The three people I dealt with were helpful, willing to find answers to questions the very few times they didn't know something, and definitely not pushy. The sales rep went above and beyond in helping me get set up with my phone and explaining the different buttons on the steering wheel and dashboard. I will definitely go back there next time we need to purchase a vehicle.

My '23 Acadia had a steering wheel airbag module error. This replacement airbag was on back order across the country. Ben explained the situation to me, got the part on-order, arranged for a loaner/rental car and kept me informed of the status of the part. Once the part had shipped he contacted me with an outlook of how long it would take to install and test, once they had the part. The service department made it happen ahead of time, even after having to do some additional diagnostics, Ben was great to work with and kept me informed all through the service process.
