Gene was very knowlegible with the vehicles they had and was upfront with the negotiations which made for an easy purchasing experience. Colonial Chevrolet had a special deal weekend, but I had messed up the dates and missed it, so I was very skeptical that I could get a good deal for a new 2500HD truck. But Joe Pellegrini worked with me, located some extra incentives, and got the monthly payment down to into my range. Joe had to do a bit of searching for a truck that matched my specifications but did find one outside of their group. They picked up the truck, took it to my mechanic to get the gooseneck hitch installed and got everything taken care of. I just came a few days later and drove away. This is the fourth truck I have purchased from Colonial and definitely the best experience.

I've had bad experiences at other dealerships in the past, so when I started looking for a new truck I was worried I would have a hard time finding someone who could help me get what I was looking for. Anthony couldn't have made it any easier! He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and made the buying experience feel like I was getting help from a friend. He found me a great deal on a truck that could handle what I needed, and it had more options than I expected for the price. I've had a number of friends comment on what a great deal I got, and I always point them to Anthony when they are shopping for themselves. I truly hate the car buying process but Dee and other staff at Copeland were very kind and helped me through the process with no hassle or lying. Completely different experience than the horrible service I received at Bourne’s Auto Center. I was lied to at Bourne’s and was told they could get me at the payment I wanted but came back at $80 higher. Copeland was able to get me at the payment I wanted and with a newer vehicle. The customer service at Copeland is impeccable and I’m glad I was referred to them to purchase a newer vehicle. Thank you.

Ive been to quite a few dealerships also worked at some, the guys in sales always help us out. They help get you to where your payments need to be and always feel like your walking away with the best deal you can get. Zaschary really helped us out with finding the right car 2-3 years ago and cory went that extra step to make sure we were paying what we were comfortable with. We bought another vehicle from them 8 months ago and they made sure i was happy and positive i wanted the vehicle. I didn’t feel pressured at all and i didnt get a million calls or emails. I purchased a truck from Tom Abbott, he was great. I am a contractor so getting to the dealership is tough. I sent a few dealers requests for prices, Tom was the only one to call me back in a timely manner, one dealer actually called me back a week later when I was at dealership taking delivery. Tom had the truck and paperwork all lined after doing everything through phone and email. I met with Joel in finance to finalize the deal, he was also nice and very professional. After being at a different dealership, I landed at Lannan Chevrolet in Woburn and thank goodness for that! Kristin, Dave and Justin made my leasing experience almost seamless. I talked to Kristin on the phone and explained exactly what I was looking for and she and Dave made it happen within a couple of hours. Do not go here these guys will charge you $139 just for looking at your car and telling you whats wrong with it. My wife brought her car here and they charge her $139 for just telling her the radiator hose was leaking which what we was expecting since the coolant level was low after a refill. $139 for just 10 minutes of your time is ridiculous. They wanted another $340 to fix the leak which was just replace a cheap plastic hose we went somewhere else and had the work done for $80.

Cheats tried to charge me $625 to program (5) factory GMC keyless remote fobs (one hour labor for each remote).
I stopped in on a Friday to schedule an appointment for a couple factory recall repairs on my GMC Sierra and at the same time I asked for an estimate to program (5) additional keyless remotes which I already had. The service advisor I spoke to on Friday stated a half an hour labor to program all 5 remote (which I specifically asked "for one or all 5" which he verified as all 5 after he confirmed with a service manager). On the following Monday I returned and this time spoke to a different advisor who questioned as to where I had obtained the keyless remote fobs I wanted programmed and he got a real attitude when I told him I purchased them on the internet. He spoke to someone in an office behind the counter and proceeded to print out an estimate which he presented for me to sign which I immediately noticed the $625 estimate for programming the remotes which I was previously quoted like $62. I told him that I would not agree to that amount, told him to give me back my keys and left without have anything done.
I then went to Scranton Motors and had the warranty items taken care of and they programmed the (5) keyless remote fobs for $69.99.

The team at Deluca usually does a good job - we’ve had our Acadia for 10 years and 170,000 miles and have serviced our vehicle exclusively at Deluca for the last 9 Years. Generally we’ve been very happy with the service. The car isn’t as reliable as a Honda or a Toyota but service experience generally is good to very good. This last visit I brought the car in for a issue that I unfortunately need to return for which is difficult given my work schedule. I’m sure they will address issue to satisfaction - they always do. Just inconvenient this time.
