I'm a first-time customer of the Colonial Auto Group.By... - cmt
I'm a first-time customer of the Colonial Auto Group.
By mere chance I located a pre-owned BMW in the Colonial Auto Group inventory that I had been searching for. The GSM of the Acton Chevrolet store, John Woodland, arranged a test ride for me through one of his sales staff, Jim McLoughlin.
The purchasing process was quick, amicable, and fair. Mike Giguere (Finance) took care of the last, but most important, phase of the deal.
In summary, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Many thanks to all!

Three cars from Muzi and counting.. they get it done. Close by and they check all the boxes (sales service). In particular, Brian Mulvancy provided the best sales experience I have had since my first car (30 years ago). Brian is "no nonsense, get it done", which I appreciated.

Once again, Muzi Chevrolet rolls out the red carpet for this ordinary customer!
I could not be more pleased with the service, professionalism, thoroughness, courteousness, and competency of the staff at Muzi. Special words of thanks to Anthony, Sales dealer, Scott, Financial Manager, Neil Cammarano, co-owner of Muzi Motors for yet again making my experience of purchasing a car a breeze!
I enjoy posting reviews for Muzi Chevrolet and Muzi Motors because I never have anything negative to say about anyone on either the Sales or Service staffs! Nothing but a first-class operation.
I have sent many individuals to Muzi for a car purchase – and all these people who bought cars have always been extremely satisfied with their experiences.
I refuse to go to another dealer or service department for a simple reason – LOYALTY – and that is a mutual loyalty that is shared by both Muzi and myself.
Remember, we are loyal to those who always have our back. Well, when it comes to Muzi and their exhaustive commitment to customer satisfaction, why would I want to go someplace else to purchase a vehicle?
No pressure, extremely competitive prices, a terrific selection of beautiful cars (both new and used), and a deal that will make everyone happy.
Muzi is not out to soak you – no way. They want you happy, they want you coming back, and they want you to spread the word. An easy task for me, as the team at Muzi accomplishes all these tasks almost effortlessly!
Our family has done business with Muzi Motors since 1984. How do you like THAT for loyalty?! They have to be doing something right!

At the dealership when you have to have a person wait on you it's very important. The lady who wait on us was superb. I felt that she was concerned about my car and did everything within her power to satisfy any would need that I had. They went and got my car when the service was over and brought it around front so I didn't have to go anywhere to get it. Good job

Very excited with my certified pre owned Equinox! The whole place was a very tight ship. Zach was very knowledgeable and helpful along the way and Dan with the finance department was so helpful in making things easy to understand for someone who hadn’t gone through it before. I recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!
CHECK YOUR LUG NUTS if you let them touch your tires.... - chevy pickup
CHECK YOUR LUG NUTS if you let them touch your tires. After spending the extra money for a certified pre-owned truck, I received free oil change & tire rotation. I brought my truck to Lannan to due the "free" service, I found myself the next day in the breakdown lane on rt 495 tightening my wheels by hand because all 4 wheels were rattling & falling off. I had to replace all 4 damaged custom rims because Lannan didn't tighten my lug nuts.
Giving them a chance to make things right, Steve Alesse, The General Manager told me he thinks "someone came to my house overnight and loosened the lug nuts" because his shop always tightens wheels. I explained to him that the truck is parked under surveillance cameras 24-7 and that is not possible. But with no attempt at customer satisfaction, concern of safety, and long story short, It cost me $$$ thousands of dollars for my "Free" oil change.

I live near Hartford CT and spend a lot of time in Worcester. I accidentally found online that Durand was offering a closeout sale on 2019s. Memorial Day weekend, I called and spoke to Larry T about a Blazer I liked.... I was supposed to see him a few days later on the holiday, but was too excited and couldn't wait. I headed down to the dealership and found Larry, who offered me an amazing deal and was willing to stay late to help me. The CT DMV is closed, and services are very delayed. I had a lot of concern and questions, and Larry was patient with me and worked hard to help satisfy my fears and my needs. Today he called me to share that the registration is processed, and that I can come retrieve the car. I am so excited and can't wait! Larry went the extra mile(s) to really make this deal a success, and as smooth as possible, considering all of the outside factors. ASK FOR LARRY T!!! He's THE BEST!!! And Joe M in finance made the paperwork and financing a BREEZE.

