Alex was an excellent resource in this purchase. Initially Apple Ford did not have what we were looking for. Alex took our info, and a day later we get a text saying they had a car we might be interested in. We scheduled a test drive and purchased the Cascada. We found a ding in the left rear quarter panel and to our delight, they repaired it at no cost to us! 100% loved the experience and will give 5 stars.

I dropped car off for service 8/18/2026 Customer #113596 Bao Tran advisor. Like to thank Tran and especially techs 711 for the exceptional service. They performed a 60,000 mile service and replaced the rear suspension compressor. The techs did an outstanding job and I appreciate their time. I had a trim piece that needed to be replaced, but is on back order. The technician was able attach the broken trim and seems to be holding well. That was a little above and beyond the call and grately appreciated. It reminded me of the dealership experience from many years ago. Thanks!

My service advisor was very transparent and took the time to clearly explain what was recommended and why, giving me the information I needed to make the right decisions for my vehicle. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure. When I mentioned that I could take care of some of the recommended work myself, the advisor was completely supportive and didn’t make me feel like I needed to have everything done that day—or even at the dealership. That kind of honesty and customer-focused service builds trust and makes me much more likely to return in the future. I really appreciated the experience.

Their knowledge saved me untold hours/dollars of troubleshooting as I have since discovered the issue how to fix to prevent any issues with servicing the vehicle.
