I've had a few other repairs in the interim. The workmanship has been excellent, ready when promised, and for small jobs I've been able to work in the waiting area while they took care of it. Wow. I twice needed to have some bodywork done--by coincidence damaged door both times on two different cars. I have long been a customer at McGovern, and I like the service and sales folks. But the body shop team went beyond what anyone could expect in terms of courtesy and helpfulness. I would give them 10 stars if it were possible.

A few days ago I was having a bad day, no ac and a dead battery. I stopped by Greenfield Chevrolet late afternoon and the kind men in the office took no time coming to the rescue. I was told I was being given a ride home(Shelburne Falls), and told I would be picked up when the car was ready. The same nice man picked me up as the day before and my car was parked outside, ready for the trip home. I can’t tell you how much this meant especially since the temperature was close to ninety!
