Alex was an excellent resource in this purchase. Initially Apple Ford did not have what we were looking for. Alex took our info, and a day later we get a text saying they had a car we might be interested in. We scheduled a test drive and purchased the Cascada. We found a ding in the left rear quarter panel and to our delight, they repaired it at no cost to us! 100% loved the experience and will give 5 stars.

He lived up to that with a no pressure, no nonsense attitude. He face timed us for a tour of the truck . When we took delivery he took the time to answer multiple questions and show us all the technology on the truck. He's been very responsive to some follow up questions we had. We highly recommend him.

Honestly can’t recommend this place enough. They’re honest and so accommodating. My check engine light came on and I didn’t even have an appointment, but they still found a way to get me in right away. They replaced my oil first, and when the light came back on the next morning I went right back and they took care of me again, no hassle at all. Em Freiburg was my go-to person the whole time and she did a fantastic job. She kept me in the loop and just made the whole thing so easy. They even shuttled me to work while they figured out what was going on, and set me up with a rental for 24 hours so I wasn’t stuck. The shuttle drivers were 10/10 too. And the best part, my repair was completely covered under my 100k mile warranty so I didn’t pay a thing. Fast, honest, and super helpful the whole way through. Highly recommend!