Going above and beyond - Marc T
Long story short, my 19-year old daughter and I visited best earlier this month to purchase her first-ever car. After a very rough and disheartening start, the GM Erick and Service Manager Joe C. stepped in to completely change our perception. Erick and Joe are committed to earning your trust as a customer for life. Some people say it, but those two actually make difficult decisions that prove it. I now believe that the rough start was an aberration and not at all a true reflection of Best Chevy. In short, I am living proof that you should give Best Chevy a chance to earn your trust and your business. Going above and beyond is an understatement. Again, I can't say enough about Erick and Joe C. They saw that we were unhappy and could have easily allowed us to walk away, but they didn't. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have them understand that customer service is actually important.

Worst dealership to deal with. Very shady. Rude and... - MG
Worst dealership to deal with. Very shady. Rude and disrespectful owner.
Here is my story:
There was a GMC truck that I was interested to purchase on their website. The truck was shown as "in transit". So I called the dealership to see if it's available. Sales rep Mike spoke with me, confirming that the truck is available. He said that to purchase it I need to stop by the dealership and see Oman (GMC manager) to start the process.
So, knowing the scarcity situation with trucks, the next day I grab my two little kids and head to the dealership first thing in the morning. Just to find out from Oman that they cannot sell me the vehicle that is still in transit. He said that he would talk to the owner and let me know if it's possible.
The next 7 days I never heard from him, I called several times, left messages - nothing.
Today I called again and spoke with the owner Bill. He was rude and impatient. Kept asking me why I'm calling if I don't want to purchase the vehicle.
I was misinformed over the phone, lost 2 hours of my life to drive to this place for nothing and then listen to rude owner's yelling on the phone. Unbelievable way to treat your customers.
4 other dealerships I called had absolutely no problem selling a truck that is still in transit. Which I happily did at Banks GMS (Concord, NH). By the way, they have the lowest doc fee less than $200.
I recommend staying away from these shady people at Bill Deluca dealership. The owner is rude and practices false advertisement. There are much better places in the area.
Terrible communication with their employee's and... - DSYLVESTER83
Terrible communication with their employee's and especially their customers! They offered a car to me for a price (they didn't ask for a deposit) and later that day took a deposit from someone else and SOLD the car without communicating anything to me. I called and text the manager multiple times all day and no response. Just an overall bad experience and they don't treat their customers well. I received a simple "sorry the car is sold" text... not even a phone call to apologize and explain what happened. POOR SERVICE. MANAGERS INCLUDED
After an extensive search for a particular GMC pickup... - Pickup Putdown
After an extensive search for a particular GMC pickup with specific options Sudbay was found to have a truck that matched. A deposit was placed and the vehicle build-sheet was printed.
After traveling a very long distance from out of state a truck was presented and paperwork was completed. When the truck was inspected certain options were not present. The VIN number didn’t match the build-sheet. This was not the truck that the deposit was meant to hold.
The truck that we researched, reserved, traveled to purchase had been sold to another buyer, out from under us.
This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience...
Honestly there isn’t enough room to explain how awful... - pdeamelio
Honestly there isn’t enough room to explain how awful this dealership is! They lie, they rip off customers then lie to your face. They scam you promise to make it right, but they screwed me even more when I went back! I wanted Gap insurance on my vehicle and the GM at the time showed me the paperwork for the gap insurance! He even showed me my so called gap insurance policy! Well I needed to use my gap insurance and I was told that there was no gap insurance on my jeep however they said it was on the 2016 Ford escape that they had sold me before the jeep that was a complete lemon and I could’ve taken them for a litigation mediation because they did break the lemon law however I didn’t have the $700 to pay for the mediator because I was just ripped off by Chevy Pride! Then I called the dealership multiple times for 23 weeks trying to reach the finance manager I left several voicemails and I never got a call back! As far as I’m concerned the way they operate is once they get your money they don’t give a crap about you anymore they got what they wanted and now you can be on your way basically! I also know someone else that they did the exact same thing too. Now when it comes to the loan they told me the second time when I brought the Ford escape back a year and a half later because they finally caught the finance manager and the general manager scamming customers somehow with the bank and giving customers loans that wouldn’t be paid off for like 20 to 30 years because of the way the interest rates work. Also I was lied to again when I was told that on the jeep renegade that they gave me when