Not once has she been unprofessional or seemed irritated with me calling in the past 3 days now. 5 times since I bought my car there they did not rotate - Kwm29

5 times since I bought my car there they did not rotate the tires when they said they did. I started marking my tires the second time and confronted them after that. I recently had service done and they are always trying to get me to pay for unnecessary services and treat me like an idiot. I had fluid flinging all around the underneath of my car and they said it was fine. Took it to another deal ship and they found a hole in the axel and are fixing it and it’s under my warranty.
