Marcus could not have been better or easier to work with. He was honest, forthcoming and very responsive. Based on my experience buying numerous cars over the years, this is the best BMW dealership in the area - no question!

OCC BMW has something special, I hope their other advisors deal with customers in the same fashion, absolute professionalism, and courteous, and not there to just get Rich off of you. She understands the importance of Repeat business and relationship building naturally. That's a rare fines today and the car business. Go see MADDIE!! you won't be upset.

I had to bring this to everyone notice atleast my fellow BMW owners as I'm betrayed at this dealership. I drove BMW X5 for 12 years and went for a service as this dealership accepts BMW value service. I was lured into a new X7 deal in May , 2022 and received a purchase agreement close to 100K. I waited almost 4 months to take my build on my name with fully loaded packages as per our family desires for the next 10 years. I took an insurance quote from State Farm and also auto loan from my credit union. Even in September when my new vehicle was about to be delivered from BMW NA, received purchase agreement and was told to pick the vehicle once it's delivered to this dealership. All of a sudden, I get a call from the sales manager whom I trusted throughout the deal that they don't want to do business with me. I sent email to GM and no response for not delivering my vehicle. Reported to BMW NA as I feel like I was discriminated at this place and they kind of took it easy as well and no control on their dealerships. I don't want to leave this matter and take it to the concerned authorities as much as I can so no one else should face this worst experience I faced . Now, I ordered my vehicle through another BMW dealer in September and had to wait another 4 months to take delivery. All of a sudden BMW took away Dynamic Handling Package , the only reason I built vehicle through these dealerships and now I had to take my car without this package which I waited for several years to be part of base X7. If I had to buy the X7M which has DHP as standard package, it would cost another 20K extra. I not only lost my time , money and good interest rate with my banker due to all this apart from driving with a single car for 8 months with kids activities and jobs. So, never ever build a vehicle with this dealer and also with constant changes by BMW NA in removing packages for unknown reasons. Hope you all understand my pain and consider my review before getting into any kind of deal. I can add all the proofs if anyone thinks I'm not telling a true story here my dear BMW friends.
