As a customer with little knowledge about the car buying process I was intimidated coming into my appointment, but I immediately felt welcomed, encouraged, and informed through each of the steps of the process during my meeting with Amanda. In addition to helping match me with the perfect car, a 2022 Toyota Camry, she helped me get acquainted with the features of the car, scheduled the rust-proofing with a very fast turnaround so it would be done before I started my new job, and even overnighted the shipment of my license plates when they were sent to the wrong address weeks later.
