Paul Barton today on the phone and this was the first time he has heard of this situation.
I encourage customers to stay away from Tracy Chevrolet for the following reasons: 1) their customer service is unprofessional and negligent, 2) they do not disclose important information and aren’t transparent, 3) the General Manger does not read his emails and is not informed about the sales and issues in his own dealership.

Bought my car at Mirak took in for an oil change in May asked to look at low tire pressure issue I was having. Went in to pick up and I asked told all set ok being stupid I took what they said. Well a week later low tire pressure again. I called and was told well they didn’t find and road hazard IE nails or such. Well took cat to a tire place and low and behold yup it was a nail in the tire. Guessing tire wasn’t even looked at. My guess more concerned they had me get a new cabin filter instead. I would like to go back to mirak as I was happy with my purchase but will anything be done if I have concerns? I would not recommend mirak as I’ve never had anyone reach out to me on this complaint guessing repeat business means nothing to them. Only giving 1 star as I can not give any less
