Scammed on the EXTENDED WARRANTY Bought my third new vehicle in the last ten years and made the mistake of buying an extended warranty Ford is refusing to cover it as the vehicle is "commercial" The vehicle was sold to me with a graphics package and cargo shelving kit, along with the warranty Under 10000 miles per year and the Transit still has no heat and no air conditioning on an intermittent basis.
Warranty was $2700 on the van everyone new was commercial, allowed claims have been zero Freeway Ford did all the selling None of the employees are the same from 2016. Sales and Finance sold the warranty, Ford paid the graphics and shelving The Transit Van is Junk from Day 1

If I could give them less than one star I would. Had an alternator replaced. Ford factory alternator referb because they do not make new any more - but it was still a Ford product - It went BAD - IN LESS THAN A WEEK. Not only did it lock up and was so hot to the touch you could not touch it. The garbage alternator House put in also fried out my Cluster (and who knows what else because the vehicle wont even start). House Ford refuses to go good on it. They want ME to pay for the damages their product caused. Justin the service advisor, Dwight the service advisor manager and even Jessica the GM all told me straight out that they would not pay for the additional damage the alternator caused to my vehicle. DO NOT go there. Don't buy vehicles there, Don't get your service work done there. If they mess something up or their parts are defective they refuse to go good on it and make things right.

Stood Behind Used Vehicle - Very Satisified Customer
I purchased a 2011 F250 from Hayford about a year ago. There have been no issues with the vehicle until three days before my wife was driving this vehicle across the country. Being a diesel I was not able to find an appointment sooner than two weeks at any dealerships close to my house. When I called everyone was very pleasant however Cory Kyllonen in the service department and Jim Finn in the Finance Department Knocked this out of the park. With now only two days left they not only were able to fix my vehicle ahead of schedule for me they were very helpful along the way.
