5/5 Stars I recently bought a car remotely from Alaska, and as you can imagine, it is not an easy process. Most dealerships I contacted weren't interested in spending time on a buyer who couldn't physically come into the showroom—including CarMax and even the dealers closest to me. Many refused to respond, and others wouldn't give me basic vehicle details. Troy Mundahl at BMW of Minnetonka was the complete opposite. He reached out incredibly fast with a personalized video of the car right after my initial inquiry. Because I was buying across the country completely sight unseen, I had a million questions about the vehicle's condition, the process, and the paperwork. Troy was completely transparent, got me the exact service history I needed, and even arranged to have wheel locks installed before the car was shipped. He went above and beyond to give me the peace of mind I needed to make such a huge purchase from thousands of miles away. If you are shopping for a car—whether you live down the street or across the country—I highly recommend BMW of Minnetonka. Ask for Troy in sales, he is amazing!

I have been hesitant to write a review, this is the first time I have been disappointed in my visit. Not because of the service performance, it was fine, but because of some confusion on the extra service warranty I purchased with my lease. I was specifically told it covered oil changes, tire rotation, light bulb changes and wiper blades. All good until this time when I asked for new wiper blades as mine were leaving a streak. I was surprised to find out I was charge $70! Service rep told me there was some confusion with that extra service warranty I purchased. But, they they’re good wipers! Good news, I hate to think I pd $70 for crap! I also asked to speak to someone about t(e end of my lease, just had questions about the process and financing. I don’t remember the name but she seemed completely confused and didn’t understand at all what I was asking. I just wanted general info and she was ready to write me up a sell that day when I never said anything of the sort! There was no communication at all. I left frustrated and confused. That’s why I waited a week to write this. I have never had a bad experience there and sent my daughter to buy her car right after I got mine, even though there is a dealer much closer to her. I liked it there so much! Sorry for ranting but it was a crappy day.