they took the Ford escape back but didn’t give me my $8000 cash that I put down on the floor to skate back towards the jeep, but anyway I was told that due to our credit we knew the interest-rate was going to be high however the GM told us she had great news that the interest rate wasn’t going to be 21% like it was on the Ford escape that he got it down to 11.1% NG said he knew it was still high but it was better than what we were paying and I said no absolutely that’s great! Well come to find out the interest rate is 21%. I also had asked the salesman to not sell me a previously rented vehicle so they show me two cars and they tell me that I can only pick between those two cars which was at first the Florida scape and another car that was all scratched up and was a nightmare so reluctantly I chose a Ford escape, but I thought once your approved for a loan you can pick any car on their lot that’s within my loan terms. Nope they told me I had to pick between those two vehicles. I also asked if I could go to the other Pride dealerships the Kia the Hyundai and the salesman and the manager told me no you don’t want to go down there we got everything down here for the best inventory I said yeah but I’d really like to go take a look down there and they just wouldn’t take me to another dealership probably because they would have to split the commission with somebody else! So back to them selling me a rental a previous rental when I asked them please don’t they didn’t tell me that my Ford escape was a previous rental until I did all the paperwork the last thing I had to sign was the title and they put the title in front of me and the kid put his hand on the title as if he was holding it for me so I could sign it well he didn’t have a pen on them which he had to go get one now so he took the title and he put it on the other side of his desk so I got up and took a look at the title and what he was covering was a stamp from Hertz rental! When he came back with the pan I showed him the title and I said what’s going on and I said you were covering the Hertz stamp and sold me a car that was a previously rented vehicle when I asked you not to and that was one of the first things I mentioned when I came to the dealership to look at vehicles! Then I had an issue with service and how the code was coming on in the Ford escape within two weeks of me having the vehicle and they told me when the code comes on to drive it like that to the dealership so they can get a diagnostic code and they’ll know how to fix it. So I got the code one morning I drove it to Pride Chevy service the guy said don’t worry I’ll take care of it he put the diagnostic in the car the code came out the code that I had been telling them what is the code I was getting, but anyway he said that he was going to enter the code in the computer order the part and he would call me by Tuesday and I would bring my car in and they would fix it well come Friday I called service and they tell me he’s been terminated and they look in the computer they tell me no code has been entered and no part was ordered! So when they finally fired the GM Jim Atkins and the finance manager Eric White who were scamming people! I tried to call Chevy pride in regards to the Ford escape S you time and time and time again and I receive no calls back so Jim Adkins told me that it was a done deal and there was nothing more they could do and I told him that he violated the lemon law or the dealership dead I’ve spoken to the proper state authorities already and he laughed in my face and walked away, very professional huh! When they finally fired that finance manager and general manager and hired a new GM and finance manager I tried getting in touch with them and I was still getting no call back as soon as I left a review about my experience I was called back within five minutes! To make a very very long story short they did the same exact thing to me again and told me that none of the 8000 that I put down on the Ford escape would be put towards a new vehicle none of it even though the vehicle was a lemon and they were willing to take it back pay off the loan and help me finance a new car but now I had zero to put down instead of the 8000 I started with because their car was a lemon! So like I said the same thing happens all over again this time they told me I could pick any car on the lot but we didn’t have good credit so it would be expensive especially with no money down! So I picked a 2016 jeep renegade and didn’t put gap insurance on it like I requested and was very adamant about and we showed documents that it was put on my vehicle but it wasn’t I spoke to the bank and they looked at the paperwork and it said NA regarding gap insurance. I was also lied to and deceived on the interest-rate and I was also deceived on the loan on the whole loan they told me the loan that I had originally gotten was the worst loan interest adds up every day it would take me forever to pay it off they’ll take care of me will guess what they gave me the same loan and told me they didn’t and I have never missed a payment or been late on a payment and yet I’m still upside down in the loan and nobody understands how that happened, Except maybe because when you pay 500 and something dollars as a payment and $300 of that payment goes to interest and only 200 of it goes to the principal so yeah they really took care of me the second time also just like they did the first time so just a warning to everybody not to shop for a car at any Pride dealership in my opinion!
