You plug it all into an AI tool, and boom: 400+ vehicles appear within 50 miles. Suddenly, your search becomes less “wow!” and more “why?” After a month of virtual shopping, I began meeting used car salespeople IRL. Turns out, unlike the AI, humans have personalities. Zane Shaddox made this one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve had. From the beginning, I was very clear about what I wanted, what I was willing to spend, and that I did not want the usual hours of back-and-forth that can make buying a car exhausting. Zane actually listened. He respected the terms I gave him, communicated clearly, and worked to find a way to put together a deal on a car I genuinely wanted rather than pressuring me into something else. I especially appreciated how straightforward and easy he made the entire process. If you’re looking for a salesperson who listens to what you’re asking for and works with you instead of against you, ask for Zane Shaddox. I would absolutely work with him again.

Initially, I did not have the best experience, but I tend to not overall rate a local company because of an initial mistake, but more how they handle things when there are challenges. Cody the manager was very responsive and understanding to my feedback. I actually think he probably read "Hug Your Haters" written by my friend Jay Baer. All someone wants to do with car shopping is just get a price that makes them want to buy the car. At 2nd shot, that's what Cody did. The process was easy and Carson + random new guy on his first day (sorry forgot your name, but you were cool) were super friendly and fun. Actually asking me questions in a way where they seemed to try and get to know me while I was buying. The finance guy didn't try and oversell me on something I didn't need and was just straight forward. Then Cody even double checked on me at the end and offered to help with something I cared about in the future. That's how businesses in our area should be about things so we should encourage these types of things. Overall, the result was something I would say was good and I think me sharing the feedback will actually help them. Running businesses are hard so sometimes grace is needed and then when it happens then there's a good experience that results. That is what happened with me.

Mr. Ron is dope. He helped me when he was injured with this pinky toe about to fall off. I say that because even in that amount of pain, that man went out his way to help me, keep me in the loop, and made sure I not only was assisted from the moment I walked in but he made sure everything was repaired as it should be. He is polite, relatable, a gentleman, funny and overall one of if not the best service advisor I've encountered... but TBH I have not encountered anybody that I had an issue with HENCE my repeated returns!

I have never met Brandy, but her hustle is noted and appreciated. She actually answered the phone and became an outstanding communication liaison for me (placing me on hold and walking over to the service counter and talking directly with them to get my questions answered, when I was unable to get through to them or a call back). No issues with the service team, they just seem to be always experiencing an "overwhelmed" moment. Brandy stepped up and stepped in when I needed some immediate answers.
